The Rest of the Story

As the world literally screams at the Jews in Israel for their treatment of the Palestinians in Gaza, it's important to remember that Egypt had control of that little strip of land for 19 years before Israel got control of it.

So how do you think the Egyptian-Muslims treated their cousins in Gaza? I doubt you will have to think long about the answer.

For nearly 19 years, the inhabitants of the Strip were prohibited from leaving their homes from 9 p.m. until dawn on pain of death. This curfew was enforced by roadblocks. Men between 18 and 40 were prohibited from traveling to Egypt unless they were fortunate enough to secure permits. If they failed to return at the expiration of their permit, the military authorities took steps against their families.

If you read nothing else, please read this quote which gives the reason WHY the Arab states haven't solved the Palestinian refugee problem;

Ralph Galloway, an UNRWA official who quit in frustration, observed bitterly: "The Arab states don't want to solve the refugee problem. They want to keep it as an open sore, as a weapon against Israel. Arab leaders don't give a damn whether the refugees live or die."

Maybe Obama, while speaking in Egypt, should have reminded the Egyptians of their miserable history of dealing with Gaza....maybe he should have pushed for the Arabs to solve the problem and take on the refugees so they can all get on with living? But maybe the world has learned to lie about the facts because we are so scared to offend the Muslims....cuz Lord knows we don't want any more angry Muslims protesting in the streets! Let's just give them a sucker so they'll shut up!

Pray the God will open the eyes of the world so they can see that this problem is not a Jewish one caused by Israel.....but an Arab problem caused by hatred of just about everybody.

"He will be a wild donkey of a man; his hand will be against everyone and everyone's hand against him, and he will live in hostility toward all his brothers."....says God. Genesis 16:12
