One thing for sure...if you are an Arab strongman, dictator who has been robbing your subjects blind while you get fat on women and wine....you should be a little nervous.

So what's up with Libya and their super-freak leader, Muamar Ghadafi?

Well, he came out of his rabbit hole long enough to blame Israel's Mossad for the fall of Egypt. Of course! Who else could it possibly be but the Jews?

Libyan leader Muamar Ghadafi said Thursday that agents of the Mossad Israel intelligence service were behind the latest anti-government unrest in Egypt. Colonel Ghadafi said he was standing beside Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and offered him any assistance he needs. He also criticized Sheikh Yussuf Al-Kardawi for inciting the Egyptian public against Mubarak, and criticized the Al-Jazeera television network.

Ghadafi warned opposition leaders in his own country not to organize disturbances and attempt to ruin stability. A students' "day of rage" against his 42-year-old military junta has been called for next Thursday. He has countered with public meetings to discuss unemployment, corruption and failing infrastructure.

Child of Satan

As Egypt is shaking....harsh words are coming to us from Iran. Surprise!!

TEHRAN // President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Friday that the Middle East will soon be free of the United States and Israel, as massive crowds of Iranians chanted pro-Egypt and anti-American slogans while marking the 32nd anniversary of the Islamic revolution.

Ahmadinejad, under whose presidency the animosity between Iran and the West has peaked, warned Egyptians to be "watchful of the friendly face" of the United States as he predicted victory in the Egypt uprising.

"We will soon see a new Middle East materialising without America and the Zionist regime and there will be no room for world arrogance (the West) in it," the hardliner told cheering crowds of men, women and children gathered in Tehran's Azadi (Freedom) Square despite cold and cloudy weather.

In a speech directed in good part at the Arab uprisings, Ahmadinejad said Egyptians need to be careful.

"They (the United States) have adopted a friendly face and saying 'we are friends of people of North Africa and Arab countries', but be watchful and united. You will be victorious," he said.

"Come and take away the Zionist regime which is the source of all crimes... take it away and liberate the region. Free the region and give it to the people and take this regime, which is the child of Satan, out."

"Death to America! Death to Israel!" chanted the crowd as they carried Iranian flags, banners and posters of Iranian revolutionary leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, who led the uprising against the shah, and of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the nation's supreme leader.

Wow! After watching all the whipped up Muslims in Egypt and then reading about these whipped up Muslims in Persia (Iran)....one has to wonder if Satan is doing a war-cry getting ready to pounce on Israel.

I have Fox News on the TV at the office and the former Israeli Ambassador to Cairo just said, "We (Israel) are in big trouble."

Make no doubt about it...we ARE witnessing unprecedented history.

The Obama Doctrine

Egypt continues to spin. And as it spins, so does American foreign policy. And like it or not, Obama spoke yesterday and laid down a new doctrine for the world to digest.

What he said may be correct or it may be a huge blunder. History will have to digest that.

But one thing for certain...something big is going to change because of the new Obama Doctrine.

Obama continued: "A new generation has emerged. They have made it clear that Egypt must reflect their hopes, fulfil their highest aspirations, and tap their boundless potential. In these difficult times, I know that the Egyptian people will persevere, and they must know that they will continue to have a friend in the United States of America."

The implications of this new doctrine, for that is how it must be viewed, are almost endless. The most obvious point is that since the US is backing the popular pro-democracy revolt in Egypt, it is bound in all conscience to do so elsewhere, as occasion demands.

This is a direct challenge not just to Mubarak and his old guard but to the legitimacy of the previously untouchable, US-allied autocrats of Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the Gulf. Universal values are universal after all. So what goes in Egypt will logically go, too, in Algeria, Jordan and Yemen, to name just three countries where America has largely turned a blind eye to repression in pursuit of wider security and commercial interests.

The Obama doctrine implies readiness to intervene directly in a country's internal politics in support of broader principles. In this instance, his stinging criticism of Mubarak's failure to make "immediate, meaningful and sufficient" reforms was tantamount to a demand that he resign.

It also risks the alienation of regional rulers and the fracturing of old alliances that have sustained US and western European policy since the cold war. The Saudis had taken a dim view of the US president's undercutting of Mubarak; now they will wonder who might be next.

It is true....that we have turned a blind eye on Arab oppression if it means more security for us and the region. But for the sons of Ishmael, who are continually at each others throats, maybe that is the best we can hope for in that region? If they have stopped killing each other and are not invading Israel....then we can call that "success".

What Obama has done in Egypt will have all the other Arab strongmen wondering just how much they can trust the U.S. to have their back when the masses demand they step down. And if the world has no trust amongst the leaders who keep the peace....how long till peace vanishes?

