Fed Will Bankrupt the People or the Government

The Federal Reserve is not understood at all by 99% of Americans.  It is not owned by the Federal Government and if you look at who the original owners actually are you would find some nefarious players. They essentially create money out of thin air and then loan that “money” out and charge interest on the thin air.  They also will “buy” US Treasuries by simply bidding on them at auction and using money they don’t have to “buy” them.  This is one way they control interest rates.  Since the Fed came into existence 110 years ago, the US Dollar has declined in value over 95%.  One day it will become worthless and some folks are saying that day is near...very near.  The emperor really has no clothes and the Fed really has no money.  When faith and confidence fail, so will the Dollar.  We hope this happens after the rapture.

Why Is the Fed Insolvent Now?

A sizable part of the reason that the Fed has become insolvent in recent months (and almost certainly will be in 2023 overall) stems from the fact that since 2008, the Fed has bought up trillions of dollars in Treasury debt and mortgage-backed securities (MBSs). The Fed has done this to prop up the prices of real estate and government bonds (i.e., to subsidize Wall Street, banks, and the real estate industry.)

The end result? The Fed is now paying out more interest to banks than it earns in income from the MBSs and government bonds that it holds in its portfolio. Thus, as we saw in the Fed's Friday release, outflows in interest payments have surged but income has not, and the Fed is now forced to defer its promised payments to the Treasury.

Another complicating factor driving the Fed deeper into the red is the fact that its portfolio is also losing value.

(The key to understanding how this becomes a problem is to remember that bond prices move in the opposite direction of interest rates. So, as newly issued bonds' interest rates [i.e., yields] move up, the prices of existing bonds move down.)

As interest rates have moved up in the past year, the value of the Fed's MBSs and Treasury debt has fallen. So now the Fed also has less capital. Thanks to Enron-like accounting, however, the Fed's bankruptcy is legally just a matter of "deferred assets," so it's not a legal problem for the Fed.

Nonetheless, that the Fed's losses are likely to mount further and require a bailout can be seen in the fact that we've seen this sort of problem before. As noted by Alex Pollock in a 2022 lecture at the Mises Institute, the Fed has put itself in a situation similar to the one that sank the savings and loans in the early 1990s. 

Like the S and Ls, the Fed "invested" in large amounts of long-term debt at low fixed interest rates. But then interest rates went up. The fixed-rate interest income stayed largely the same, but interest payment obligations increased sizably. That's where the Fed is now.

For a normal financial institution, this situation leads to bankruptcy. But the Fed will bail itself out by printing money. In the end, that means price inflation, either in assets like stocks and real estate or in consumer goods like eggs and auto parts. 

Ordinary people will see their cost of living go up and their real wages fall, and they'll get poorer. Through it all, though, the Fed and the regime itself will benefit. As the Fed has been careful to say in recent days, its de facto bankruptcy does not impede its ability to carry out its usual inflationary monetary policy. 

Never fear--because the Fed can create its own income at will via monetary inflation, the regime will continue to benefit from the Fed's usual tricks. The regime will be able to run higher deficits, spending on "free" benefits for the voters and on corporate welfare for the politically powerful. It's all a great scam for the parasitical class. For the productive classes? Not so much.

Worst Food Crisis in Modern History

 There will be famines...

We have said it all along that the USA will probably be one of the last places to run out of food.  Even if eggs cost $5 per dozen we are still going to eat eggs.  But if you were on the other side of the planet making $5 per day, all of a sudden you don't have enough money to buy eggs AND bread.

People on the other side of the planet are dropping dead from starvation right now, but most people don't even realize that this is happening.  Unfortunately, most people just assume that everything is fine and dandy.  If you are one of those people that believe that everything is just wonderful, I would encourage you to pay close attention to the details that I am about to share with you.  

Global hunger is rapidly spreading, and that is because global food supplies have been getting tighter and tighter.  If current trends continue, we could potentially be facing a nightmare scenario before this calendar year is over.

Pakistan is not one of the poorest nations in the world, but the lack of affordable food is starting to cause panic inside that country.  The following comes from Time Magazine...

