Big Quake Rocks Iran While Small Quakes Rattle Oklahoma

Earthquakes continue...even though we don't post about them often.

There is much discussion about whether the frequency of quakes is actually increasing or rather if it is simply that our DETECTION capabilities have gotten so good with technology.

The Oklahoma quakes are something to watch because of the massive New Madrid fault that those quakes are coming from.

An earthquake near the Iran-Pakistan border killed a number of people Tuesday -- at least 34 in Pakistsan, and perhaps more in Iran. Iranian news agencies gave conflicting reports of casualties, according to the Associated Press:

Iran’s state-run Press TV initially said at least 40 people were killed on the Iranian side, but later removed the figure from its website and news scroll. Other state-controlled outlets, including the official IRNA news agency, mentioned no deaths and only injuries, quoting a local official.

A magnitude-4.3 earthquake shook Oklahoma early Tuesday, the United States Geological Survey reported.

The quake struck at 12:56 a.m. local time (1:56 a.m. ET) around 30 miles northeast of Oklahoma City. It was measured at a depth of 3.1 miles, the USGS said.

A small earthquake of magnitude 3.0 preceded the temblor, and two small tremors with magnitudes of 2.8 and 3.3 rattled nearby within 20 minutes of the initial quake.

According to the USGS, the people in the surrounding areas would have felt light to moderate shaking.

Quakes, bombings, war, Israel surrounded, blizzards, droughts, locusts, apostasy in the Church, the love of many growing cold, rumors of war, race against race....when you see ALL THESE THINGS then look up, for your redemption is near!
