The Rise of Gog?

Lots of prophecy watchers have wondered if Putin could be Gog mentioned in Ezekiel 38. With his recent moves he is now going to be making all decisions for Russia. It would appear that he has taken one big step forward in potentially fulfilling this biblical role.

The entire Russian government led by former Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev resigned after Russian President Vladimir Putin gave a speech on constitutional reform, Reuters reported. Medvedev said, this was "to give President Vladimir Putin room to carry out the changes he wants to make to the constitution."

Medvedev stated the constitutional reforms presented by Putin would make significant changes to the country's balance of power and so "the government in its current form has resigned".

"All further decisions will be taken by the president," Medvedev added.

The announcement came during Putin's annual state of the nation address during which he proposed changes to the Russian constitution that would give Parliament a more powerful role.

45 yr Old Man Identifies as 8 yr Old Girl

This actually makes a lot of sense.  If the Left says that gender is fluid then certainly age has to be fluid too.  If you disagree then you are transagephobic, so quit it!

A 45-year-old man caught with child pornography had a novel defense in court; he claimed he identified as an 8-year-old girl.

“I’ve always been an 8-year-old girl, and even in my drawings and fantasies I’m always an 8-year-old girl,” said Gobrick.

“If Gobrick can identify as a female, why can’t he identify as a female of whatever age he chooses?” asks Matt Walsh.

“At least a man who “feels like a child” can rightly point out that he was once a child, so he has some frame of reference for judging these feelings. And at least it does make sense, in the case of certain mental disabilities, to say that an adult “has the brain of a child.”

“None of this vindicates Gobrick to any extent at all, but my point is that transageism is actually more credible and makes more sense than transgenderism. It’s still bogus, but slightly less so. Age does change, after all. I will not be a 33-year-old man forever. But I will be a man forever. If my sex is a fluid characteristic, how much more fluid must my age be?”

Who knows, the way western society is heading, Gobrick’s excuse may well be accepted by courts in 5-10 years.

If Rachel Dolezal can identify as black and Caitlyn Jenner can identify as a woman having been a man for over 50 years, why not?

Earth Groaning

I've recently mentioned in some blog posts that it seems that the earth is groaning under the weight of sin as it longs for the curse to be lifted.

Today I see this headline from a major prophetic site;

Could it be possible that all of this bizarre activity is leading up to some sort of a crescendo?

Sadly, most people don't even realize what is happening, and that is because the mainstream media only emphasizes stories that fit with the particular narratives that they are currently pushing.

Boy Scouts is a "Magnet" for Pedophiles

I think it was bank robber, John Dillinger, when asked, 'Why do you rob banks?"  His answer, "Because that's where the money is!"

I was reminded of that as I read this headline today.  Why are so many pedophiles attracted to Boy Scouts?  Because that's where the boys are!

(Please remember that the pedophiles of America are trying to re-label themselves as MINOR-ATTRACTED-PERSONS)  Of course they are claiming they were born this way...so ultimately we need to accept them and eventually celebrate their lifestyles.

Lawyers for eight plaintiffs filed a lawsuit in federal court in Washington D.C. on Monday, demanding justice for victims of sexual abuse allegedly committed by leaders of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). The lawsuit states that the organization failed to protect children who were entrusted to their adult scoutmasters and leaders. The eight plaintiffs are identified as John Does 1 through 8.

The lawsuit states that the BSA was fully aware that their organization had attracted pedophiles into its leadership and did nothing to stop the abuse. Further, BSA refused to acknowledge the abuse was taking place despite maintaining secret files of leaders known or suspected of committing acts of sexual abuse.

Although the BSA submits annual reports to Congress, the lawsuit states that “never once in 103 years of reporting to Congress has BSA disclosed the fact that its programs were, and are, magnets to tens of thousands of pedophiles. Instead, BSA’s Reports to the Nation have miscast the organization as a bastion of moral authority.”

Although listed in the lawsuit as John Doe, one victim recently chose to speak on the record with the Associated Press. Dave Henson, now 39 years old, says he was abused by an assistant scout leader in Lake Dallas, Texas, starting in 1991 when he was only 11 years old. Henson says the abuse went on for five years and has left him enduring anxiety, shame, and depression. “The abuse occurs once you’re isolated from the rest of the group, and you stay in that isolation for years,” he said.

The Boy Scouts of America continue to face allegations of sexual abuse of children, and this latest lawsuit is only one of hundreds more expected to come. The Boy Scouts told the Associated Press they do not comment on pending litigation and reiterated that they “believe victims, support them, and will pay for counseling by a provider of their choice and we encourage them to come forward.”

Unfortunately, stories like this are rampant across the world. From teachers, principals, police officers, politicians, celebrities, and royalty, the world has a problem with pedophiles and sexual abusers. Hopefully the changing tide will bring some relief to the victims and justice to their abusers.

Yep!  It is unfortunate that the world is filled with perverts!  Maybe some justice will be forthcoming...but I won't hold my breath. The only thing that can change a pervert is submission to Jesus Christ and allowing the Holy Spirit to change their sinful nature.  And as America goes POST-CHRISTIAN and embraces hedonism, expect the perversion to grow.

