Apocalyptic Ebola Chatter

Many of you know we like to pay attention to words like "never" and "ever" and the increasing frequency we seem to find those words used in headlines and articles.

Ebola is a terrifying disease that is currently making a mess in a handful of countries in Africa.

Check out some of these quotes from folks who are familiar with the current Ebola outbreak.

#1 Dr. Tom Frieden, the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: "It is the world’s first Ebola epidemic, and it’s spiraling out of control. It’s bad now, and it’s going to get worse in the very near future. There is still a window of opportunity to tamp it down, but that window is closing. We really have to act now."

#2 Dr. Joanne Liu, the international president of Doctors Without Borders: "Riots are breaking out. Isolation centres are overwhelmed. Health workers on the frontline are becoming infected and are dying in shocking numbers."

#3 David Nabarro, senior United Nations system coordinator for Ebola disease: "This outbreak is moving ahead of efforts to control it."

#4 Dr. Bruce Aylward, WHO's assistant director-general for emergency operations: "This far outstrips any historic Ebola outbreak in numbers. The largest outbreak in the past was about 400 cases."

#5 Margaret Chan, the head of the World Health Organization: "...we hope to stop the transmission in six to nine months".

#6 Dr. Daniel Bausch, associate professor in the department of Tropical Medicine at Tulane University: "You have a very dangerous virus in three of the countries in the world that are least equipped to deal with it. The scale of this outbreak has just outstripped the resources. That’s why it’s become so big."

#7 Gayle Smith, senior director at the National Security Council: "This is not an African disease. This is a virus that is a threat to all humanity."

#8 Dr. Tom Frieden, the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: "The level of outbreak is beyond anything we’ve seen—or even imagined."

#9 Vincent Martin, head of an FAO unit in Dakar:  "This is different than every other Ebola situation we've ever had. It's spreading widely, throughout entire countries, through multiple countries, in cities and very fast."

#10 Dr. Richard Besser, health and medical editor for ABC News: "Emergency rooms are closed, many hospital wards are as well leaving people who are sick with heart disease, trauma, pregnancy complications, pneumonia, malaria and all the everyday health emergencies with nowhere to go."

#11 Bukar Tijani, the UN Food and Agricultural Organization regional representative for Africa: "Access to food has become a pressing concern for many people in the three affected countries and their neighbours."

#12 Keiji Fukuda, the WHO's assistant director-general for health security: "People are hungry in these communities. They don't know how they are going to get food."

#13 Dr. Daniel Bausch, associate professor in the department of Tropical Medicine at Tulane University: "This is for sure the worst situation I've ever seen."

#14 Dr. Tom Frieden, the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: "I could not possibly overstate the need for an urgent response."

#15 Official WHO statement: "Staff at the outbreak sites see evidence that the numbers of reported cases and deaths vastly underestimate the magnitude of the outbreak."

John Kerry Says Bible Commands Us to Stop Global Warming

How sad!  Our nation's leaders are now using the Bible to say that man needs to stop global warming.  Even worse, Kerry says that Muslim nations are the most susceptible to global warming so we really need to help them by stopping it.

Just when you thought that John Kerry and the liberals couldn't get any weirder and stupider or any more buffoonish, they step it up to yet another level. Friends, we know that Peter tells us that one day the entire world will be burned up, purified with fire, and that God will start over with a new creation...but we will live FOREVER!  So what kind of lives ought we lead?

We ought to be concerned with the mission that Jesus gave us!  Go and make disciples!

The Gospel message  is so at odds with what most liberals believe that we can expect to be ridiculed, scoffed at and hated as the liberals continue to take over our nation.

Yesterday I read that only 9% of American adults believe that the Bible (as it was written) is the true Word of God.  So certainly we have already slid a long way down the slippery slope.

Could Nazi Germany Happen in America?

Humans always seem so smug when they reflect on things that "could NEVER happen!"...but we all need to remember that all humans are capable of the most heinous actions...we just need the right circumstances to make them play out.

Take away our electricity, take away our running water, place us in fear for our lives and the lives of our kids, take away our money, take away our hope, make us hungry and tired....and I guarantee you that America would elect ANYONE who would have an answer to solve our distress.  Even if they blamed our problems on the Muslims, Jews, Bible-believing Christans, or some other group and started another Holocaust.

Could Nazi Germany Happen Here in America?

The question posed is one I have often asked people, and the answer I have always received is a resounding, "NO!"

The reasons given usually include such things as:
America's strong Christian heritage.
Our nation's commitment to freedom and liberty — both in our constitution and in practice for over two centuries.
The high level of education and civilized culture that characterizes our nation.
Those are good reasons, and on the surface, they seem invincible. But they are not.

We need to remind ourselves that pre-Nazi Germany had a strong Christian heritage. It was, in fact, the heartland of the Reformation Movement.

