Bill Clinton Talks Aliens

I'm still on I Pad so will be brief...but check out what Bill said when Jimmy Kimmel asked him about aliens.

While Clinton said he had “all the Roswell papers reviewed” and found no clear evidence that aliens exist, he also said he wouldn’t be shocked if intelligent life exists outside our planet or even if extraterrestrials one day visit Earth.
“We know now we live in an ever-expanding universe,” Clinton said. “We know that there are billions of stars and planets literally out there — and the universe is getting bigger. We know from our fancy telescopes that just in the last two years more than 20 planets have been identified outside our solar system that seem to be far enough away from their suns — and dense enough — that they might be able to support some form of life.”
“So it makes it increasing less likely that we’re alone,” he continued.
“Oh, you’re trying to give me a hint that there are aliens,” Kimmel quipped in response.
“No, I’m trying to tell you I don’t know,” Clinton replied. “But if we were visited some day, I wouldn’t be surprised. I just hope that it’s not like ‘Independence Day,’ the movie — that it’s, you know, a conflict.”

Vatican Astronomers Tell Folks Prepare for Aliens

The Satanic agenda about aliens coming from outer space continues to gather strength...this time coming from the Vatican.

Here ; http://www.prophecynewswatch.com/2014/April01/012.html

Vatican astronomers have reportedly been working towards locating extraterrestrial life. Earlier in March, the Vatican Observatory cosponsored a major conference on extraterrestrial life that brought together 200 of the leading astrobiologists in the world.

One of the organizers stated that one of the goals of the conference was to figure out “how we can find life among the stars within the next two decades.” Some high profile Vatican astronomers seem quite confident that “something” is out there.

The question that comes to mind is why this level of interest from the Vatican: Is there something they know that the general public isn’t aware of? Why are they taking a lead role in areas that are not within the traditional Catholic scope or domain?

José Gabriel Funes, an Argentine Jesuit priest and astronomer, and the current director of the Vatican Observatory says there is no conflict between believing in God and in the possibility of extraterrestrial civilizations perhaps more evolved than humans: “Just as there is a multiplicity of creatures on earth, there can be other beings, even intelligent, created by God. This is not in contrast with our faith because we can’t put limits on God’s creative freedom.

Why can’t we speak of a ‘brother extraterrestrial’? It would still be part of creation… There could be other beings “who remained in full friendship with their creator.” Another prominent Vatican astronomer, Guy Consolmagno, has publicly suggested that aliens could actually be the “saviors of humankind”.

Truth Wins recently reported the NASA viewpoint of Vatican interest from their website description: Motivated by the rapidly increasing number of known Earth-sized planets, the increasing range of extreme conditions in which life on Earth can persist, and the progress toward a technology that will ultimately enable the search for life on exoplanets, the Vatican Observatory and the Steward Observatory announce a major conference entitled The Search for Life Beyond the Solar System: Exoplanets, Biosignatures & Instruments.

The goal of the conference is to bring together the interdisciplinary community required to address this multi-faceted challenge: experts on exoplanet observations, early and extreme life on Earth, atmospheric Biosignatures and planet-finding telescopes.

Truth Wins also reports researcher Tom Horn saying that “ What they (the Vatican astronomers) are saying now is that they [aliens] are coming here and they’re going to baptize us into their faith and it is going to require us to make changes to our knowledge, to our understanding, of the Gospel. In fact, some of their deepest theologians have said, “Perhaps everything we think we know about the Gospel is going to have to be thrown out.”

Which is quite an alarming statement, given the Biblical warnings given by the Apostle Paul to the Galatians: “But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed (Galatians 1:8,9).

Tom Horn further asks: “Could it be that the world is far hungrier than I thought to usher in the Man of Sin? The ultimate “fixer” of our nations? And furthermore, would it ever truly be in God’s will for the human race to transcend to some higher level where we no longer need His direct intervention through personal relationship and prayer, but the intervention of another superior being? These alien contact agendas would not surprise me if coming only from the scientific community, but from a body of people whose primary focus and claim is to be God-fearing?”