Last Saturday in Mirpur Khas, a city in Pakistan's Sindh province, hundreds of people lined up for hours outside a park to buy subsidized wheat flour, offered for 65 rupees a kilogram instead of the current, inflated rate of about 140 to 160 rupees.

When a few trucks arrived, the crowd surged forward, leaving several injured. One man, Harsingh Kolhi, who was there to bring a five kg bag of flour home for his wife and children, was crushed and killed in the chaos.

We are seeing similar things happen all over the planet.

Just because you still may have enough food to eat doesn't mean that everybody else is okay.

The Bible tells us that during the Great Tribulation people will work all day just to buy enough food to survive another day.  But it also hints that the wealthy folks will still be having enough to eat.  "But don't touch the oil and wine."  Oil and wine will be only for the wealthy in those days.

As we approach those days we would expect to see more and more headlines like the one above.

US Military Reports That UFOs are Increasing

 As the "great delusion" mentioned in II Thessalonians draws nearer to fulfillment, we would expect to see headlines like this.

In a year and a half, the U.S. military recorded more than 247 sightings of what they call unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) and what many more call unidentified flying objects or UFOs. The 247 sightings in that span of time indicate that reported UFO encounters are increasing.

On Thursday, the Pentagon’s All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) — the special office for investigating the true causes behind UFO sightings — published a report with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) compiling their UFO findings from March 2021 until August 2022. That report states that AARO has recorded 247 UAP (or UFO) encounters in the approximately 18 months between its initial assessment period in March of 2021 and August of 2022.

And of course the military is now admitting that some of these UFOs seem to have been made with "off world" sources.  What the heck does "off world" mean?  It means that they are acknowledging that some form of intelligence that is not OF THIS WORLD is contributing to these sightings.

In Turkey, "The Rule of Law Has Been Virtually Destroyed"

 We watch Turkey because we know they are going to join Russia and Iran in a coalition set on destroying Israel.

We already know Russia is the kind of place where you can disappear deep into prison for saying or doing the wrong thing against the government.  We already know Iran is also such a place.  In Iran it's being reported that a few more young protesters were recently hung and thousands have been arrested by their police state.

But Turkey is part of NATO!  And just a handful of years ago almost had free access granted to their citizens into all of Europe!  How times have changed.  Today there is talk that Turkey has become a lawless place where the government it ruling with a Muslim, iron fist.  This would make sense according to Bible prophecy.  The dark forces of the world will join arms and make a plan to destroy Israel once and for all.  They will want their wealth and the fact that the world hates Jews will just be a bonus.

But God will have other plans on that day...

Turkey's Constitutional Court is currently in the process of deciding whether to close the pro-Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), which has 56 Members of Parliament, many of whom are already incarcerated. If closed, the HDP will be the eighth pro-Kurdish party in Turkey to be removed from the legislative process.

Former U.S. National Security Advisor John Bolton strongly recommends that if President Recep Tayyip Erdogan or his AKP Party corrupt the electoral process in the upcoming elections -- on the heels of other malign actions -- Turkey should be removed from North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

Since 2015, HDP members and activists have been constantly subjected to detention and arrest.... Democratically elected Kurdish mayors, deputy mayors, municipal council- and staff-members of the HDP and its sister party, DBP (Democratic Regions Party), have also been suspended, dismissed or arrested for alleged terrorism-related offenses. They were then replaced by government-appointed trustees.

"Key to the government's strategy is Anti-Terrorism Law No. 3713, which is used to fully restrict rights and freedoms and silence the voices of human rights defenders. The excessively vague and broad definition of terrorism in the law allows to label peaceful human rights defenders as 'terrorist offenders'." — The World Organisation Against Torture, 2022.

According to a report authored by the Council of Europe and the University of Lausanne, Turkey has the largest population of inmates convicted for terrorism-related offenses. The report, updated in April 2021, shows that at the time there were a total of 30,524 inmates in COE member states who were sentenced for terrorism; of those, 29,827 were in Turkish prisons.

Through the closure of the HDP, Erdogan's state authorities show that they are once again willing and able to overturn election results.

An election that bans the HDP from participation will be an illegitimate one and will be a death declaration of whatever crumbs are left of the so-called Turkish "democracy."

