Transgender Wars

News Image

I wonder how delusional a person has to be to allow a man who says he is a teen-age girl to actually allow that man to play sports with, and against, teen-age girls?

A Canadian sports organization has decided to ruin university athletics in order to pander to the transgender crowd--a move that will soon irreparably transform the playing field for reasons so obvious that only trans activists could be offended by them (such as the physical differences between biological males and females.) Canada's media, of course, is dutifully cheerleading this move. From The Province:

A new policy allowing Canadian transgender student-athletes to compete on teams consistent with their gender identity and without hormone therapy is a welcome change, but more can still be done to make athletics inclusive of gender diversity, says a Vancouver trans athlete and consultant.

U Sports, which governs university athletics in Canada, put its new policy into effect Thursday and says it affects student-athletes at all 56 of its member institutions. Athletes can only compete on teams of one gender during a given academic year, and the policy doesn't require them to undertake hormone therapy. They must also comply with the Canadian Anti-Doping Program.

Up is down, down is up, right is wrong, wrong is right and the "intelligent" people have actually become fools.

Quoted from your story "Athletes can only compete on teams of one gender during a given academic year."

Why? I would not be at all surprised if this man-girl-child might consider zerself to be gender-fluid. How dare U Sports foist their social construct of binary gender/sex onto someone that has been born gender-fluid or one of the other (insert random but ever-increasing number here) genders.

I am sure too that the people that think this is a good idea are completely on board with the notion that Kavanaugh should not be allowed to coach his girls' basketball teams because of unsubstantiated allegations that he ran a rape ring when he was 17.

God help us.

Seriously how can you look at that picture and not see that (here we go back to Sesame Street) one of these things is not like the other, one of these things is not quite the same?
