France Gets What it Asked For

“I will bless those who bless you (Israel) and curse those who curse you.”

It appears France is going to figure out this biblical truth as Muslims continue to ransack their cities while flying Palestinian flags.

As the expression goes – be careful what you ask for, because it may not work out so well. Surely that must have crossed the mind of French president Emmanuel Macron over the past few days.

The date was September 22, 2025 when he uttered those fateful words… 
“France recognizes the State of Palestine.” 

Just a little over one year later, Paris is burning, Lyons and Marseilles are chaotic, Jewish owned shops destroyed, department stores looted, trash and litter cover French streets, monuments burnt to the ground, more than a thousand arrested, the Palestinian flag has been hoisted next to the tricolor flag of France, and there doesn’t seem to be any let-up in sight. 

Someone might call it karma, but I call it the biblical law of reciprocity. Bless Israel and you get blessed. Curse Israel and you get cursed. The divine reaction to one’s original action is unavoidable.
