NASA Says to Prepare for Aliens

Yes...let's prepare for beings from other planets to come and visit us.  And please notice that the scientists are hypothesizing that the aliens probably 'evolved' the same way as humans...meaning they evolved to be violent and are prone to war, in order to take things that they want.

The Catholic church seemed quick to add their take on the matter.  According to the highest levels of Catholicism, if they aliens come they will evangelize them and baptise them in the name of Jesus Christ.

That sounds great!!  One problem though....what if the aliens aren't from another planet, but are actually Satanic beings (fallen angels, strange flesh or hybrid) who tell grand tales about where they are from and what their purpose on earth is?  What if their story refutes the Gospel of Jesus Christ?  Will the people of planet earth have enough faith to stand firm in their biblical convictions?

Galatians 1:8
But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse!

2 Corinthians 11:14

The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons.

You think it's far fetched?  Then why would Paul warn us?

Why is that any more far fetched than God coming in flesh as a man, casting out demons, (where did he cast them to?) dying on a cross and coming back in 3 days with a new glorified body that will never die.  He has been gone for 2000 years but one day will come back riding on a white horse and touch down in Jerusalem where the mountain will split in half and we will all rule and reign with him in our glorified bodies for 1000 years on a newly remade planet?

Our universe is a supernatural place.  Satan is our adversary and we live on a planet that he rules over.

1 John 5:19
We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one.

It is simply illogical to claim all the supernatural beliefs of the Bible and yet deny the supernatural abilities of Satan and his minions...who could certainly come (or already have) masquerading as 'aliens'.
