Where the heck is Azerbaijan?  Turns out it's the country that sits in between Russia and Iran!!

Holy strategic piece of real estate!!

So why should we care who they are??

Reuters correspondent Thomas Grove has reported that Azerbaijan is exploring the option of helping Israel with a strike against Iran’s nuclear facilities. Grove based this report on information from “local officials with extreme knowledge of Azerbaijan’s military policy.” They have worked together with Israel to explore how their air force bases and drones could help the Israeli Air Force in an attack on Iranian nuclear facilities.

If this is true, I would suggest you may want to convert some of your U.S. dollars to Azerbaijani money...and if you know of any good companies operating in Azerbaijan that have stock for sale, you may want to pick up some of that too.

And lastly, if this is true, you may want to call that aunt of yours in Azerbaijan and ask her if she knows of any little houses for sale on the outskirts of Baku...which is the capital of Azerbaijan.
