Massive Quakes Strike Turkey and Syria

Massive quakes in Turkey and Syria have toppled hundreds of buildings and killed thousands.  The death toll is sure to grow.  It’s being reported that a few nations are gathering resources and rescue equipment to rush to the area and help with search, recovery, food and medicine.  I’m gonna guess most are non-Muslim nations rushing to help Muslim nations. Jesus said there will be earthquakes and the frequency and severity of them are increasing.  Look it up.  (Update 2/7, death toll now past 5000)

A 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck southern Turkey and northern Syria early Monday, killing more than 1,900 people and taking down countless buildings. 

The earthquake prompted a search for survivors in the rubble in cities and towns across the region. The death toll is expected to rise.

Residents in both countries were awakened by the quake several hours before dawn and rushed outside to cold, rain and snow. Dozens of buildings in cities in the area were toppled.
