U.S. Senator Taunts Putin

Most prophecy watchers agree that current day Russia was once part of the biblical land called Magog.  Of course Magog is mentioned as a player that leads a Last Days army intent on the destruction of Israel.

Recently there have been demonstrations in Russia against Putin coming back to power...and most Russians properly assume that corruption and voter fraud have made his re election possible and now protests are happening in the streets.

Senator John McCain thought it may be fun to provoke Putin with a little friendly ribbing on Twitter.

U.S. Senator John McCain has again angered supporters of Prime Minister Vladimir Putin by describing Russia's nascent protest movement as an extension of the Arab Spring uprisings that have shaken and toppled governments across the Middle East.

"Dear Vlad, the #ArabSpring has arrived at a neighborhood near you," the Arizona Republican and former presidential candidate tweeted Sunday. He included a link to a New York Times article about Saturday's opposition protest, which drew tens of thousands.

The tweet provoked a sharp response from at least two senior United Russia officials including Andrei Vorobyov, the leader of the party's Duma faction, who described it as a "provocation," and called on Russians to resist foreign "meddling" from American officials he said were trying to incite revolution.

Also remember that Russia has given their thumbs up to Syrian leader Assad to continue murdering his people so that he can put down their unrest.  So we are dealing with a brutal bunch of leaders....all of which are mentioned in the Bible during the Last Days.

Senator McCain,....you should consider a few things before you taunt the Russian bear which has been sleeping nicely for the past 20 years.....America is NOT mentioned anywhere in future prophecy AND it is not a good idea to provoke sleeping bears....especially bears that you owe LOTS of money to.