Germany also contained a highly educated and erudite population, and was a land of literary giants and scientific geniuses. In fact, Germany was one of the most advanced civilizations on earth.

And Germany also had a democratic government. In fact, Hitler was elected to power.

So, what happened? The nation's economy was destroyed by World War I and the draconian reparations Germany was required to pay after the war. Racked by a runaway inflation and widespread joblessness, the German economy created the kind of despair that will motivate people to seek desperate solutions.

Our nation is a sitting duck for the same type of peaceful transition to the form of totalitarian dictatorship that Hitler instituted.

Just think about it for a moment.

In the 1960s we began to jettison our Christian heritage. It happened quickly and decisively, and it continues to accelerate to this day. The culture war has been won by the secularists and pagans, and we can no longer claim to be a "Christian nation." Without the inhibitions of Christian morality, the demons have been let loose. And so, on a daily basis, we witness senseless killings and gross immorality.

Churches have gotten in bed with the world, endorsing such biblical abominations as homosexuality and same-sex marriage. And they have surrendered to the demands of "tolerance" by embracing such heresies as "many roads to God." Polls show that the number of Bible-believing Christians in America is no greater than 9%. The Church has ceased to be a restrainer of evil.

Our level of education is certainly very high, but we have kicked God out of our educational institutions from the pre-school to the graduate level. The result is a pagan education that teaches our children that there is no God and that they are simply the accidents of evolution. In short, they are being taught that they are nothing more than a higher species of animal, and they are acting like it.

Our culture is becoming increasingly depraved. Immorality is being encouraged by our governments, and it is being celebrated in our movies and television programs. Hedonism and materialism are the driving forces in our culture. The dollar has become our god.

Our democratic heritage is also being rapidly undermined by the centralization of power in the national government and its ever-increasing welfare programs. More and more people are becoming wards of the state, and when it comes to voting, their only concern is which candidate will promise to give them the most "free stuff."

Our governmental leaders, particularly at the national level, have become so corrupt that we can no longer believe anything they have to say.

Our nation is becoming increasingly polarized. The two coasts are battling the center of the country. The young are fed up with having to support our exploding class of senior citizens. Blacks and Hispanics are at each other's throats. Pagans continue to try to silence Christians.


The Needed Spark

All that is needed is a spark to set off a new civil war that will lead to the suspension of civil liberties and the institution of martial law.

I believe that spark will most likely be an overwhelming economic collapse — one far more severe than the one we experienced in 2008. I believe that because, as I said before, the dollar has become our god, and the true God of this universe is a jealous God who delights in destroying false gods.

That economic collapse will most likely be triggered by a major terrorist attack, possibly involving nuclear weapons. Just imagine the national chaos that would occur if a nuclear device were to be detonated by a suicide crew on a merchant ship in New York harbor. It could easily happen.

The Bible makes it clear that God never pours out His wrath on a nation without warning. He will send both remedial judgments and prophetic voices to call the nation to repentance before He will deliver it to destruction.

God is doing that in America today. He responded to our Sexual Revolution in the 1960s with the Vietnam War that ended up plaguing the soul of our nation. He has sent natural disasters like Hurricane Katrina, man-made disasters like the 9/11 attacks, and economic calamities like the stock market crash of 2008.

Wow!  Did you catch that??  While many churches have embraced homosexuality and rejected the exclusive message of Jesus Christ...meaning that the Church of America is no longer able to restrain evil.  So is it any wonder that the news if filled with unspeakable stories right here in America?  Less than 9% of us even believe the Bible!

Certainly with these dismal numbers we won't be able to restrain evil much longer...unless we have a revival.

Again, I hope America keeps supporting Israel and that we can all live our comfortable lives until Jesus comes for us in the rapture....but there is certainly no promise that we might not be forced to lay in the bed we made for ourselves.

What we ARE promised is that we will NOT experience the wrath or condemnation of God as will be poured out in full measure during the Great Tribulation.

Jesus paid our price and took the wrath that we deserved.  Thank you Jesus!

Hamas Popularity At All Time High in Gaza

The reasonable person would think that after Hamas caused 2600 Gazans to die and wasted billions of dollars on failed tunnels and overpriced bottle rockets...that the people of Gaza would be ready to throw the bums out!

But remember....these folks worship Allah...so all logic can be thrown out the window.

Hamas popularity has skyrocketed in the wake of Operation Protective Edge to the point where its deputy political bureau chief, Ismail Haniyeh, would win the presidency of the Palestinian Authority if elections were held today, according to a new survey of West Bank and Gaza residents.

The poll, which was overseen by Dr. Khalil Shikaki of the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research, indicates that Haniyeh would attract 61 percent support among prospective Palestinian voters, easily outpacing incumbent Mahmoud Abbas of Fatah (32 percent).