The Blind Are Leading

With all that's going on in Egypt, the extreme fears of Israel and the rest of civilized society should be with the possibility that the Muslim Brotherhood could take over that country.

If (when?) that happens you may as well start counting the days until war breaks out. You don't have to look too far on their website to see that they are dedicated to wiping out Israel and doing all things necessary to usher in the global Caliphate....meaning Islam should rule the world.

So when our Director of National Intelligence comes before Congress yesterday and tells them that the Muslim Brotherhood is "largely secular"....it makes you start to wonder if God has already sent the "great delusion" that He promises to send in 2 Thessalonians.

This is what he said to Congress;

"The term 'Muslim Brotherhood'...is an umbrella term for a variety of movements, in the case of Egypt, a very heterogeneous group, largely secular, which has eschewed violence and has decried Al Qaeda as a perversion of Islam," Clapper said. "They have pursued social ends, a betterment of the political order in Egypt, et cetera.....In other countries, there are also chapters or franchises of the Muslim Brotherhood, but there is no overarching agenda, particularly in pursuit of violence, at least internationally."

Holy denial!! If the top brains in our country can't figure out what our enemies are up to, simply by reading their website, what might that say about how susceptible we are to those who want to destroy us?

Inflation Hawk Resigns

The Federal Reserve is made up of board members. Today, one of them resigned. What's interesting about this is that the dude who resigned is the one who is the most concerned about inflation....and the printing of trillions of dollars.

At only 40 years old, Warsh was the youngest member of the Fed board.

He has recently spoken openly about his doubts of the Fed's controversial policy that pumps $600 billion into the economy through purchases of long-term Treasuries.

That policy is meant to stimulate the economy by keeping interest rates low, but critics argue it could spur inflation to rise too quickly.

In the last speech Warsh gave in November, he said "I am less optimistic than some that additional asset purchases will have significant, durable benefits for the real economy."

IMF Calls for New Currency

The U.S. dollar has been the world's reserve currency since right after WWII. Lately, we have been watching the foreshadowing events of a day when the world will call for a new reserve currency to replace the U.S. dollar.

Today may be that day.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- The International Monetary Fund issued a report Thursday on a possible replacement for the dollar as the world's reserve currency.

The IMF said Special Drawing Rights, or SDRs, could help stabilize the global financial system.

SDRs represent potential claims on the currencies of IMF members. They were created by the IMF in 1969 and can be converted into whatever currency a borrower requires at exchange rates based on a weighted basket of international currencies. The IMF typically lends countries funds denominated in SDRs.

"Over time, there may also be a role for the SDR to contribute to a more stable international monetary system," he said.

Yes friends,...the world is getting desperate for a new "international monetary system". A system that the coming Antichrist can get his hands on and then require EVERYONE who wants to enter the system to take certain mark. Revelation calls it the "mark of the beast".

Sadly for the USA, this coming replacement will NOT serve us well. Why? Because right now we have a certain amount of demand built into our currency. You NEED to own dollars if you are going to transact certain business anywhere on the globe.

But what will happen when the world doesn't NEED dollars for that business anymore? The DEMAND will instantly go down...which means that the value of the dollar will go down. Sometimes that can be a good thing...but in this situation, trust me.....it will not be a good thing.

The world is shaking....that's for sure.

Eintstein and Bees

We know Albert Einstein was one of the smartest men on earth. He gave us the famous formula, E = MC (2).

But do you know he also said, "if the bee disappeared off the surface of the globe, man would have only four years to live".

We have posted in the past about the mysterious disappearance of the honey bees and also the bumblebees.

So, do we only have 4 years to live?

These foods provide 35% of our calories, most of our minerals, vitamins, and anti-oxidants, and the foundations of gastronomy. Yet the bees are dying – or being killed – at a disturbing pace.

The bee crisis has been treated as a niche concern until now, but as the UN's index of food prices hits an all time-high in real terms (not just nominal) and grain shortages trigger revolutions in the Middle East, it is becoming urgent to know whether the plight of the honey bee risks further exhausting our already thin margin of food global security.

The reservoir of bees is dwindling to the point where ratios are dangerously out of kilter, with the US reaching the "most extreme" imbalance. Pollinated crop output has quadrupled since 1961, yet bee colonies have halved. The bee-per-hectare count has fallen nearly 90%.

Ouch!! The U.S. is reaching the most extreme imbalance! I wonder how long global stability will last if 90% of the earth's population starts to get REALLY hungry and REALLY agitated?

Newsweek, Sex, and Nephilim

One of the top articles tracking on Google today is a Newsweek article titled, "What the Bible Really Says About Sex."

