The Words "Husband" and "Wife" Maybe Shouldn't Be Used Anymore

What if you were a lesbian who identified as a man and you were married to a man who identified as a woman and someone mistakenly called your partner your husband?

Can you even imagine how embarrassing that might be for all parties involved?

No sir!  No mam!  I can't imagine!!

So now it's being suggested that maybe we should just get rid of those words so we don't risk offending anyone.

Aside from Thomas Aquinas College and Christendom College, most Catholic universities in the United States have become a shell of their former glorious selves. From Notre Dame to Georgetown, the Catholic identity has been jettisoned in favor of modern liberalism.

The University of Dayton (UD) in Ohio added to this disastrous phenomenon recently by deeming the words "husband" and "wife" too triggering.

According to LifeSiteNews, the University of Dayton’s website, under the "Women's Center" section, provides a list of “gender inclusive language” along with words that are too "gender-specific" and thus exclusive. Examples include:

Mankind
Layman
Man hours
Man-power
Middleman
Chairwoman
Spokeswoman
Husband
Wife
Cleaning lady
Maintenance man
Congresswoman
Salesman
Businesswoman
Policeman
Fireman
Mailman

Now for the approved words that you might hear Canadian PM Justin Trudeau utter during a press conference: "humankind," "layperson," "staff hours," "chairperson," "spokesperson," "spouse," "partner," "significant other," "custodial staff," "legislator," "sales associate," "business person," "police officer," "firefighter," and "mail carrier" or "postal worker."

Down is up, up is down, good is evil, evil is good, left is right, right is left, men are women and women are men.

Remember friends, the holy spirit is NOT a spirit of confusion.  What we are witnessing today is delusional and confusional!

  1. Five years ago, or thereabouts, when MN was voting on gay marriage I commented to a co-worker that soon the words husband and wife would have to be banned along with father and mother. This young millennial told me I was crazy and maybe a little homophobic.

Turns out I was just prescient.

What's next? You literally could not make anything up that is beyond the pail. Soon our language will be so watered down we will be able to talk all day without saying a thing.

  2. You sure got that right Dave! No more HE and SHE because think of the horror if you call someone SHE when really SHE thinks SHE'S a HE!!

And now just think if I start identifying as a young, black girl and you have to remember that that I'm not an aging, white man.

"Well Dennis, you certainly don't look black."

"What are you a racist?? How is anyone supposed to 'Look" black!! What does that even mean?...you pig!"
