This Creation We See Will Wear Out Like a Garment and Be Replaced
This Psalm was written some hundreds of years before Christ came to earth and yet it speaks of what’s going to happen at the end of the Millennial reign. Christ will rule and reign from Jerusalem on David’s throne. Then a rebellion and judgment then this heaven and earth will burn up and Christ will make a new one.

Psalm 102
In the beginning you laid the foundations of the earth,
and the heavens are the work of your hands.26 They will perish, but you remain;
they will all wear out like a garment.
Like clothing you will change them
and they will be discarded.
27 But you remain the same,
and your years will never end.
28 The children of your servants will live in your presence;
their descendants will be established before you.”

This is repeated in the New Testament. How amazing? This first creation will vanish and a new one will be made!
21 Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,”[a] for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2 I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bridebeautifully dressed for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’[b] or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