In the Gaza Strip, Haniyeh has the support of 53 percent of residents, while in the West Bank the figure jumps to 66 percent.

Hamas's popularity in the West Bank is at an all-time high following the 50-day long military confrontation with Israel.

The poll also finds that nearly 8 in 10 Palestinians believe Hamas defeated Israel in the recent round of fighting. In addition, the survey indicates that a majority of Palestinians would support copying Hamas's strategy of launching rockets into Israeli towns in the West Bank as well. Nonetheless, 63 percent of Palestinians believe the cease-fire serves national interests. 

A majority – 53 percent – said it supported armed struggle against Israel, while just 20 percent said nonviolence was the best way to achieve statehood.

Nearly nine in 10 Palestinians support renewed rocket fire against Israel if the Gaza blockade remains. Half of the respondents said they "understood" the strategy of launching rockets at Israel from civilian, built-up urban areas, while just 30 percent believe that Hamas fired rockets from these sites.

Wow!!  What the heck do you do with that info?  Half the population of Gaza understood why Hamas launched rockets from civilian areas!!  80% think Hamas defeated Israel in the recent round of fighting!!

So what do we do with all these delusional Arabs?

Well, we send them another $20 billion dollars so they can rebuild their houses in Gaza...knowing full well that they will use the money to redo the tunnels and buy more missiles to shoot at Israel...because that's what the 'nice' people of Western Nations do!!

Friends, there WILL BE ANOTHER WAR between Hamas and Israel.  It might be next week, next month or next year, but there will be another one...just as soon as Hamas has smuggled in another 10,000 missiles.

As I read this news it sure makes one contemplate what the psalmist said in Psalm 83

Hmmmm....as you read and research all those players mentioned in vs 6-8, you realize that those players are all currently Muslim lands on the current borders of modern day Israel....filled with angry Muslims who want to see Israel and Jews destroyed once and for all!!

Israel Shows Evidence of Hamas Firing From Schools

Now that Europe has fully bathed in the lies from Hamas about all the civilians who were killed by Israel's latest defensive war, and those lies have ignited a new round of Antisemitism....do you think the Europeans will reverse course and turn on Hamas and support Israel once they realize what brutal terrorists the Hamas really are??

Nope.  Don't hold your breath.

The damage to Israel has already been done....and the war between Hamas and Israel is already yesterday's news so very few will see these facts about Hamas hiding bombs and firing bombs from schools and civilian areas.

Israel shows evidence of rocket fire from Gaza schools

(Reuters) - The Israeli military has provided its most detailed assessment yet of the conduct and impact of the Gaza war, including photographs indicating that militants stored and fired rockets from schools and a breakdown of the toll inflicted on Hamas.

In a briefing at its headquarters in Tel Aviv, the Israel Defense Forces presented a minute picture of the structure and capability of Hamas and other militant groups operating in Gaza, an effort to explain the severity of the threat Israel faced and justify Israel's heavy tank shelling and air strikes during the 50-day conflict -- tactics that drew international criticism.

Among the evidence laid out by a senior military officer were details of the ranges and number of rockets fired by Hamas and Islamic Jihad, photographs showing how rocket launchers were hidden in graveyards and a school playground, and how tunnels were used to carry out and escape from the site of attacks.

One set of photographs showed a school by day, its central yard empty. By night, rockets looked to be stockpiled in the yard. At another school a canopy, where a hole had been torn for a rocket launching, was further frayed after a projectile was fired from underneath, he said.

"We're dealing with a carefully structured and in many cases well trained terrorist force," said the general staff officer, who spoke on condition that his name not be used.

"Hamas has at least 16,000 operatives organized into six brigades across the Gaza Strip, each with its own commander, while (Islamic Jihad) has a similar structure and a total of around 6,000 operatives."

The war, the longest Israel has fought since it withdrew from the narrow coastal enclave in 2005, left more than 2,100 Palestinians, most of them civilians, dead, the Palestinian health ministry said. Israel said 67 of its soldiers and six civilians were killed.

After two failed attempts, an open-ended ceasefire was struck by Egyptian mediators on Aug. 26. Detailed talks on a longer-term peace are supposed to start in the coming weeks, although already there are doubts about their prospects.

On the day before the war began, the IDF said it estimated militants held 10,000 rockets in Gaza, including 350-400 with a range of up to 80 km (50 miles) and a few dozen with a range of 160 km, reaching Jerusalem. On top of that, the intelligence officer said, there were "thousands upon thousands" of mortars.

Around 4,000 rockets were fired during the conflict and 3,000 destroyed by Israel's operations, leaving between 2,500 and 3,000 in the hands of Hamas, Islamic Jihad and other groups.

The officer described that as a "major degradation" of the groups' capabilities, alongside the destruction of 32 tunnels built from Gaza into Israel and steps to hit Hamas's finances.

