Swarm of Quakes

You gotta love this headline;
Swarm of quakes rattles region

More than two dozen temblors are recorded Monday night, the largest a magnitude 5.7 that could be felt throughout L.A. County. Experts say they were aftershocks of the 7.2 quake on April 4.

More than two dozen earthquakes struck Monday night near the U.S-Mexico border in San Diego County, rocking a large swath of Southern California, prompting a momentary shutdown of the San Diego Padres game but causing no apparent major damage, officials said.

The largest of the quakes — a 5.7 magnitude temblor — was recorded at 9:26 p.m, the U.S. Geological Survey said. It could be felt throughout Los Angeles County.

"I don't think it's that unusual," Thomas Jordan, director of the Southern California Earthquake Center at USC, said of the series of quakes that rattled that region Monday.

He noted that the northern end of the fault where the Mexican quake struck has been very active in recent months. "It's been especially rich at the north end of the fault," Jordan said.

The jolt from the 5.7 magnitude temblor was especially strong in San Diego, where officials halted the game between the Padres and the Toronto Blue Jays for several minutes in the 8th inning at Petco Park.

The announcer called for calm, the crowd cheered and the game resumed.

Swarm of quakes....the use of that "swarm" word sounds like something from the Bible.

Notice how the crowd cheered and the game was resumed. It's almost like the people of planet earth are oblivious to the fact that God is shaking the earth.

It's almost like they are more concerned about the Padres game than they are about the soon coming wrath of God.

Hi Dennis,

Every day is one day closer to the end of the age of grace...

John 17 Jesus Prays for His Disciples
6"I have revealed you to those whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours; you gave them to me and they have obeyed your word. 7Now they know that everything you have given me comes from you. 8For I gave them the words you gave me and they accepted them. They knew with certainty that I came from you, and they believed that you sent me. 9I pray for them. I am not praying for the world, but for those you have given me, for they are yours. 10All I have is yours, and all you have is mine. And glory has come to me through them. 11I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name—the name you gave me—so that they may be one as we are one. 12While I was with them, I protected them and kept them safe by that name you gave me. None has been lost except the one doomed to destruction so that Scripture would be fulfilled. 13"I am coming to you now, but I say these things while I am still in the world, so that they may have the full measure of my joy within them. 14I have given them your word and the world has hated them, for they are not of the world any more than I am of the world. 15My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one. 16They are not of the world, even as I am not of it. 17Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth. 18As you sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world. 19For them I sanctify myself, that they too may be truly sanctified.

We are sanctified before the father. That is powerful.

You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. John 4:4

We have been sealed by the Holy Spirit. The end of the summer approaches and soon the harvest will begin. When the horns are blown for the feast of trumpets Rosh Hashanah, Yamim Noraim ("Days of Awe"), this will be the end of the age of grace.

Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments." Matthew 22:36-40

If we truly love our neighbors we will pray to hold out by the grace and mercy of the Lord for as long as he will grant.

Exodus 15:3 (NIV) The LORD is a warrior; the LORD is his name.

A warrior does not request to leave the battlefield. He will hold and defend his position until relived by his commander. He defends the line.

It has been written that "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Matthew 24:35-37

We must pray for mercy, repent, and beg Abba, Father, with faith of a child to delay the rapture as long as possible before the feasts. He is our father, we are his children. If we pray together in the Holy Spirit, he will listen. In doing so the salt will remain a little longer. More people will be transformed through the saving grace of Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit working in the saints sharing the gospel.

I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. John 14:12

The lord is a warrior, show him that we are his and can hold the line and defend. Dig in with prayer and keep the salt in this world for as long as he will allow. Let this be the hour of greater things than these, and live up to John 14:12

All for his glory.

Your Brother in Christ,

Tom

ADNAN OKTAR: Masha'Allah (God has willed it). Masha'Allah. This is the most important issue of course. The most important issue is the unity of the entire Islamic world and the Turkish world -indeed in the Turkish world everyone is Muslim-. Insha'Allah this will be possible in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as), in our age. According to our creed, Hazrat Mahdi (as) has come. Insha'Allah Islam will prevail all over the world. Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Kazakhistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, they will all unite insha'Allah. By Allah's leave, we will bring about a glorious civilization insha'Allah.