Turns Out Velma on Scooby Doo is a Lesbian

 A bunch of us grew up watching the cartoon Scooby Doo.  The dog was the star of the show along with Shaggy.  Velma was the smart girl with glasses who would eventually put together all the clues to solve the mystery and reveal that the monsters were really just men in masks.  But nothing is sacred anymore and it now turns out all our childhood cartoon heroes are gay, queer, trans or lesbian.  You may think this is a minor issue in a world filled with big issues, but it’s not.  They are after every kid in every school and college.  They want to pre-program all the future voters and take over the country one kid at a time.

The new Scooby-Doo reboot “Velma” is being slammed for being overtly woke and for straying far from the innocent and beloved cartoon about a talking dog that helps solve mysteries.

“Velma” is the prequel to the Hanna-Barbera animated series for children that debuted in 1969. The new HBO Max show has a rating of TV-MA for sex, nudity, violence, gore, profanity, and intense scenes, according to IMDb. The main characters are high school students who are about 15 years old.

The reboot features actress Mindy Kaling as the voice for Velma Dinkley. The Chicago Sun-Times detailed the “diverse” cast, “Velma is South Asian and gay, Daphne is an adopted Asian girl with lesbian cop parents, and Norville is black.”

“Fred, the entitled heir to an accessories fortune who turns out to be more than just a vanilla villain when Velma slips him a copy of ‘The Feminine Mystique’ and inspires his great awakening and new obsession with the gender pay gap,” The Guardian said.

Don’t expect to see a talking Great Dane – there actually is no Scooby-Doo the dog in the TV show. The Wrap described the first episode, “Things kick off not just with a murdered high school girl, but with her brain cut out of her oozing corpse by a next-level serial killer.”

According to Polygon, “The premiere starts with two cockroaches boning and then immediately segues to a nude girls’ locker room shower fight between characters having a metatextual argument about premiere episodes using nudity to cynically gain viewers’ attention.”

Velma and Daphne kiss in the animated series, according to Collider. Daphne is a drug dealer. The Chicago Sun-Times revealed a conversation about dealing drugs between Velma and Daphne:

Daphne: “According to TV, it’s morally OK to deal drugs if your life is just kind of crappy. Like, your kid’s sick, you’re a widow with a mortgage, you have to live on a lake in Missouri.” Velma: “Those are all white people, Daphne. Minorities on TV can only deal drugs to escape poverty.”

World Leaders Head to Davos to Plan All of Our Futures

 It's so funny.  All the world's leaders will get in their private jets bound for Switzerland and burn more fossil fuel in one trip than most of our cars burn in a year!  And what is the hurry of getting there??  They have a meeting.  About what?  About the future of the world and how if we don't stop burning fossil fuels, gas stoves and eliminating cow farts, we will all soon die at the hands of a CLIMATE EMERGENCY.

Of course, they don't anticipate changing their lives but they will pay for and train the politicians and world leaders who will demand that WE change.

Of course global warming, global cooling, climate change or whatever they are going to call it it a joke.  The earth has been warming since the last ice age had MN covered in a mile of ice.  And God tells us that as long as the earth endures, there will be warm and cold, spring time and harvest.  And of course if the rich folks really believed we were all going to die by rising oceans then WHY are so many of them buying expensive homes on the ocean?

Of course they will continue to push the lie that PEOPLE ARE CAUSING THE DEATH OF THE PLANET and tell us that we need population control or Mother Earth will die.

Have you noticed that large families are being greatly discouraged these days?  

Our movies, our television shows, our major news networks and even our textbooks encourage us to put off having children for as long as possible and to have very few kids if we do eventually decide to become parents.  Those that choose to rebel against the conditioning and have lots of children are looked down upon and are often ostracized.  

You see, the truth is that the global elite and their minions do not consider human life to be valuable.  Instead, they see us as a giant herd of carbon-emitting bio-machines that needs to be carefully managed.  

In their minds, the more people that there are on the planet the worse "climate change" will become.  And since they believe that "climate change" is the number one crisis facing humanity, they are quite interested in thinning the herd any way that they can.

