Is Russia Arming Hezbollah?

One of the major events we are watching for is for a coalition, led by Russia, to gather a horde of Muslim nations and to descend on Israel with plans to utterly destroy them.  Read Ezekiel 38-39.

Most watchers believe this will happen AFTER the rapture of the church.  America will be gone and will not be able to come to America's defense.

If this event is gearing up to happen after the rapture then we could expect to see events speeding toward that day.

Lebanon-based Hezbollah is growing stronger as a result of weapons’ shipments from the Russian military, two mid-level commanders in the organization have said. According to the story, first circulated in The Daily Beast, Russia is directly transferring artillery and anti-tank munitions to Hezbollah without any caveat as to what they are used for, despite Russia’s close relationship with Israel.

This begs the question whether the threat to Israel from the Shi’ite organization has intensified since Russian jets started to bomb Syrian dictator Bashar Assad’s enemies. However, Hezbollah is still bogged down in the Syrian conflict and is unlikely to be supported in any way by Russia in a future conflict with Israel, analysts say.

Iran’s proxy actor, Hezbollah has enjoyed funding and training that allowed the organization to become a powerful militant force with vast arsenals of artillery rockets and a sophisticated organizational structure. A frosty standoff has endured between Hezbollah and Israel since the two fought a costly war in the summer of 2006. Heavily committed to propping up the ailing Assad regime, Hezbollah has lost strength in recent years, but remains formidable.

While it appears from this article that Russia may not be sending arms directly to Hezbollah...the arms may be finding there way to them none the less.

The fact remains that Russia now has a massive military buildup in Syria...right on the doorstep of Israel.

The fact also remains that Russia and Iran are both working together in Syria to thwart the Sunni-led demonic horde called ISIS.

America may have been the nation used by God to protect and incubate the young nation of Israel...but when we are gone God himself will step in and turn His full attention onto His holy land and His holy people.
