China Warns of Depreciation

Depreciation of what?? The U.S. dollar.

This is pretty interesting as we have been watching China for sometime. The Bible tells us that the borrower will be slave to the lender...and we owe China a ton of cash....so we would do well to understand what the master (China) is saying to the slave. (us)

(Reuters) - China on Friday offered a rare glimpse into its foreign exchange reserves, confirming that they are overwhelmingly allocated in dollars, while a central banker said the mountain of cash could face depreciation risks.

The Chinese government's currency reserves, the world's largest such stockpile at $2.45 trillion, are held roughly in line with what was described as the global average: 65 percent in dollars, 26 percent in euros, 5 percent in pounds and 3 percent in yen.

Now here is the line that stuck me in the eye;

"Once a reserve currency's value becomes unstable, there will be quite large depreciation risks for assets," she wrote in an article that appeared in the latest issue of China Finance, a Chinese-language magazine published under the central bank.

She reiterated China's long-standing discomfort with a global financial system dominated by a single currency in the dollar.

"The outbreak and spread of the global financial crisis has highlighted the inherent deficiencies and systemic risks in the current international currency system," she said.

Let me break down and paraphrase what the master is saying;

"We believe the U.S. dollar is soon going to become very unstable. When that happens and the faith in the U.S. government begins to falter, the dollars could lose a lot of value. (depreciate) We have been uncomfortable with the U.S. dollar being the reserve currency of the world for quite some time now and when the U.S. financial system almost collapsed in 2008, it confirmed our fears that the world really needs a new international currency system."

Did you catch that call for a new international currency system? Can you see the road being further paved for the Antichrist?

As I sit in my office watching the wind blow....I can't help the gnawing feeling that has come over me in the past few weeks....a feeling that a really big rat trap has been set, the cheese has been put on the trigger and the trap has been placed directly in front of a confirmed rat-hole. All we can do now is wait to hear the SNAP!!

Make no mistake....the trap WILL snap. We just don't know when. It might be a day from now, a month from now or two years from now. I don't believe it will go much longer than a few years. There is simply too much pressure on the springs and the rat living in the hole is really hungry and really desperate for something tasty to eat....and that fresh cheese is sitting right in front of his nose.

World's Smartest Man is Stupid

The last few days we have seen the headline talking about one of the world's smartest men, Stephen Hawking, announcing that God did not create the universe.

(Reuters) - God did not create the universe and the "Big Bang" was an inevitable consequence of the laws of physics, the eminent British theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking argues in a new book.

In "The Grand Design," co-authored with U.S. physicist Leonard Mlodinow, Hawking says a new series of theories made a creator of the universe redundant, according to the Times newspaper
which published extracts on Thursday.

"Because there is a law such as gravity, the universe can and will create itself from nothing. Spontaneous creation is the reason there is something rather than nothing, why the universe exists, why we exist," Hawking writes.

"It is not necessary to invoke God to light the blue touch paper and set the universe going."

Now pay close attention to this line:

He wrote in A Brief History ... "If we discover a complete theory, it would be the ultimate triumph of human reason -- for then we should know the mind of God."

Now let's go to Genesis 3:4 and see what Satan said to Eve;

Mr. Hawking...I have one simple question for you; Who made the law of gravity? Where did that come from?

Peace Talks Doomed

Of course we all know that the chance of any lasting peace agreement being hammered out between Israel and the Arabs are zero. There really is no chance. The divide is simply too large.

We also know that the person who WILL be able to bring peace to the region will be the Antichrist. And he may be coming sooner than we think.

So as much as I disagree with everything Ahmadinejad says or does.....he probably is right about this one.

Middle East peace talks are 'doomed to fail', says Ahmadinejad

Iran's president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, today launched an angry attack on "doomed" US-brokered Middle East peace talks and urged the Palestinians to continue armed resistance to Israel.

Ahmadinejad used the annual al-Quds (Jerusalem) Day rally in Tehran to scorn the Obama administration's efforts in launching the first Arab-Israeli negotiations in nearly two years.