All the while the cup of sin continues to fill until God's wrath eventually says, "Enough!"

A Whole Lotta Shakin' Going On!

If you haven't paid attention to the news in the past week, you probably don't know that a handful of volcanoes have erupted in the last week.  This is in conjunction with a bunch of earthquakes that seem to be getting more frequent and more severe.

There certainly hasn't been a lack of seismic activity so far in 2020.  Just a few days ago, I wrote about the horrific earthquake swarm that Puerto Rico is currently experiencing.  More than 1,000 earthquakes have rattled Puerto Rico so far, and as you will see below, it was just hit by another very large earthquake.  

But right now volcanic eruptions have taken center stage.  In particular, a massive eruption in the Philippines is making headlines all over the world, but what most people don't realize is that several other volcanoes have also blown their tops in spectacular fashion within the past week.  

Suddenly, volcanoes all over the globe are shooting giant clouds of ash miles into the air, and this is greatly puzzling many of the experts.

Let's review what we have witnessed over the past 7 days.

Last Tuesday, one of the most important volcanoes in Alaska shot hot ash 25,000 feet into the air...

Shishaldin Volcano erupted at 5 a.m. Tuesday, the Alaska Volcano Observatory announced, and sent up an initial ash cloud to 19,000 feet. Clouds initially obscured the mountain, but satellite imagery confirmed the ash cloud, U.S. Geological Survey geophysicist Hans Schwaiger said.

Seismicity diminished for a few hours, but it then increased again. During the increase, the volcano spewed an ash cloud to 25,000 feet, the observatory announced. The later eruption increased the volume of ash.

There are 5280 feet in a mile, and so we are talking about an ash cloud nearly 5 miles high.

Then on Thursday, Mt. Popocatepetl in Mexico shot hot ash nearly 4 miles into the sky...

Mexico's Popocatépetl volcano burst to life on Thursday in a spectacular gush of lava and clouds of ash that hurled incandescent rock about 20,000 feet into the sky.

The dramatic explosion of the active stratovolcano, a little over 40 miles southeast of Mexico City, was captured on video by Mexico's National Center for Disaster Prevention, CENAPRED.

Those that follow my work on a regular basis already know that I am deeply concerned about Mt. Popocatepetl.  It has the potential to create the worst natural disaster in the modern history of North America, because it is quite close to Mexico City.  The following summary of the potential threat that Mt. Popocatepetl poses comes from one of my previous articles...

Approximately 26 million people live within 60 miles of Popocatepetl's crater, and so we are talking about the potential for death and destruction on a scale that is difficult to imagine. In ancient times, Mt. Popocatepetl buried entire Aztec cities in super-heated mud, but then it went to sleep for about 1,000 years.

And when you throw in the devastating fires sweeping across Australia that have killed maybe 1 billion animals and destroyed millions of acres and pumped a billion tons of smoke into the atmosphere...it would seem like the earth is groaning...as it longs for the curse to be lifted from it when Christ physically returns to sit on David's throne in Jerusalem.  This will fulfill one of the most talked about subjects in the Bible, when the lion will lay down with the lamb, the child will play with the poisonous snake and men will melt their swords into plows and study war no more.

Pensacola Shooting Ruled as “Terrorism”

Do you remember when Major Nidal Hassan shot up Ft Hood and killed 13 people while screaming “Allah akbar!” back in 2009? The Government said it was “workplace violence”.  Today, under President Trump, the government said the Pensacola shooting committed by a Muslim from Saudi Arabia, was clearly terrorism with Muslim jihadist ideology at its core. Amen!  Just one more reason to enjoy President Trump at the helm instead of Obama.  Keep praying for Trump that God will continue to use him in a mighty way and that the godless will have no effect on him.

U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr announced the results of an investigation into the motives of the Saudi flight student who carried out a deadly Dec. 6 shooting attack at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. The conclusion: the shooting was an act of terrorism.

Barr said the gunman, identified as 2nd Lt. Mohammed Saeed Alshamrani, was “motivated by jihadist ideology.” In a Department of Justice transcript of his statements, Barr cited various anti-American and anti-Israeli social media comments as well as a comment on Sept. 11 of last year in which Alshamrani said “the countdown has begun.”

“This was an act of terrorism,” Barr said. “The evidence shows that the shooter was motivated by jihadist ideology.”

Big Movement Toward “Mark of the Beast”

There are so many prophetic events in focus right now. Of course we are the first generation ever to have the technology in place to enable the fulfillment of Last Days prophesies. A big one that no one could understand for the last 2000 years is the “mark of the beast”.  But today it’s easy for all to see and understand. Poor Leftists, liberals and Democrats!  They just have a really tough time getting anything they say to  remain true! After Trump took out Iranian-terrorist General, the Left wrung their hands and were certain WWIII had just commenced and made plans to go hide in their basements while “Trump supporters should be forced to enlist for his war!” Of course that never happened. President Trump's tweet in Farsi expressing his support for Iranians protesting Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has already earned over 200,000 likes, making it the "most liked Persian tweet" in the social media giant's history, according to a leading think tank adviser.
