The Sun Awakens
Quite a while back (January 12, 2009-http://thetrumpetblows.blogspot.com/search?q=solar+storm&updated-max=2009-01-12T13%3A01%3A00-06%3A00&max-results=20) we posted on solar storms and the havoc they may cause when unleashed on our technological society. Scientists know these storms are coming. Coincidentally they may peak in the year 2012....maybe just in time for all the other chaos that Satan has been setting up for 2012.
Today there is more headlines on these coming solar storms.
Earth and space are about to come into contact in a way that's new to human history. To make preparations, authorities in Washington DC are holding a meeting: The Space Weather Enterprise Forum at the National Press Club on June 8th.
Richard Fisher, head of NASA's Heliophysics Division, explains what it's all about:
"The sun is waking up from a deep slumber, and in the next few years we expect to see much higher levels of solar activity. At the same time, our technological society has developed an unprecedented sensitivity to solar storms. The intersection of these two issues is what we're getting together to discuss."
The National Academy of Sciences framed the problem two years ago in a landmark report entitled "Severe Space Weather Events—Societal and Economic Impacts." It noted how people of the 21st-century rely on high-tech systems for the basics of daily life. Smart power grids, GPS navigation, air travel, financial services and emergency radio communications can all be knocked out by intense solar activity. A century-class solar storm, the Academy warned, could cause twenty times more economic damage than Hurricane Katrina.

OK...did you catch all those things I put in bold? I love the one about "...can all be knocked out by intense solar activity." Also "....twenty time more damage than Katrina."
I wonder if the USA can afford a solar storm that causes $100 billion of damage today? Where would we get the money to fix the damage? Would China loan us the money? Japan? Europe??
I know a place that would probably do it...the IMF (International Monetary Fund)!! I wonder if they will let us print money to pay them back?
Maybe Al Gore can make a movie about a solar storm ruining earth and we can have all the nations of the earth throw in printed money and I.O.U.'s into a "solar cap and trade" system? Then we could launch two HUGE rockets carrying a HUGE sun shade....like the one's you hang over your deck. Once in place it would block most of the suns rays and solar storms from ever hitting earth!!
Oh wait....I guess that would make us all die of a colossal ice age and starvation because the crops wouldn't grow. Shoot!! What's a guy to do??? It seems you can't live WITH the sun and you can't live WITHOUT it!
When will tiny, impotent man learn that we are helpless while traveling through the galaxy on a space ship made of rock, spinning on it's axis at 1000 mph, while orbiting a huge fireball called the sun that could destroy us if it spits up too much?
According to the Bible....impotent man will NEVER learn and will literally go to hell while cursing God.

9 People were severely burned (scorched) by the fiery heat, and they reviled and blasphemed the name of God, Who has control of these plagues, and they did not repent of their sins [felt no regret, contrition, and compunction for their waywardness, refusing to amend their ways] to give Him glory.
It's awesome to see the delicate balance with which God holds the universe in place. How truly pathetic that we think that we can manipulate it and thus be our own savior.
I love your suggestion that we could print our own money to pay the IMF back,,,,

Interesting correlation between Daniel and Isaiah in Daniel the furnace was also heated seven times more- Read the Scripture Daniel 3:19, and Isaiah 30:26 shares the light of the sun shall be sevenfold.
The Tribulation after the Rapture is a time of great Wrath (Fire) as shared in the Scriptures 2 Peter 3:3-7, and 2 Peter 3:10-12. The Sealed 144,000 in the Tribulation could be seen as Shadrach, Meshack, and Abednego who were not harmed in the Fire???.
Notice: in the Tribulation (Heat) as shared in Revelation 7:16 They shall hunger no more, (neither thirst any more) (neither shall the sun light on them, nor any (heat) The Tribulation Saints who get saved in the Tribulation) Also the scripture Revelation 16:8-9 Speaks of extreme Heat when the fourth angel emptied out his bowl upon the sun, Men were scorched with great heat.