"What do they want to negotiate about? Who are they representing? What are they going to talk about?" the hardline Iranian leader said of the Palestinian negotiating team in Washington.

"Who gave them the right to sell a piece of Palestinian land? The people of Palestine and the people of the region will not allow them to sell even an inch of Palestinian soil to the enemy. The negotiations are stillborn and doomed."

Isn't interesting that Israel's biggest enemies hold an annual celebration called "Jerusalem Day"?

Of course this is simply more evidence of the Satanic hatred that is the power behind the Iranian (and Islamic) leaders. God claimed Jerusalem as His own....so Satan puts on a celebration by people who hate Israel and Jews....and calls it "Jerusalem Day."

I wonder if the world will ever see this pattern? I will now answer my own question;....Nope.

Divide Jerusalem

When you see this headline in the news you simply need to sit up and pay attention. (Note to reader, the "Holy Basin" is a politically correct way to say "Temple Mount"....since it doesn't offend Muslims.)

Barak: Israel May Divide Jerusalem, Internationalize Holy Basin

Defense Minister Ehud Barak says it is likely that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will agree to divide Jerusalem with the Palestinian Authority.

Barak told the Hebrew-language newspaper Haaretz in an interview published Wednesday that he believes the best chance for peace lies in a peace deal in which all the Arab neighborhoods in Jerusalem would be handed over to the PA in order to create a capital for a new Arab country.

As for the “Jerusalem problem,” Barak told the newspaper that the western side of the city plus "12 Jewish neighborhoods that are home to 200,000 residents will be ours.” The neighborhoods in which nearly 250,000 Arabs are living “will be theirs.”

Holy Holy Basin!! Now we have Jews in Israel talking about giving up control of the Temple Mount! What next??

But it appears that Netanyahu has a pretty firm understanding of what the Holy Basin really is...so that appears to be a glimmer of hope for Bible believing Israelis.

“Some politicians are trying to blur the importance of the Temple Mount to the Jewish People by referring to it as the 'Holy Basin',” he told the crowd at the time. “We, as Jews, know who built the Temple Mount.”

Anyway, I wouldn't hold my breath that any lasting peace agreement is going to be signed by the Arabs and Jews....even while Obama is rubbing their backs and speaking kind words to them in D.C. as we write this.

There are too many Muslims on planet earth that believe with all their heart the Jews have no right, no claim and no reason to be in Israel at all. And until ALL THE JEWS are gone from the land...they will not rest.

This goes right along with what the Bible told us. There will be NO PEACE in Jerusalem until the fullness of the gentiles is done. And when the fullness of the gentiles is done.... the rapture of the church should happen any second....which spells the end of the Age of Grace.

Church Not For the Unchurched

I have had the discussion with many about what the role should be for our church.

I use this word picture; Should it be like a donut shop that smells wonderful to everyone and everyone is welcome to stop in, have a free donut and let us make you comfortable....OR....should it be a professional locker room where the athletes are bandaged, fed, cared for and then sent back out onto the football field only to be battered, beat up and bruised some more??

Of course I believe it is biblical that it should be the later.

Today I was sent this article;

This classic controversy with our church though began like so many others from the worship wars of recent years, with a suggestion that we add a “non-traditional” service to the schedule (that’s code for contemporary) “in order to attract and retain young adults,” which is of course, not biblical – a point I repeatedly made in numerous emails to those in leadership that, quite frankly, took its toll on my emotions, energy and writing time. It’s unbiblical because Jesus taught: “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him.” (John 6:44)

You see, when the lost and “unchurched” (I hate that word) are drawn to a place of worship with appealing music and a casual atmosphere rather than to Jesus Christ by the Word of God in repentance and faith, most will leave when the goodies are gone or the newness wears off because they’ve come to the wrong place at the wrong time to the wrong person for the wrong reasons. They’re coming to mere men for momentary gratification instead of to Jesus Christ for eternal salvation.

I cannot overstate this point.

