Federal Reserve Buying Everything

We all should know by now that the Federal Reserve doesn't actually HAVE any money...so it continues to beg the obvious question of how they are able to BUY anything?

But of course in this world where wrong is right and right is wrong, up is down and down is up...everything is NOT as it appears.

This latest news on the Federal Reserve continues to support our idea that we must be getting close to the end of this Ponzi scheme....where the Fed BUYS U.S. Treasuries...with imaginary money.

(CNSNews.com) - So far this calendar year, the Federal Reserve has bought up more U.S. government debt than the U.S. Treasury has issued.

On Dec. 31, the total debt of the U.S. government was $16.4327 trillion and then-Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner announced that the government had hit what was then the legal debt limit. Last week, however, Congress enacted a law to suspend the federal government debt limit until May 18, 2013, and allow the administration to resume increasing the debt.

By the close of business on Wednesday, Feb. 6, according to the U.S. Treasury, the total federal debt had climbed to $16.4799 trillion—an increase of $47.2 billon for the calendar year.

At the close of business on Jan. 2, the Federal Reserve had owned $1.661 trillion in U.S. Treasury securities. By the close of business on Feb. 6, it owned $1.7172 trillion—an increase of $51.1 billion for the calendar year.

Thus, the Federal Reserve’s purchases of U.S. government debt in this calendar year have exceeded the Treasury’s net debt issues by about $3.9 billion.

Also last week, the Federal Reserve announced that it “will continue purchasing additional … longer-term Treasury securities at a pace of $45 billion per month.”

We have NO IDEA when the confidence in this failed system will fail.  What we do know is that IT WILL FAIL.

What we also know is that when it does fail it will not go out with a tiny whimper.

The USA is still the world's largest economy and biggest military and still has control of the world's ONLY reserve currency.  So when USA fails...the power vacuum that will be created will be ENORMOUS.  And when nations rush in to fill the vacuum there will be lots of pushing and shoving involved...and when nations push and shove it almost ALWAYS means using guns and soldiers.

Remember, Jesus said all this unrest MUST happen before the Kingdom comes to earth.  He also tells us not to fear because HE will never leave us.

Awesome promise!!