Of course they have found a liberal theologian to claim the David and Jonathon were gay lovers...which makes King David a bi-sexual.

They also claim that when Ruth was laying at Boaz' feet...that the word "feet" really could have meant "genitals"....and so premarital sex might actually be OK....because Ruth did it.

But this is the paragraph I found most interesting;

Wow! We know that the monstrous children spoken of are the Nephilim of Genesis 6.

Interesting that they say, "in the Biblical world people believed in angels".....as if none of us do today.

So what is my take away from all this? Number one you are going to have millions of people hearing/reading the story about a Biblical time when angels had sex with women and produced some nasty offspring....and it may just be ONE MORE WAY that the earth is being conditioned to accept that 1) sex outside of marriage is fine, 2) gay sex is fine and 3) accept angels on earth (even if the claim to be from another planet) intermingling with women.

Terrorist Threat is High

In our previous post we wrote about a home-grown terrorist in North Carolina. Turns out he is a Muslim.

Today we have a headline from Janet Napolitano, who is the secretary of Homeland Security. She is telling us that the terrorist threat is as high today as it was right before 9/11....and it sounds like she may be most concerned about home-grown terrorists.

But the panel’s debut session on Wednesday with two of the government’s top counterterrorism officials underscored an increasingly familiar and commonly accepted concern: One of the most serious emerging threats to the country is posed by radicalized American citizens or residents capable of carrying out terrorist attacks with little or no warning.

The increase in homegrown terrorists inspired by, but not necessarily directed from, Al Qaeda’s headquarters in Pakistan or its affiliates in Yemen and Africa, has forced the Obama administration to scramble to thwart a small but rapidly evolving domestic threat that authorities say is much more difficult to detect than most foreign-based plots.

“In some ways, the threat today may be at its most heightened state since the attacks nearly 10 years ago,”Janet Napolitano, the secretary of homeland security, told lawmakers.

Now pay attention to this next paragraph;

After years of largely playing down the threat of homegrown terrorists more common in Europe, American officials are now rushing to catch up, enlisting the help and playbooks of counterterrorism officials from Canada, Britain and other countries with more experience in dealing with domestic extremism.

Let me translate that first paragraph....remember this article is from the New York Time...so sometimes needs to be translated from "liberal worldview" into "Biblical worldview".

Here is how it translates:

"After years of saying that Islam in a "religion of peace", and totally ignoring what is being taught in Muslim schools from Virginia to California, and refusing to understand how a firm understanding of the Koran leads people to have Satanic hatred for almost everything that is not Islamic, American officials are now rushing to catch up."

So will they ever "catch up"? Or have we allowed the devil to set up camps right in our very midst? And now that his foot soldiers have been trained...they are being released to seek and destroy.

We know that the USA isn't anywhere to be found in the Last Days prophecies. I know that the rapture of the church would seal our destruction....but I also know that a nuclear bomb going off in downtown New York would also seal our destruction.

The Bible tells us that the things of this world are passing away. Do we believe it? Are we ready to see it?

Home Grown Terrorists

I guarantee you it's one tough job trying to keep the terrorists, hell-bent on our destruction, from coming into the U.S.

But how tough is it going to be for Homeland Security to catch the terrorists who are already here...and may have been born here, worked here and live here?

Daniel Patrick Boyd, a North Carolina man whose arrest on terrorism-related charges surprised the residents of his bucolic town, pleaded guilty in Federal District Court in New Bern, N.C., on Wednesday to conspiring to assist violent jihadists and to participate in attacks in foreign countries, Justice Department officials said.

Mr. Boyd, 40, an American citizen who worked for a company that installed drywall, and six other men, including two of his sons, were first charged in July 2009 with participating and supporting violent jihad overseas.

A superseding indictment two months later contained more charges, including one accusing Mr. Boyd and another man of plotting an attack on the Marine Corps base in Quantico, Va. He did not enter a plea on that charge on Wednesday.

Wow! So we start thinking.....why would some 40 year old white guy, born and bred in the USA, decide that he should take out the Marine Corps base?....and suddenly it becomes clear.

Although they knew he was a devout Muslim, many were hearing for the first time that Mr. Boyd was known by an alias, Saifullah, and that he had been in Afghanistan and Pakistan from 1989 to 1992, training with and supporting fighters who were trying to overthrow the government in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Got it!!! He was a devout Muslim! Now it makes perfect sense of why he wants to blow things up, cause chaos and destroy the U.S. Government! He wants Shariah law to come to the USA and for Islam to rule the world.

