Israel Must Strike Iran Now

Would you rather have a conventional war with Iran now?...or a nuclear war later?

Of course the world wants peace.  Of course they will NEVER have it until the Prince of Peace returns...but what if the first question is really the only two options?

Norman Podhoretz, legendary neo conservative pundit and writer for Commentary magazine, has gone on record this past week with The Wall Street Journal that Israel should not hesitate in striking Iran in order to prevent it from gaining access to a nuclear weapon.

Podhoretz stated, “Israel can put at least a temporary halt, and conceivably even a permanent one, to the relentless Iranian quest for the bomb.”

He further added, “The Obama administration tells us that the interim agreement puts Iran on a track that will lead to the abandonment of its quest for a nuclear arsenal. But the Iranians are jubilant because they know that the only abandonment going on is of our own effort to keep them from getting the bomb.”

“Adherents of the new consensus would have us believe that only two choices remain: a war to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons or containment of a nuclear Iran — with containment the only responsible option. I remain convinced that containment is impossible, from which it follows that the two choices before us are not war vs. containment but a conventional war now or a nuclear war later.”

He declared that “the only hope rests with Israel. If, then, Israel fails to strike now, Iran will get the bomb.”

Holy conundrum!!  Regular war or nuclear war....hmmm....that should be an easy choice...

And here we are again...the whole world looking at tiny Israel wondering what SHE should do. 

If she strikes, will the USA have her back?  If she strikes, will Hezbollah, Hamas, Syria, Iraq, Egypt and others decide once again to launch an all-out assault against her?

If they did, could Israel hold them all off?  Would she have to pull out a nuclear weapon and explode it somewhere on Arab and/or Persian lands to show the Muslim horde that "Never again!" actually means never again?

Would Russia come into the mess?  Would Turkey come into the mess?  Would a coalition of Russia, Turkey, Iran, Libya and others come into the mess...possibly moving further along on the fulfillment of Ezekiel 38?

All good questions. 

Continue to pray for the peace of Jerusalem...meaning that we are praying for the Prince of Peace to return and set all things right.

Mankind seems to be about all out of options.

Kingdom WILL rise against kingdom....but fear not!  All these things MUST happen.