Tom also quotes the works of select individuals within the Roman Catholic church who perpetuate the idea that our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, is a descendant of alien life and that Mary’s virgin birth was a direct result of an alien abduction scenario. Perhaps a suggestion that Jesus Christ was a descendant of the Nephilim; however irrespective of the intended suggestion or conclusion, these ideas are clearly blasphemous and heretical – worst of all, coming from supposed representatives of Biblical doctrine and truth.

Further, in an article for openminds.tv about a year back, Jason McClellan wrote: “ A new book claims that Vatican astronomers are looking for extraterrestrials. And they are using LUCIFER to do it. Although it shares the same name as Christianity’s fallen angel and the personification of evil, LUCIFER is an instrument attached to a telescope.

As Popular Science explains, LUCIFER is an acronym for the instruments lengthy title, “Large Binocular Telescope Near-infrared Utility with Camera and Integral Field Unit for Extragalactic Research.” This instrument is attached to the University of Arizona’s Large Binocular Telescope (LBT) located on Mt. Graham in south eastern Arizona. The Vatican-owned Vatican Advanced Technology Telescope (VATT) is right next door.”

Against this backdrop readiness to accept extra-Biblical sources of information from “aliens” and to even “throw out the gospel”- how likely is the coincidence that the telescope would accidentally be acronymed “LUCIFER?”

Michael Snyder raises the questions: “So if aliens showed up and wanted to show us a “new way”, would society be willing to accept it?....what would happen someday if “aliens” showed up and claimed that they seeded life on this planet, guided our evolution and are now here to lead us into a new golden age? And what would happen if the Catholic Church gave those aliens their stamp of approval?”

Perhaps the Vatican astronomers should start looking at the Bible first for those answers. 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12 would be a good starting point:

Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Apocalyptic Muslim Prophecies Drive Syrian Battles

Here is an interesting article folks.

The power of those prophecies for many fighters on the ground means that the three-year-old conflict is more deeply rooted - and far tougher to resolve - than a simple power struggle between President Bashar al-Assad and his rebel foes.
Syria's war has killed more than 140,000 people, driven millions from their homes and left many more dependent on aid. Diplomatic efforts, focused on the political rather than religious factors driving the conflict, have made no headway.
"If you think all these mujahideen came from across the world to fight Assad, you're mistaken," said a Sunni Muslim jihadi who uses the name Abu Omar and fights in one of the many anti-Assad Islamist brigades in Aleppo.
"They are all here as promised by the Prophet. This is the war he promised - it is the Grand Battle," he told Reuters, using a word which can also be translated as slaughter.
On the other side, many Shi'ites from Lebanon, Iraq and Iran are drawn to the war because they believe it paves the way for the return of Imam Mahdi - a descendent of the Prophet who vanished 1,000 years ago and who will re-emerge at a time of war to establish global Islamic rule before the end of the world.
According to Shi'ite tradition, an early sign of his return came with the 1979 Iranian revolution, which set up an Islamic state to provide fighters for an army led by the Mahdi to wage war in Syria after sweeping through the Middle East.

"This Islamic Revolution, based on the narratives that we have received from the prophet and imams, is the prelude to the appearance of the Mahdi," Iranian cleric and parliamentarian Ruhollah Hosseinian said last year.

So the fighters are coming from all over the Muslim world NOT to take out Assad but because they think the 12th Imam is coming.

Many false messiahs will show up in the Last Days...said Jesus.

Massive Quake Hits Chile

Talk about a whole bunch of quakes hitting planet earth!  Now here is another massive one rocking Chile.

A magnitude-8.2 earthquake struck Tuesday evening off northern Chile, triggering a small tsunami for the South American coast and leaving, according to a report, at least five dead.

