Back to Normal by November

Minneapolis already closed their public beaches for the summer.  I guess they already knew by April 1 that people would still be too dangerous to swim in August. So how long til we open up NFL stadiums and allow 70,000 people to crowd into one spot while sitting on top of each other screaming, shouting, sneezing, coughing, shaking hands and high-fiving?  Maybe November.