So a lot of time and effort is being put into convincing women to prioritize "education" and "careers" over motherhood, and ultimately all of that propaganda has been quite successful.

In fact, fewer women in the United States are choosing to have children than ever before...

Just over half of women under 45 are having babies in the US, according to official data that lays bare the country's fertility drought.

From 2002 to 2019, the share of women aged 15-45 with at least one child dropped from 59.9 percent to 52.1 percent, a fall of an eighth.

The figure dropped from 46.7 percent to 39.7 percent among men in the same time, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) national survey.

If you look at the numbers, childless women were an enormous factor in the last two national elections in the United States.

Survey after survey has shown that women without children are much more likely to embrace the social and political agendas of the global elite, and when it comes time to vote they tend to show up in very high numbers.

In addition, the CDC has also discovered that Americans are waiting longer than ever to begin families even if they do decide to have children...

Women are having their first child when they are 0.8 years older now than they were in 2002 - with the average age having moved from 22.9 to 23.7 years old.

Men have always had their first child at an older age than women, but they have experienced a similar increase in age when first becoming a parent - from 25.1 to 26.4 years old.

These days, so many women are waiting until their thirties or forties before they start having kids.

But that isn't normal.

Throughout human history, the norm has been for women to have children during their most fertile years when the babies that are produced will be the most likely to be healthy.

And for both men and women, once you get older it becomes more difficult to find the energy to keep up with very young children.

Sadly, global leaders are trying really hard to push us into a new paradigm that completely denies important biological realities.

Of course there are so many people out there that can't have children even if they want to due to fertility problems.

One recent study found that male sperm counts have fallen by about 60 percent since 1973...

The latest analysis added seven years of sample collection and 44 study results to the 244 included in the earlier 2017 analysis. That study, in its analysis of data trends between 1973 and 2011, found an average decline in mean sperm concentration of 1.6% per year, and an overall decline of 59.3%. 

The latest study found an even steeper decline - to 2.64% post-2000 and an overall fall of 62.3% among unselected men. This, add the authors, represents a decline of -4.70 million/year, and indicates that this world-wide decline is continuing into the 21st century at an accelerated pace.

These numbers are extremely alarming, and they strongly indicate that the decline in our sperm counts is actually accelerating.

Once sperm counts get low enough, a substantial portion of the male population simply will not be able to produce children.

And once we get to that point, humanity will truly be facing a catastrophe.

But the elite just continue to pump out their propaganda.  On a recent episode of 60 Minutes, biologist Paul Ehrlich boldly claimed that "humanity is not sustainable"...

"Oh, humanity is not sustainable," Paul Ehrlich, the Stanford-based author of The Population Bomb, told CBS's Scott Pelley. "To maintain our lifestyle--yours and mine, basically--for the entire planet, you'd need five more Earths. Not clear where they're gonna come from."

Ehrlich, who earned a bit of a reputation as an alarmist following the 1968 release of The Population Bomb, says our current crisis basically boils down to this: the population growth in humans is stripping the resources that support our lives, including the biodiversity that helps sustain it. "Humanity is very busily sitting on a limb that we're sawing off," he said.

Ehrlich is not some fringe guy.

He has worked in the White House.

And he currently works at Stanford University.

This is how the global elite truly see things.

They believe that we are facing a horrifying environmental nightmare, and they believe that humanity is the cause of that nightmare.

Next week, hordes of global leaders will descend upon Davos, Switzerland for the yearly gathering of the World Economic Forum, and "environmental collapse" will be a primary focus...

A record number of business and government leaders will descend on the Swiss resort of Davos next week to pore over challenges ranging from global economic slowdown to environmental collapse as the World Economic Forum returns to its winter slot.

The World Economic Forum has become an event that ambitious global leaders simply cannot afford to miss.

This year, a whopping 52 heads of state will attend...

Fifty-two heads of state and government will show up next to 56 finance ministers, 19 central bank governors, 30 trade ministers and 35 foreign ministers. Heads of the United Nations, International Monetary Fund and World Trade Organisation will be among 39 leaders of international agencies.