The Church is not just for the redeemed, it is the redeemed – not a recruiting center or halfway house for the undecided and unrepentant, where compromised Christians huddle together to try and figure out how to lure outsiders in by appealing to their flesh instead of courageously taking the Gospel out into the cold cruel world and risk rejection and hardship as we were commissioned by our Lord to do.

Of course it would appear that Mr. Proctor would agree that making a donut shop and offering free donuts IS NOT only wrong...it's unbiblical!

What is the answer?? Of course it is to answer Jesus' call of the Great Commission. That is an order to ALL OF US to "Go and make disciples". (Matthew 28:19)

So how does that look? We make a relationship with our neighbor. We feed him, clothe him, care for him...in the name of Jesus Christ. When the prompting of the Holy Spirit comes on him and he asks why we have been so caring to him...we give our testimony of how the Lord saved us. We then lead him in Bible study and invite him to accept the Lord Jesus as the ONLY WAY OF SALVATION. When we see the fruit of the Spirit begin to operate in his life and we are certain that he and I are now of like mind...we then invite him to come and join the fellowship of believers that we are all a part of. He now would have full access to the locker room and be able to tap into the food and beverage cart, the bandages, physical therapy room and everything else that would empower him to go out and make disciples himself.

And they go and tell two friends...and so on, and so on, and so on.

If there are 1 billion folks on planet earth who claim to love Christ and claim to obey the Master....the Great Commission would be complete in less than 3 years if each of them only made one disciple per year....and their disciple went on to make one per year.

I am convinced that the reason churches are failing by the droves is because we have refused to obey the Master on his one VERY SIMPLE command.

So instead, we send our pastors to management schools so we can have them learn the latest Rick Warren plans on "How to build a Church".

Let me ask you this.....if given a choice, would you rather go into battle against Al qaida with 100 well armed soldiers who have all their defensive battle shields well fitted and tuned and ALL know how to fire a gun and hit the target....OR....1000 people in flip flops and shorts carrying pea shooters while drinking 20 ounce lattes from Starbucks?

What is your church doing?....teaching folks to socialize and drink Starbucks...OR...teaching them battle techniques, hand to hand combat and marksmanship skills?

Friends, in case you haven't noticed...there is a war going on out there.

Jesus said, "You are either for me or against me." Since that leaves no grey area...let's ask ourselves which side we are on.

World Monetary System

Hopefully all of our eyes have been opened to changes taking place in the global financial system. I have posted about the IMF (International Monetary Fund) in the past. Of course we watch for developments on this front because the Bible is clear that there WILL BE a unified financial system that links the globe during The Tribulation.

Hints Of Change In The World Monetary System

NEW YORK--Ever since its inception 66 years ago, the International Monetary Fund has fancied itself at the center of the global economy.

But only now does the prospect of a multilateral monetary authority providing stability to the international financial system seem even remotely possible. That's because for the first time in decades there are legitimate uncertainties surrounding the one institution that does play that role: the U.S. dollar.

In that context, a couple of recent IMF-related announcements are more important than they normally would be.

NOW SEE THIS...and pay attention:

Were it to take off, the IMF could evolve into a true international lender of last resort. And giving a multilateral body like the IMF more power at the expense of the U.S. would surely be preferable to having another, potentially less benign superpower simply takeover the reins.

The dollar is still king. But times are changing. It's in everybody's interest to design an international framework before the next big crisis erupts.

Holy Treasury Bond!! What?? It's in everybody's interest to design an international framework?? And the IMF could evolve into a true international lender of last resort?? What do you think will be the outcome when America (and all global investors) realizes it can't come up with $30 Trillion for Social Security, $30 Trillion for Medicare, and $10 Trillion to bail out all the state pensions and state budgets AND keep running a $2 Trillion Federal deficit?? Of course they will need to call the IMF as the last resort...and the entire world will happily walk hand and hand directly into a "one-world financial system".

And of course then we will be one HUGE STEP closer to a "one-world government"....because of course that will be needed to manage the newly formed one-world financial system.

Can you hear the jingling spurs of the Antichrist getting on his horse...making ready to ride onto the world scene for his last big hurrah??

