Stupid Reset Button!

If you have teenage boys you know how they use the reset button when they are playing X-Box.  If they get a bad start, they just keep hitting the button until they get a good start.  I guess it makes them feel better about themselves if they can beat the game all that much sooner.

Funny how when we were growing up none of our games like Stratego or Monopoly had reset buttons.  If you made a bad move, you just had to live with your losses for a really long time.  It built character.

Now let's go check in on how Obama is doing with his reset button.  We already know he tried to push it in the Middle East and now Israel, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and just about everyone else is in a more dangerous spot than they were before we pushed it.

But how about Russia?  How's the reset button going there Mr. Obama?

The United States may have to hit reset on its "reset" with Russia, as an embattled-yet-emboldened Vladimir Putin aims to reclaim the presidency after a four-year hiatus. 

Ahead of this Sunday's elections, Putin has been running a decidedly anti-American campaign. The rhetoric follows clashes with the Obama administration over Syria, missile defense and December's parliamentary elections. 

Should Putin win, as he is widely expected to, the victory could put on ice the Obama administration's careful attempts to mend ties with Moscow. 


Analysts say a Putin presidency virtually ensures the U.N. Security Council, where Russia has veto power, will be a barrier for the United States, and means Russia will continue to oppose efforts to pursue a missile defense shield in Europe. 



The U.S.-Russia "reset" had been starting to sour for months.

What the heck??  I thought we voted this guy in for hope, change and because he promised to hit the reset button?  No doubt he is a friendly guy, that Mr. Obama, but the world doesn't seem to respect friendly guys.  The world is a nasty place and speaking kindly and carry a big stick and willing to use it seems to be the only message the world understands.  


Mr. Obama would rather apologize to the world for all of America's imperfections.  What he fails to understand is that the godless places in this world view that kind of talk like a shark smelling blood in the water.


Mr. Putin will most likely walk all over Mr. Obama.  It will be like a pit bull put into the ring with a golden retriever.


Also we have to keep our eyes on Mr. Putin.  He most certainly could be the leader of the countries mentioned in Ezekiel 38.
