Another Face-Eating Episode in the News

The bizarre news stories just keep coming....

A British man died after being Tasered by police when he was confronted trying to eat the face and eyeball of a woman in his hotel room.

Cerys Yemm, 22, was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering severe facial injuries, the South Wales Evening Post reported.

Matthew Williams, 34, who was recently released from prison after serving five years for a violent attack on a woman, died not long after police shot him with a Taser stun gun.

“While under arrest, the man became unresponsive. Officers and paramedics administered first aid but he has since been pronounced deceased,” Gwent Police said in a statement.

The incident occurred early Thursday morning at a hostel in the small village of Argoed in South Wales.

Police have said little about the incident, leaving locals to provide the horrific details.

“Security said they told him no girls in his room and he didn’t answer, when they opened his door he was eating her face,” Jill Edwards, who lives near the hotel, told the Daily Telegraph.

Friends said Yemm, a sales assistant at U.K. clothing chain Next, met Williams at a bar the night she was murdered.

A friend to the Telegraph that: “They had been drinking and he persuaded her back to the hotel and said he’d get her a taxi home. Once he got her back in the hotel he must have invited her up to his room and that’s where he attacked her.”

Williams was thought to have done cocaine before the attack, according to reports.

The family of Williams released a statement saying they were, “devastated by the death of an innocent young lady. Words cannot express our grief.”

Yes it's true that people eating people isn't new in the uncivilized world.  Apparently, those cannibals on New Guinea or South America had already been given over to unseemly behavior...and it happened when they chose to LOSE THE KNOWLEDGE of God their Creator and go worshiping birds and animals.

18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

So we know why all the crazy, Godless tribes in Africa, South America and New Guinea were doing unspeakable and perverse things....because they were already given over.

But how do you explain the bizarre stories coming from the civilized world?  Is it possible these headlines are all signs that God is given us over as well?  Has judgment already started as God withdraws His protective hand and says, "You want to be perverse animals running around humping and eating like animals....you want it so bad??....go ahead.  See where it gets you."

And soon a nation will collapse in on itself.

A nation can only afford to incarcerate a certain percentage of its citizens.  Crime and prison are just an enormous drain on society and does NOTHING to improve society and build wealth.

You simply can't have 2% of your citizens in jail with another 10% employed to arrest, imprison, judge and rehabilitate the 2%. The math just doesn't work.

It makes you long for the day when King Jesus will be sitting on the throne ruling the world with perfect justice because man has simply run out of ways to attempt to legislate morality.  Without God...morals cease to exist.