I wonder how many folks just like him we already have on U.S. soil...getting more radicalized the longer they attend the mosque and the more familiar they become with what the Koran actually says?

Epic Drought

We know Russia had an historic drought last summer that ruined their wheat crop. Pakistan had an epic flood that ruined it's crop. Australia just had a "Biblical" flood and cyclone that ruined its crop. And Brazil had it's crop ruined first by drought and now by flood.

With all that happening, should it surprise us to read that China is experiencing an "epic drought".

SHANGHAI—A United Nations agency said this year's wheat crop is at risk in at least five Chinese provinces, echoing continuous warnings from China that its major northern wheat growing areas are facing an epic drought.

In a rare special early warning global alert, the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization said north China's "ongoing drought is potentially a serious problem." The Rome-based FAO, which based its notice partly on a stream of warnings from Beijing about the wheat crop, said the provinces primarily affected include Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan, Hebei and Shanxi, which together represent about two-thirds of China's national wheat production.

For weeks, Beijing officials have underscored their concern about risks to the wheat crop, with the state-run Xinhua news agency reporting on Tuesday that the production base in Shandong province "is bracing for its worst drought in 200 years."

I wonder how many epic droughts and epic floods it takes to turn the world into a place filled with famine? If 2/3's of China's wheat production is destroyed....how will one billion Chinese feed themselves? The world is already at record lows of food stocks.

It certainly seems as if the world is being prepared for tribulation. Whether or not it turns out to be THE TRIBULATION....we will have to watch and wait.

Inflation Worries Spread

The front page of the Wall Street Journal had the title of this post as the top headline.

So yes, we have been watching for goofiness to happen due to all the printed-paper-money floating around. But the article points out some other prophetic points as well...mainly famine and food shortages which make prices rise.

Few emerging-market countries have a firm grip on the inflation problem. Just last week, John Lipsky, the International Monetary Fund's No. 2, said many emerging economies are running out of excess capacity "and yet most of them still have in place the expansionary…monetary and budgetary policies." The cure is clear, he said. "Everybody is going to need to tighten monetary policy, reduce budgetary stimulus and continue with the process of structural reforms."

Inflation fears intensified Tuesday after the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization said drought in the five Chinese provinces that account for two-thirds of China's wheat production is endangering this year's crop. U.S. wheat futures surged Tuesday to a fresh 30-month high on fears of further strains on global supplies. The current wheat contract rose 1.8% to $8.7425 a bushel in Chicago, up 81.3% from a year ago.

Did you catch that quote, "everybody needs to tighten monetary policy,"? I guess he must be talking about everybody else because our Federal Reserve just keeps rolling out the fake money and flooding the globe with paper.

Massive Global Superstorms

Did you know that the earth has a wobble? Yes, it's true. The earth is tipped on its axis and as it spins on that axis at about 1000 mph, it has a tiny wobble.

Now that I have taught you all about the wobble and you're cool with that....I have some news for you....the wobble has stopped. And according to this article that tiny fact is the cause for the massive global storms that are wreaking havoc on planet earth.

Also it has something to do with the quickly moving north pole. Remember we posted about last month as the pole moved 40 miles in one year...and it moved towards Russia. Also hate to break this news to you, but when the north pole flops with the south pole....it pretty much wipes out most everything on planet earth...and probably will start another ice age.

Where the heck is Al Gore and Global Warming when you need him?

(CHICAGO) - NASA has been warning about it.scientific papers have been written about it.geologists have seen its traces in rock strata and ice core samples.

Now "it" is here: an unstoppable magnetic pole shift that has sped up and is causing life-threatening havoc with the world's weather.

Forget about global warming.man-made or natural.what drives planetary weather patterns is the climate and what drives the climate is the sun's magnetosphere and its electromagnetic interaction with a planet's own magnetic field.

According to some geologists and scientists, we have left the last interglacial period behind us. Those periods are lengths of time.about 11,500 years.between major Ice Ages.

One of the most stunning signs of the approaching Ice Age is what's happened to the world's processional wobble.

Is this all true? Who the heck knows? Have we had ice ages in the past? You bet. Could the wacky weather be caused by the wobble stopping? You bet. Does God have it all under control? You bet. Should we learn to rely more on God our Father and less on ourselves? For sure.

And finally, could this be one other major catastrophe that will be unleashed during The Tribulation? For sure.

Is the world of unsaved people, who have no idea of God's word, starting to wonder what the heck is going on? Will there come a day when men faint with fear for what is coming on them? Yep.

Miserable Cities

For decades, the state of California was the land of opportunity. The Golden State! Anybody who got there was sure to make it rich.