The dead were four men and one woman who died of either heart attacks or being crushed to death, CNN reported that Interior Minister Rodrigo Penailillo.
The powerful quake's epicenter was located in the Pacific Ocean about 60 miles northwest of Iquique, Chile, and 12.5 miles deep, the United States Geological Survey reported. The quake occurred at 8:46 p.m. local time (7:46 p.m. ET).
A tsunami warning was issued for the coasts of Chile, Peru and Ecuador, while high-wave watches were posted for residents of coastal Colombia, Panama and Costa Rica, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said.

Yellowstone Volcano Has Big Quake

I will be blogging from my I Pad for the next few days, so please pardon my lack of writing....but it is difficult to blog with.

Yellowstone super volcano has had some big recent quakes.  As WE all know, when it erupts America will cease to exist.  Just one other event that we have no control over...but yet we refuse to turn to Creator God as our sustainer.

Yellowstone volcano activity is being feared by many after the 4.8 magnitude earthquake has struck the Yellowstone National Park on Sunday which was also followed by several aftershocks.
The earthquake that was felt around 2:24 in the morning of Sunday was recorded to be in a 4.8 magnitude which was said to be the biggest quake felt after 34 years. The tremor struck the northwest portion of the park but prior to the big quake, smaller quakes were already felt since Thursday. After the earthquake was felt in the said region, Yellowstone volcano activity is being monitored since many fears that the volcano might erupt.

The Yellowstone National Park actually sits atop on one of the world's largest super-volcano which is known as the Yellowstone Caldera or also referred to as the Yellowstone Super volcano. As queries and amount of fear continues to rise, speculations regarding the Yellowstone volcano activity also arise. The said speculations also resulted for many individuals to be anxious because of the fearful tendency of the volcano to erupt.

How Many Moderate Muslims?

The media loves to report that almost all Muslims are moderate...in fact, they tell us, only a few are extremists wiling to kill others for Allah.

Really?

Notice the 2nd to last paragraph that reports what one of the most popular Muslim politicians in Pakistan actually believes and says.

Lahore, Pakistan
On Friday, Raza Rumi, a well-known TV anchor on Pakistan's Express News, narrowly escaped an assassination attempt in the center of Lahore. His driver, shot 11 times by two gunmen, died at the hospital.
Raza, a friend, had just left the television studio when two men on a motorcycle rode up next to his car, unleashing a volley of bullets. Raza was sitting in the back seat, and he plunged his body onto the floor.
"I jerked my head under the seat which was quickly filling with shattered glass," he told me when I visited his house shortly after the incident. "I suffocated myself in order to survive."
Raza's 25-year-old-driver, Muhammad Mustafa, was completely exposed in the front. "He used to play football with my kids," Raza told me. "He was married just a year ago."
We have been here before. When Benazir Bhutto, Pakistan's first female prime minister, was assassinated in 2007, I was getting ready to go to a wedding, as I was on March 28 when Raza was shot at. I remember the evening clearly: "She's dead, she's dead," cried my mother, her earrings jangling against her cheek. When Salmaan Taseer, the governor of Pakistan's largest province and a family friend, was assassinated three years later, I was home reading the newspaper he published.
"The tragedy is that the state cannot protect us," Raza told me. "I should say, if the state doesn't kill you, nonstate actors will." It made me think: In the good old days, repressive governments bullied, blackmailed and imprisoned journalists. But at least you got out alive.
In modern Pakistan, the government is immobilized by a clutch of sectarian organizations and terrorist groups. This is a Pakistan in which one of the most popular politicians, Imran Khan, labels those who want the government and army to fight the Taliban, like those on the hit list, as "American agents" who are "dollar-fed."
In recent months, as the liberal (as in nonsectarian) Pakistani media have closed ranks against the Taliban, the media have been threatened and attacked. The Taliban, who obsessively monitor opinion and news content, know exactly who speaks out loudest against them. Raza is one of these people. He is a "liberal"—a term almost uniformly used as a pejorative in modern-day Pakistan.