Lord of Death

A few days ago I did a post on Santa Muerte (Saint Death). I wondered aloud if thousands of Mexican-Catholics who are praying to this Satanic idol could be the reason that thousands of people are ending up butchered in Mexico.

Today the BBC has an article about San La Muerte (Lord of Death). Of course this would be the same Satanic idol that is being worshiped in Mexico....and now we may be seeing it's destructive power starting to break out in Argentina.

An Argentine man has been arrested on suspicion of murdering at least six people after making a pact with a spiritual figure known as San La Muerte (Lord of Death), police say.

The 22-year-old had apparently promised to kill one person a week in return for protection and prosperity.

San La Muerte is said to have a large following in the country's prisons and shanty towns.

The figure evolved in poor communities in the north of Argentina, where characters from traditional indigenous religions merged with elements from Roman Catholicism, our correspondent adds.

Did you catch the Catholic mention there? As we have already pointed out, many Catholics have been conditioned to pray to St. Thomas, St. Barnabas, St. Peter, Virgin Mary and all kinds of other saints....so why not pray to St. Death for protection from death? Makes perfect sense.

Of course it also makes perfect sense to Satan...which is why he would devise a scheme to get folks praying to ANYTHING...just so long as it's not Jesus Christ.

Jerusalem War

Here's how it works; God claims Jerusalem as the "apple of my eye" and puts His name on it forever. As soon as Satan hears this....he wants it.

So Satan goes about trying to make the city his own. And of course, if he can't have it then he would love to see it destroyed.

Enter the cult of Islam. They are willing to light the world on fire over this one city. They deny the Jews were ever there...they build two mosques right on the Temple Mount where Solomon's Temple once stood...they hollow out the Temple Mount in an attempt to destroy any Jewish artifacts which might prove them to be liars...even though the city is NEVER mentioned in their holy book (the Koran), they claim it is their 3rd holiest city.

Now today in the headlines we have more war talk by Muslims in regards to Jerusalem.

PA Minister Threatens War over Jerusalem

The Palestinian Authority religious affairs minster, a week before peace talks in Washington, warned of war if Jerusalem is not “returned” to “its owners. And we are its owners."

With PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas in the audience, Mahmoud Al-Habbash declared in his Friday sermon, "Jerusalem can ignite a thousand and one wars,” according to a translation supplied by Palestinian Media Watch.

Unless Jerusalem "becomes the capital of the Palestinian people, there is no peace," he warned. "The term 'war' will not be erased from the lexicon...as long as Jerusalem is occupied.

“If Jerusalem is dishonored, if Jerusalem is disgraced, if [Jerusalem] is lost, it may leave the door open to all possibilities of struggle, all possibilities of war.

"Jerusalem is not just a city. Al-Aqsa is not just a mosque. Jerusalem is the key to peace…. Unless Jerusalem will be Palestinian, as it was throughout history, the capital of the Palestinian state and the capital of the Palestinian people, the place which is the object of heartfelt longing and which all Muslims aspire to reach; unless Jerusalem is like that way, there is no peace. There is no peace without Jerusalem. There is no stability without Jerusalem.”

Now listen to what the article goes on to say about Barack Obama;

U.S. President Barack Obama, who is scheduled to host Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Abbas this week, has gradually changed his position on Jerusalem. During his 2008 election campaign, he stated that the city is the "undivided” capital of Israel, but he backtracked the next day after Arab protests.

He explained that it was up to the PA and Israel to decide the borders of the city and later stated that he meant the city should not be divided by barbed wire, as it was during the Jordanian occupation between 1948 and 1967.

In his “reaching out Muslims’ speech in Cairo in June 2008, President Obama said he foresees the United Nations flag flying over the city.

Holy catastrophe!! Think about what God says..."I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling....and all who try and move her will injure themselves."

Mr. Obama...if you believe that you can pressure the Jews to divide Jerusalem and then order that half of it be given to a suicidal death cult, currently operating in Gaza, to be used as their capital....you had better get ready for a whole lotta shakin'.