He presented figures showing that civilians made up the majority of those killed in the conflict, saying that of 2,127 Palestinian deaths so far verified by Israel, 706 were civilians and 616 militants.

A further 805 are listed as "unknown", but the officer said once verification was complete it was likely 40-45 percent of them would be found to be militants and the remainder civilians.

He said the heavy civilian death toll was the result of Hamas and others conducting operations from densely populated areas or employing "operatives" who may not have had a direct militant affiliation but still participated in some way.

During the war, at least 6 U.N.-run schools were hit by Israeli artillery, killing at least two dozen people and drawing heavy criticism of Israel. Militant rockets were also found in three empty U.N. schools.

Antisemitism will serve a purpose of forcing Jews to leave the countries they currently live in and move to the only Jewish state in the world...Israel.

Even here in America, where we are home to more Jews than any other nation, we can expect Antisemitism to grow.

I pray it doesn't explode until after the rapture but with even many of the Evangelicals now believing that Israel is an evil, apartheid state...it could start well before it.

False Gospels Abound

How sad.  Here in America, we are so wealthy that we have even come up with a new religion, called the WEALTH AND PROSPERITY gospel.

Basically the beliefs taught by this new religion is that God wants you to be happy, wealthy and healthy!

One of the high priests of this new (and false) religion is Pastor Joel Osteen.  Has has about 25,000 people show up to hear him preach every Sunday and has sold more books and tapes on HOW YOU CAN LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE NOW...that he has used his book proceeds to buy himself and nice mansion on a hill.

Recently, Joel's wife said some things from the pulpit that totally expose the falseness of of this religion.

“So I want you to know this morning: Just do good for your own self. Do good because God wants you to be happy. When you come to church, when you worship Him, you’re not doing it for God really. You’re doing it for yourself, because that’s what makes God happy. Amen?”

Were the Christians who were dipped in tar, impaled on a pole and lit on fire to light Nero's garden happy?

Was Jesus happy when he was tortured and then crucified on the cross?

Remember friends, the true Gospel can be preached to the poorest people on earth, the sickest people on earth, the drunkest people on earth, the most perverted people on earth and the most depressed people on earth.

The fact that Mrs. Osteen couldn't preach her happy-crappy message to the Christians running for their lives in Iraq (who are NOT happy) confirms she is preaching a false gospel.

ISIS Plans to Kill Millions Using Diseases

Jesus said there would be pestilence (disease) in the very last days.  Of course the Ebola virus has been in the news everyday as it spreads across Western Africa...and we all know it will only be a matter of time before Ebola mutates into something else and can be more easily spread.

But today we find an interesting news item discussing what ISIS has been up to...besides beheading little kids and raping lots of women.

“Authorities in both Europe and the United States are to be extra vigilant as members of the ISIS terror group could already be in their respective countries, preparing to unleash terrifying atrocities in the next two months at least.” So says King ­Abdullah of Saudi Arabia.

But his statements are not simply words. A computer laptop seized in northern Syria by pro-Western rebels from a Tunisian jihadi revealed plans to develop and use biological weapons and authorities nonetheless have raised its terror threat level from “substantial” to “severe” to warn citizens that a terrorist attack is “highly likely.”

The computer laptop that was seized in a raid in January in the Syrian province of Idlib, near the Turkish border, reported seeing thousands of files of schemes, bomb-making instructions and research on building a homebrew biological weapon of mass destruction.

Foreign Policy described the contents as “a treasure trove of documents that provide ideological justifications for jihadi organisations — and practical training on how to carry out the Islamic State’s deadly campaigns.”

One such document was done in 19 pages in Arabic language where the topic was how to develop biological weapons and how to use as a weapon the bubonic plague from infected animals.

The document owner was identified as Muhammed S., a Tunisian national who was a former chemistry and biology student at a Tunisian University.

Muhammed made instructions how to test the disease safely, before launching it in a terrorist attack. “When the microbe is injected in small mice, the symptoms of the disease should start to appear within 24 hours,” the document said.

How best to use the biological weapon? By disposing them in closed areas. “Use small grenades with the virus, and throw them in closed areas like metros, soccer stadiums, or entertainment centers,” the file said.
“Best to do it next to the air-conditioning. It also can be used during suicide operations.”

A 26-page fatwa, or Islamic ruling, on the usage of weapons of mass destruction was likewise found among the files. “If Muslims cannot defeat the kafir [unbelievers] in a different way, it is permissible to use weapons of mass destruction,” states the fatwa by Saudi jihadi cleric Nasir al-Fahd, who is currently imprisoned in Saudi Arabia. “Even if it kills all of them and wipes them and their descendants off the face of the Earth.”

What is ISIS capable of doing?  I have no idea.

What is the civilized world, led by Obama, going to do to make sure ISIS can't complete its Satanic mission?