Of course we now know that their crazy spending and total disregard for reality, has put them on a collision course with bankruptcy.

And we continue to watch California because it might be what's coming for the rest of us.

California residents are pretty miserable, according to Forbes’ list of the most unhappy cities in the United States. California cities account for eight of the 20 most miserable places in the U.S., and four of the top five. Falling home prices, high unemployment, high crime, steep state taxes, and a large budget deficit have brought a lot of Californians down in recent months.

"Both California and Florida have a history of boom and bust economies,” Kurt Badenhausen, Forbes senior editor, told Reuters. “People flooded to these states because of the weather during the boom years but that helped inflate the massive bubble in housing."

In Stockton, home prices have fallen by 58 percent over the last three years and unemployment has averaged 14.3 percent--and projected to rise to 18.1 percent in 2011.

"Stockton has issues that it needs to address, but an article like this is the equivalent of bayoneting the wounded," Bob Deis, Stockton city manager, told Forbes.

Yep,...lower your home values by 58%, lose your job, cut the benefits your city has provided, ramp up crime and be told that it's going to get worse before it gets any better......that sounds like a recipe for being pretty miserable.

I wonder if the state had been built up on a Biblical foundation instead of a worldly foundation...if it would still be prospering?

Nuclear 9/11

According to this article, Al-Qaida is on the brink of using a nuclear bomb.

Al-Qaida is on the verge of producing radioactive weapons after sourcing nuclear material and recruiting rogue scientists to build "dirty" bombs, according to leaked diplomatic documents.

A leading atomic regulator has privately warned that the world stands on the brink of a "nuclear 9/11".

Security briefings suggest that jihadi groups are also close to producing "workable and efficient" biological and chemical weapons that could kill thousands if unleashed in attacks on the West.

The alarming disclosures come after Barack Obama, the U.S. president, last year declared nuclear terrorism "the single biggest threat" to international security with the potential to cause "extraordinary loss of life".

I remember growing up during the Cold War with Russia...but we were always comforted with the idea the the Russian didn't want to be annihilated any more than we did...so it was a nuclear stalemate.

But what do you do with an enemy that is not a nation-state...and who actually WANTS to die so they can go drink wine and meet their 72 virgin women?

No doubt it is pretty hard to defend against a few suicidal dudes with a rental truck full of explosives mixed with radioactive material who detonate it in downtown New York. Homeland Security has to be right 100% of the time...and the terrorists only have to get it right once.

Nearing Midnight

Many of you are familiar with a top prophecy website. It is called Rapture Ready. Every Monday morning they have a weekly update called Nearing Midnight that tracks how quickly the world appears to be nearing the second the clock will strike midnight....and the church will be raptured.

This week he is writing about the moral depravity that has taken over this country....and I believe he is right on base.

Just this week I saw a headline about how cancer of the throat is increasing, not because of smoking, but because so many men and women (gay and straight) are engaging in oral sex with so many different partners.

Oral sex has become more commonplace; people have more sex partners and have sex earlier in life -- all behaviours linked to HPV-related oral cancers, according to a study in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Emerging Infectious Diseases report.

About that same day I saw the headline that PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) was trying to submit a TV ad for the Super Bowl that showed bikini clad women engaged in sexual play with various vegetables. I don't think FOX Sports accepted the ad...but we all know it is getting more difficult to even watch TV with your kids because of what might come across the screen.

2002 Viagra - The drug used to treat erectile dysfunction was introduced in 1999 and was first promoted on television at the beginning of 2002.

2005 Condoms - For years, the National Association of Broadcasters’ code of conduct prohibited condom advertising outright. The code was eventually disbanded. The first prime-time, network television condom commercial aired on June 1, 2005.

2010 Sex toy ads - In recent months, the Trojan company has been running commercials for its vibrating Triphoria. The commercial features a group of women sitting at a wedding shower opening gifts. One woman is curious about the new product and asks if this is the vibrator that will blow your hair back.

The problem with moral indicators is that society has lost sight of them. We live in a world where morality is set by whatever pleases the majority. If we use the Bible as a guide, we will quickly realize that we are living in the days of Noah. The nearness of the Rapture comes down to the question of how wicked man can get from here. From what I see, the answer is "not much."

The U.S. is the top producer of porn that is exported to the rest of the world. Our prime time TV shows are filled with gay couples, teen sex, gay sex, drunkenness, fornication, adultery and non-stop cursing of the Lord. Not to mention, most U.S. citizens are caught up in idolatry...as we worship our money and all it can do for us.

How far can we be from, "as it was in the days of Noah"?

Would any regular readers of this blog be surprised if The Trumpet announcing the rapture were to happen today?
