Nuclear Weapons Video

 We watched the movie OPPENHEIMER last night.  I’m guessing many of you have seen it.  For those who haven’t, Oppenheimer was the father of the nuclear bomb.  He was in charge of building and running Los Alamos, NM where all the scientists and their families lived while rushing to create a nuke.

The movie was 3 hours long and felt like it went some places that it didn’t need to so I’m only giving it 3 out of 5 stars.

But the terror that was unleashed when mankind entered the nuclear age is near impossible to understand.

I think we’ve all read something about the nukes USA dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.  Their power and destruction is hard to understand, but the largest nuke ever detonated was built by the Soviet Union.  It exploded with a force equal to 3000 Hiroshima nukes!

It’s amazing to me, and most likely a God thing, that nukes haven’t been used since WWII.  It’s also concerning that Russia has been warning of the West and Ukraine and NATO crossing a line that could see Russia making a decision to use nukes on the battlefield.

I’ve attached a video that shows the 5 largest nuke explosions.  If you don’t care to watch it all, just fast forward to the last one detonated by Russia.  The human brain can’t comprehend such a force.
