Gay, Gay and More Gay!!

The number one news story on CBS Morning News was not about the chemical weapon threat in Syria, not about the nuclear crisis in Iran, not about Europe collapsing, not about a war on the Korean Peninsula, not about $17 trillion debt bomb getting ready to explode in America....NO!....the top story is about a Pro Basketball player in the NBA who announced yesterday that he is GAY!!

Holy homophobes!!  We have lost our brains!!

And yes, they had a writer from the New York Times on CBS and he said, "It's amazing that we are even needing to talk about this in 2013, but of course there are still some FUNDAMENTALIST CHRISTIAN TYPES WHO ARE NOT OK WITH THIS."

I'm not making that up!!  He said FUNDAMENTALIST CHRISTIAN TYPES!!

The NBA player's name is Jason Collins....and Jason is a black man.

Interesting that he could never hide the fact that he is black...because that is a physical characteristic.

But for years he hid the fact that he had a preference of anal sex with men instead of natural relations with women...of course this goes to further the argument against those who insist that GAY RIGHTS is exactly the same as RACE RIGHTS.  NO THEY ARE NOT!!!! 

And don't let anyone compare you against the same folks who opposed equal rights for black people during the 1950's and 1960's..  They are NOT THE SAME THING.  One is a physical characteristic that you can't change...but NO ONE CAN force you to sodomize another man...so that is a behavior.

Yes...you may be BORN with feminine qualities and BORN with a desire to be sexual with other men....but that DOESN'T MAKE IT RIGHT!

Now let's look at what all the famous people were saying about this gay announcement yesterday:

Judging from the stature of Collins' supporters, he made the right decision in coming out.

So proud of you, Jason Collins! This is a huge step forward for our country. We’ve got your back! -mo

So proud of @jasoncollins34 for having the courage to stand up and out for who he is. I support, respect and salute you!!

The Washington Wizards said;
“We are extremely proud of Jason and support his decision to live his life proudly and openly. He has been a leader on and off the court and an outstanding teammate throughout his NBA career. Those qualities will continue to serve him both as a player and as a positive role model for others of all sexual orientation.”

And then near the end of the article....we have one lone voice in the wilderness....one of those fundamentalist Christian Types...and he says;
Chris Broussard, ESPN NBA writer:
"Personally, I don't believe that you can live an openly homosexual lifestyle or an openly premarital sex between heterosexuals, if you're openly living that type of lifestyle, then the Bible says you know them by their fruits, it says that's a sin. If you're openly living in unrepentant sin, whatever it may be, not just homosexuality, adultery, fornication, premarital sex between heterosexuals, whatever it may be, I believe that's walking in open rebellion to God and to Jesus Christ. I would not characterize that person as a Christian because I do not think the Bible would characterize them as a Christian."

Yes friends, it is NOT COOL with God to be screwing your girlfriend or to be sexually loose with your whole college....even if everyone else is doing it.  It is NOT COOL with God to ditch your wife and sleep with a more exciting woman...even if you were born with the adultery gene.  It is NOT COOL with God to copulate with animals or to make pornographic movies for money.  And it is NOT COOL to sodomize another man....even if you were born with that desire.

So will we stand for what God says....or will we just roll along with the culture?

How sad that this once predominantly God-fearing nation now has a majority of folks who could now could care less what God says....in fact they don't even believe in Him!!