And since he is the leader of our country...elected by a majority....we had better be prepared for a whole lotta shakin' too.

Glenn Beck

Glenn Beck has sure been in the news and on the news quite a bit these past weeks. A few weeks ago I even did a post on him after someone sent me a clip from his show.

Some folks believe he is an evangelical Christian and uses much Christian language....and seems to talk an awful lot about God....but is he talking about the God of Isaac, Jacob and Israel that is the God of our Bible?

Glenn Beck claims he is a Mormon.

So is that the same thing as if he claimed to be a Methodist or a Lutheran or a Covenanter?

Not by a long shot.

I would suggest that we all put on our discernment hats and lets all be Bereans and test the scriptures to see if Mormonism lines up with the WORD OF GOD.

I do want to say that when I hear Glenn talking about history, Marxism, the Constitution, the financial collapse, etc....he seems to be right on. He (like me) believes that something big is coming for America, and it probably won't be good. He then invites us to turn to God as our only hope. This very morning on his radio show he said that after praying on his knees that he got a clear message that we were supposed "get behind God as our shield".

Sounds good...but what about Jesus Christ? He never went beyond the "God" comments to talk about the fact that Jesus Christ is our ONLY way to the Father.

So what do Mormons believe?

Finally, please understand that the Mormon Church uses Christian terms but has radically changed the meanings of those terms. So, when it says that Mormons belief in the father the son and the Holy Spirit, they are really saying they believe in a God from another planet, with a goddess wife, who literally is the father of Jesus, and that there is a spirit being, the Holy Ghost, who is another God.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, known as the Mormons, teaches that God the father used to be a man on another planet, that he became a God by following the laws and ordinances of that God on that planet and came to this world with his wife (she became a goddess), and that they produce a spirit offspring in heaven. These spirit offspring, which includes Jesus, the devil, and you and me, are all brothers and sisters born in the preexistence. The preexistence spirits come down and inhabit babies at the time of birth and their memories of the preexistence are lost at the time. Furthermore, faithful Mormons, who pay a full 10% tithe of their income to the Mormon church through Mormon temples, have the potential of becoming gods of their own planets and are then able to start the procedure over again.

In fact, Jesus warned us about such groups when he said in Matthew 24:24 that in the last days many false Christs and false prophets will arise and deceive many. Mormonism is exactly that, a manifestation of a false prophet: Joseph Smith, who taught all these things.

Holy cow!! Ask yourselves this....would we allow Glenn Beck to come to our adult ed class and teach on ANYTHING in the spiritual realm? The short answer is, "NO!"

Of course we KNOW that Mormonism is a cult....because it was ONE MAN's visions that he supposedly had and based on his charisma he convinced thousands of others that the messages he received from god were true. Hence...another false religion was born.

Friends....the Bible is NOT STILL BEING WRITTEN! GOD IS NOT SENDING MORE PROPHETS TO FULFILL HIS WORD! JOSEPH SMITH IS NOT GOD'S PROPHET!

I would say that if you want to listen to Glenn Beck and agree with his comments on finances, or history or Barack Obama...then that's one thing. But when he starts telling you what messages he received from god....I would advise you to turn up you antennae REALLY high....and listen very closely for false messages.

As was already said, "In the last days false Christs and false prophets will arise and deceive many." Is it possible that Glenn Beck could be one of those? Do you think it's simply a coincidence that Mormon commercials are on our TV's morning, noon and night? Or is this simply more evidence that Satan is using one more big trap (Mormonism) in which he plans to snare a boat load of Beck followers?

Report: Israel Plans to Strike in Syria

The Alrai daily newspaper in Kuwait reported on Saturday that Israel is planning to attack Hizbullah weapons storage and production facilities in Syria. According to unnamed Western sources who were quoted in the report, the IDF has strengthened its troop presence in the Golan Heights and Galilee panhandle. European sources told the paper that Israel had sent unmanned aerial vehicles over Syria and Lebanon, which they see as a sign that a military operation in the area is in the works.

Also Saturday, the Kuwait Al-Rai claimed that Israel is making its last preparations for an attack on the Hizballah missile stores located in Syria close to the Lebanese border, for which an IDF armored division has been called up.

