USA Preparing for Civil War?

Egypt is coming apart.  Over 50 people were killed yesterday in battles with the Egyptian army.  Of course Syria is already in full-blown civil war.  And unrest in EVERY major nation is simply one earthquake or on bankruptcy away.

A long time reader sent me a link to this 13 minute video that pastes together lots of news stories and interviews and successfully raises the question; is OBAMA DHS PREPARING FOR CIVIL WAR?
