Before & After Photos of Extreme Drought

These are some pretty amazing (shocking?) photos of California's reservoirs...before and after the drought which is currently decimating them.

California's reservoirs are severely depleted due to the ongoing widespread drought conditions in the state. As of Jan. 21, 2014, 67 percent of California was in extreme drought, the second worst category possible on the U.S. Drought Monitor.

According to the California Department of Water Resources, Lake Shasta and Lake Oroville are only 36 percent of capacity. Folsom Lake is just 17 percent capacity.

Remember friends, California supplies a large percentage of the entire nation's food....so I would suggest you may want to buy another can of oranges all almonds sooner than later.

Also of interest...where were the Grammy's just held that OPENLY MOCKED GOD?

Hmmmm......

CBS and the Recording Academy have scheduled the 2014 and 2015 Grammy Awards.
The 56th annual Grammys will again be held at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, Jan. 26, starting at 8 p.m. EST on CBS, with the delayed West Coast broadcast set for 8 p.m. PST.
