New Printed Money Coming Soon?

After a few weeks of crushing blows to the stock market, today the market (for the moment anyway) seems to be heading up?  Why?  What's the headline?  Or is it because employment, profits, consumer confidence is up...and everyone is bullish on great corporate gains coming soon?

The real reason is that the Federal Reserve is meeting soon and the buyers of stock are getting pretty convinced that the Fed will announce they plan on printing more money.  This usually pushes the market up because more paper money scattered about means some of it will end up falling into the stock market...and the more demand their is for the stocks, the higher their price moves.

The scary thing about this (if it turns out to be true) is that the Fed is truly out of bullets.  It means they have NOTHING left to do but continue printing money, thereby punishing savers, rewarding those in debt and continuing to cook the sickening stew of hyper inflation.  Even a 10 year old realizes that printing money can't possibly be a long term fix.  If it was, every Podunk country in the world would just print money and hand it out freely so that EVERYONE could be rich and buy anything they wanted!  Ludicrous!!

Stocks rise in anticipation of Federal Reserve meeting

Stock markets reversed course again and headed up as investors looked forward to a Federal Reserve meeting later this week at which a new stimulus plan could be announced.

The Dow Jones industrial average was up 136 points, or 1.3%, to 10953.84 in early trading. The rise came after last week ended with two down days.

The Federal Reserve is set to hold its annual meeting in Jackson Hole, Wyo. on Friday. Last year at the meeting, the central bank's chairman, Ben Bernanke, announced the so-called QE2 program, which injected money into the economy through bond buying. With the global economy showing increasing signs of slowing down in recent weeks, expectations are growing that Bernanke will use this year's conference to announce a new stimulus program.

Friends, I don't know how much longer this can continue.  Fear not...but as the Proverb says, "The prudent man sees danger and seeks refuge."

I hope and pray that you are listening to what the Holy Spirit is telling YOU to do.  Where is YOUR refuge?  What does He want YOU to do with your time and treasure during these last days?  Remember, there is not just one single answer to that question.  To some the Spirit might be saying to give it all away to famine relief.  To another He may be saying to buy a farm in South Dakota and start filling it with canned goods and gardening supplies.  To another he may be telling them to split firewood to prepare a warm place even if the electricity fails.  You get the idea.  Just remember that laying up your treasure in heaven is ALWAYS a positive return that compounds for eternity.