Time Magazine & Noah Movie

I believe the new Noah movie opened on Friday across the country....

I wonder if that's why the 5.1 quake rocked Los Angeles (Hollywood) on Friday night?

Seriously, the producers are saying that everyone, including Bible believers, should love this movie because it is accurate.

What?  I haven't even seen the movie, but just listening to the star, Russel Crowe, interviewed on TV...I can guarantee you it's NOT biblically accurate.

I saw this article in Time Magazine yesterday talking about the newly opened film...and also just talking about Noah's Ark.

The Hollywood appeal of the story has been perennially vital, and the latest director to make a play for it, as given out by his film company in 2014, states that his film Noah is true to the essence, values, and integrity of a story that is a cornerstone of faith for millions of people worldwide. Interestingly this carefully worded passport has not led to a secure reception in all quarters, and the film has been already banned in Pakistan, Bahrain, Qatar, and UAE as offending Islamic sensibilities. We shall see what transpires in the box office. There is, however, another dimension.

Man can ignore, but never evade, the power of Nature. Reminders of this stark truth might come only intermittently, but when they do arrive it is with irresistible force, displacing the overhanging importance of disease or penury in the dispensation of impersonal destruction. In the face of a muscle-flexing volcano or a tsunami there is no scope to reflect that here might be punishment for personal sin or crime: the good, the bad and the frankly hideous disappear as one. No one can live in knife-edge tension day in day out, however. We all know what happened to the dinosaurs, but it is best to suppress conscious acknowledgement that Nature, if moved to, can annihilate everything just like that.

Such awareness certainly underpinned the psychology of the ancient Babylonians. They were dependent for life on the waters of the paired Tigris and Euphrates of modern-day Iraq but, at the same time, were always vulnerable to seasonal or non-seasonal flooding. On top of that they half-remembered a time, long before writing, when their world had been eclipsed by uncontrollable waters that swept over the flat landscape down to the Persian Gulf. The remotest Mesopotamian history, as constructed by the ancient chroniclers compiling their tablets in cuneiform, was categorized as before, or after, the Flood. A great deluge of ancient Mesopotamia surely happened, never to be forgotten.

That the Flood became a focus for Mesopotamian myth — or what we call myth — is no surprise. The myth, we may argue, is a response to the disaster, incalculably remote at the time of first literary expression, but nevertheless part of unchanging awareness. The pith of the story is of timeless appeal: one hero in the hot seat with full responsibility and almost no time to save the world. The whole is wrapped up in gripping, episodic narrative: planning the flood, choosing the hero, building the ark, surviving the Flood and landing safely on the Mountain to start all over again. The core of the mythologem is that, whatever would happen, the gods would never actually allow the extinction of the human race. And, as for the matching narrative that developed: those who survive floods are those in boats. So, it seems to me, the myth grew up to encapsulate the consoling conviction that, whatever the cosmic disaster, there will always be divine intervention, albeit at the last minute. Man will survive.

Here;  http://time.com/35532/the-big-flood-on-the-big-screen/

Myth?  Regional flood?  Did the Bible just copy what the Babylonians had written?  Man will survive?

Can you see how little Bible knowledge most people have today?  Tragic.

I have heard that the new movie rewrites that actual Bible story to give the reason for the flood that mankind was cutting down too many trees and killing too many animals.  So the message goes "green" right away.  Also it sounds as if Noah wasn't selected because his DNA was pure...but that God knew he would help him kill everyone else on earth.

What?

You may want to read some reviews and decide if you want to donate your $25 to supporting this film.  Even though the producer wants to claim that this movie is taken from the Bible....it is sounding more and more like it has NOTHING to do with the Bible story.  Sadly, most Americans will walk away from seeing the film and have NO IDEA how it actually conflicts with Truth.
