More Americans Believe in Aliens Than Jesus

This news is kind of interesting to find out how many Americans believe that aliens have visited earth.


As we have said all along, we believe that these "aliens" that so many folks have now come to believe in, are actually demons in disguise and that they may end up being part of the 'strong delusion' that is prophesied to happen after the Rapture of the church.


It appears that this author has been thinking (wondering) the same thing.


According to a National Geographic survey, 77 percent of all Americans “believe there are signs that aliens have visited Earth”, and according to a recent Harris poll only 68 percent of all Americans believe that Jesus is God or the Son of God.  That means that the number of Americans that believe that UFOs have visited us is now greater than the number of Americans that believe what the Bible has to say about Jesus Christ.  With each passing year, the frequency of UFO sightings seems to keep increasing, as does the number of movies, television shows and video games featuring aliens and extraterrestrial life.  It is almost as if the population of the planet is being primed for something.  Could this phenomenon be the “strong delusion” of the last days that is talked about in the Bible?  And if there are beings out there that are not human, what is it that they want?  Could it be that they have an extremely insidious agenda?


When it comes to UFOs, it is important to be skeptical.  These days it is very easy to fake just about anything on video, and there have definitely been a lot of fraudulent reports over the years.


But virtually all of those that have studied this phenomenon for many years come away convinced that something very unusual is clearly happening in our skies.  Every year there are hundreds upon hundreds of very credible reports of very strange unidentified flying objects that seem to have no natural explanation.  For example, one of the most respected newspapers in the UK just reported on a UFO that nearly collided with an A320 Airbus just a few days ago…

With every passing day the evidence continues to build that SOMETHING BIG IS GOING ON.  This is not just business as usual.


I heard Dr. David Reagan speak recently and he said that when they interviewed a lot of prophecy watchers and asked them to list the biggest sign that makes them believe something big is going on, the #1 answer was 'convergence'....meaning that so many things are happening all at once and with such increasing frequency.


Not only do we have Israel at center of everything, we have earthquakes, wars, rumors of war, Christian churches embracing pagan mysticism, lovers of violence, drug culture exploding, perversion exploding, gay marriage exploding, record hot and record cold, record tornadoes, record volcanoes,the named players of Ezekiel 38 all coming into focus at once,...and the list goes on.


Jesus told us that when we see just one vulture in the sky that the vulture isn't really telling us anything, BUT, when we see vultures in the sky we can KNOW they have their eyes on a dead body.  In the same way, when we see one massive sign it doesn't really tell us anything...but when we see all the signs converging at once...we should sober up and get expectant and excited that the Master could be coming for his Bride at any time.


What an incredibly exciting time to be alive!!  Just imagine if WE are the generation that doesn't see death!! 


"After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.  And so we will be with the Lord forever." 


Also the Bible gives us a hint that those of us who are longing for Christ to return and are watching and waiting for him to return may be awarded the Crown of Righteousness that Paul speaks of in 2 Timothy;  "Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that day--and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing." 


How about you??  Are you longing for the Lord to come for us??  Are you excited to see him when we are called up into the clouds??  Is there any evidence that you may be awarded some of the crowns that are mentioned in scripture??  Wouldn't it be awesome to get a crown so that we have something to lay at Jesus' feet...and now be standing there empty handed on that glorious day??