The global agenda for the next 12 months will be greatly shaped by what happens in Davos next week.

And you and I are not invited.

I have been writing about the rising tide of globalism for a long time.  And even after everything that has transpired over the past few years, the globalists appear to be stronger than ever.

Needless to say, they are not interested in looking after your best interests.

What they really want is to thin the herd any way that they can, and that means encouraging all the rest of us to have fewer children.

If I didn't have a biblical worldview, all of their rhetoric probably makes some sense.  How can mother nature possible fight off billions of polluting humans who eat too much, crap too much. shower too much and demand too many conveniences all powered by energy?  She can't!  So these smart folks at Davos will seek to convince (if convincing doesn't work then they will ORDER it) the 8 billion humans out there to quit having kids, stay home in lockdowns to save energy, get an electric car and only turn on your electric range on windy days...so the windmills can help to power them.

Man-made diseases like Covid and their corresponding vaccines may end up killing millions which will certainly be a delight to these Green Folk who worship Mother Earth.

Remember what God said happens to those who worship creation instead of the Creator?  They have their minds turned to mush.  They get given over to their perversions and their minds become incapable of logic or clear thinking.  It's one form of God's judgment.  And sadly, if the Lord tarries, we will be ruled by these folks who have reprobate minds.

Are We Headed for Round Four of Covid-19?

The world has been dealing with the Covid-19 virus for nearly three years. This is one of the longest pandemics in history. We’ve had three major strains sweep over the world, and now a variant Omicron called BA.5 has been very active in a growing number of nations.

I went to the office of my heart doctor and noticed that the staff were all wearing masks again. A nurse told me they went back to wearing masks out of an abundance of caution. Since each new virus quickly makes its way around the world, we may all be back to wearing masks. Some of the Covid-19 strains have burned themselves out with no explanation.

Europe and China are at the center of a resurgence in infections as more people mix at large-scale events and travel, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). “We are seeing a much more intense wave of the disease passing through Europe again,” Michael Ryan, executive director of the WHO’s Health Emergencies Program, said at a media briefing.

The BA.5 has the concern of the WHO because it is said to be the most contagious of all the Covid-19 viruses. Because this variant has had several mutations in the spike protein, all the original vaccines provide very little protection. The death rate from BA.5 is lower than most other strains. At any time, Covid could mutate into a form that has a very high mortality rate.

In the past, I’ve urged people to get the vaccines, but I now see them as pointless. All the current vaccines are focused on the pre-Omicron strains. There is now a three-generation gap which makes it unlikely that they would be useful against the latest strains.

When I said it was generally safe to get the vaccine for the original covid virus in mid-2020, there had already been 2.5 billion shots given out. I would not want to be the first person to get the shot for variant BA.5. We use supercomputers to check for billions of possible chemical reactions in the human body. The real number of potential reactions is in the trillions, so at some point, we are going to run into a major problem.

A couple of years ago, I wrote about the dangers of booster vaccines not being given enough testing trials. Some vaccines are now not being given any trial run. They are going from the research lab right into people’s arms. Unless a new strain with a high mortality rate comes along, I don’t recommend anyone to get these new booster shots.

Your good reason not to get a vaccine is the clear understanding that the press and the government will cover up any news of people having a serious adverse event. With any vaccine, there always will be side effects. When Big Brother decides we only report good news, it’s time to be very reluctant about all Covid-19 vaccines.

I found my source that reported two serious events, including one child who developed symptoms consistent with Miller Fisher syndrome, which is a rare neurological condition that is considered to be a variant of Guillain-Barré syndrome, and another child who was hospitalized with hives and arthritis.

If a more deadly strain came on the scene, I don’t think we would have the financial means to deal with it. We’ve already spent $10 trillion on Covid-19, with millions of businesses driven into bankruptcy. Having gone through three major lockdowns, the world no longer has the capacity for round four.

The Covid-19 virus is just a warning of what will take place during the tribulation. Bible prophecy clearly indicated that there will be end-time diseases that will kill vast numbers of people. Rather than ending on a sad note by quoting one of these plague scriptures, I would rather conclude with the verse that reminds us that God’s grace is always with us:

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:38-39).