Did you catch that?? The shelf life of jet fuel is not very long and Israel just bought a BUNCH OF IT from the USA. That must mean they are planning on using a BUNCH OF JET FUEL SOMETIME REAL SOON!

I'm glad that we are selling military fuel to Israel because I want the USA to continue to bless Israel.

Also we don't KNOW that this will lead to war....but it definately falls under the "rumors of war" category.

But let's be very clear here....when God starts dealing with his client nation (Israel) HIMSELF.... the USA will no longer be needed to incubate and defend Israel....and it's possible that America will fold in on itself due to it's massive debt, massive immorality and starvation of knowledge about the Word of God.

I, like others, believe that the final collapse of America will happen at the Rapture...when millions of us will simply fly away into the clouds at Christ's command and receive our glorified bodies.

As it was in the Days of Noah

Many have heard me speak about the bizarre passages in Genesis and Numbers referring to the Nephilim...a race of beings inspired by Satan that were half human and half fallen angel.

Many have heard me speak about the bizarre subjects of UFO's and "aliens".

Some of you have heard me wonder aloud if their is something Satanic about the fact that "alien" abductees report having their semen and eggs (reproductive material) harvested while on board the space ship.

When Noah's flood came....it appears that this may have been God's grand plan to wipe out ALL the Nephilim and give the pure race of mankind a chance to start over with pure DNA...DNA that us "uncorrupted".

Jesus said that the last days will be "as it was in the days of Noah". Could that mean that Jesus is giving a warning to His followers that Satan could be cooking another big batch of Nephilim? Remember that the Bible clearly says the Nephilim were on the earth BEFORE the flood...and also AFTER the flood.

Today I ran across this article by a serious prophecy watcher/author named Jack Kelly;

As it was in the days of Noah, so will it be at the coming of the Son of Man (Matt 24:37). The time leading up to the Great Flood was a lot like our time today in that it was characterized by a deliberate and escalating disregard for the ways of God. I’ve made mention in previous articles of the mysterious people in Genesis 6:4 called the Nephillim. They were the offspring of marriages between angelic beings and earthlings. Would these beings with super natural strength (origin of the titans or demi-gods in mythology) be called aliens today? In many documented alien encounters there seems to be a great interest on their part in our reproductive system. Are aliens using humans to breed a super race again? In the King James rendering of Daniel 2:43 there’s a curious reference to someone “mingling themselves with the seed of men” in the last days. Is the anti-Christ part alien or in command of beings that are part alien and part human? As it was in the days of Noah?

Did you catch that?? Aliens and their interest in our reproductive systems??

Another strange thing for me is that I just finished reading the book of Enoch a few months ago...and this dude goes on to talk about the book of Enoch.

If Enoch is indeed a model of the church and if the Lord’s prophecy of Matt 24:37 is meant to describe the sequence of end times events, as seems likely, then one day soon we will be taken alive (raptured) from earth like Enoch was, and the Holy Spirit will be withdrawn. Man’s behavior will quickly become unbearably wicked and the judgment will come, all in that order. As it was in the days of Noah.

It is seeming more and more convincing that God is speaking the same messages to prophecy watchers all over the earth. A lot of us seem to be seeing a lot of the same books and Bible passages....and independently arriving at our own conclusions....that seem to then confirm what others are also seeing.

Volcano Erupts

This headline speaks for itself;

Indonesia volcano erupts for first time in 400 years

Government volcanologist Surono said Mount Sinabung last erupted in 1600, so observers do not know the volcano’s eruption pattern and are monitoring it closely for more activity.

"Many had left their homes even before they were evacuated. They said the volcano was spewing thick black smoke, small stones and sulphur. They were so scared they decided to leave their homes and go to the city," Mr Kardono said, adding that a rescue team had been sent to survey the area.

It sure seems lots of stuff is happening all at the same time....stuff that has not happened for centuries. Oh yeah...and Israel is in the front page news almost EVERY SINGLE DAY!
