When Churches Can’t Find Unity

 Churches that claim to all be filled with “Christians” are breaking up, leaving their denominations and are hugely at odds with each other.  Of course the splits seemed to be caused by some taking the Bible more seriously and literally than others.

I saw this article in a left-leaning publication but thought it was interesting because it was talking about the Methodist split.  It goes on to point out that the last time the churches were split it was right before the Civil War.  As they say, maybe we aren’t staring down the barrel of another Civil War but it’s a sign that the nation is “coming apart at the seams”.

At first blush, this might seem like an issue that’s peripheral to American politics — a purely religious matter. But it’s actually an indicator of just how fractured our politics have become. And if history is any indication, it’s about to get even worse.

The last major split in the church occurred in the 1840s, when the question of slavery opened a rift in America’s major evangelical denominations. For years, the churches had successfully contained debates over the propriety of slavery. Denominational leaders, clergymen and parishioners largely agreed to disagree. When the schism did finally come, many observers worried that the inability of the churches to maintain unity portended something far more serious. And they were right.

Amid handwringing over the current state of political polarization, it’s worth revisiting the religious crackup of the 1840s. The United States is not likely staring down the barrel at a second civil war, but in the past, when churches split over politics, it was a sign that country was fast coming apart at the seams.

How Much Lower Can This Nation Sink Before God Steps In?

 I think this is a question that most of us ask.  How much lower can we go?  If God will not be mocked, how much more mocking will he take?  Abortion and gay marriage and gender confusion along with drag queens preaching to our children?  Why has He not said "Enough!" and stepped in?

There are many ways to perform an abortion: pills that expel the baby’s body, suction vacuums and injected drugs that cause cardiac arrest. But there is only one result: death. This death should not be worth celebrating. Yet, many people do. 

There is a website called, Shout Your Abortion. It is a collection of personal testimonies from women, most who are happy with their decision to proceed with an abortion. As per usual, the excuses are the same. These are some of the titles taken from the “testimonials”: it was better for the baby; not yet ready; my abortion saved me; it wasn’t the right time for a pregnancy; my body, my choice. 

As if the act of murdering an unborn child is not enough, the post-abortion reactions are truly disturbing. One lady wrote: I had an abortion two weeks ago and it was [profanity] fantastic. On the short ride home, I put on a post-abortion playlist I’d made in anticipation of this moment and munched on a croissant a friend had packed for me as a post-abortion treat. Anyways, I was completely back to my regular life by the next day and even went out for drinks with a few friends the next day – you wouldn’t have guessed that I’d had an abortion just the day prior!

Worse still, a reprobate by the name of Viva Ruiz created a music video in 2020 entitled “Thank God for Abortion Anthem”. In the video, Ruiz stars as an “abortion pope” inside a church, complete with a choir and twerking dancers. Though we were thoroughly sickened by her “project”, media outlets applauded her. 

Ruiz believed this was a “divinely guided” project and said “I was upset about people being offended by this idea of God being all right with abortion when I know that it is true that God is all right with abortion.” Having been raised Catholic and undertaken multiple abortions herself, Ruiz infuses personal experience into her “work” and, in her words, “repurposes Catholic ritual and dogma to bring spirituality and faith to people having and providing abortions.” 

In the song’s description, Ruiz proclaimed, “Thank God for Abortion Anthem is a spiritual mission to affirm the sanctity of abortion having people”. Ignore the poorly constructed sentence – you can see what she means. Her twisted ideology sees sanctity in abortion. How Moloch would be proud. 

She continues: “I have had two abortions, am Latinx, queer, fluid and Christian. We know that God loves us and we are blessed. Blocking access to abortion is racist, is classist, is ableist, is gender based violence.” 

Women’s magazine Jezebel (an appropriate name) ran an article entitled: “Vision of God that Wants People to Access Abortion”. In an interview with Ruiz, she is reported to have said, “People who have had abortions are more holy” and that “Abortion providers are doing Jesus’ work.” 

Ruiz and all who espouse her views have been infected with a sickness that only the blood of Jesus can expel. May God break the darkness of her soul and bring His glorious light instead.

God is patient, wanting none to perish.  But yet we know there will be more people in hell than in heaven because Jesus said so.  "Wide is the road that leads to death and many will be on it."  So for now we rest in the knowledge that God is on the throne and nothing is surprising Him.  He will bring into the fold all who are written in the Lamb's book of Life and once that is done, hopefully soon, then judgment will come.

Turkey is the Dressing for Ezekiel 38

 We have posted many, many times about Ezekiel 38 over these past 14 years.  It's like it all seems to be coming together right before our very eyes.

Today, Terry James, of Rapture Ready has a great article on Turkey and Ezekiel 38.

Modern-day Turkey covers most of the territory that made up ancient Togarmah. Ezekiel was told to prophesy that the house of Togarmah will be among the horde from the north of Jerusalem that will assault Israel near the time of Christ’s return.

Many things have been written that analyze developments to Israel’s north. It is as if those with spiritually attuned eyes and ears are being given a play-by-play unfolding of this coalition.

Russia is pared down from its configuration as the nucleus of the former Soviet Union. It more or less once again covers territory that it encompassed when Ezekiel gave the Gog-Magog prophecy. Meshech and Tubal comprised that territory. The “Gog” demonic spirit will, according to this prophecy, inhabit the chief prince, or leader of Russia. This leader is also destined to be the leader of the entire coalition.

Developments toward these prophecies have been nothing short of phenomenal lately.

Russia, after falling apart as the USSR, is again a powerful force. It has inserted its influence, including a considerable military presence, into the region directly north of Israel.

Iran, which is the centermost territory today that once was called Persia, has joined Russia as a close ally—again, just to Israel’s north. Russia and Iran’s military assets co-mingle in the region to influence Syria, another end-times player.

Russia’s president, Vladimir Putin, as we’ve said many times, looks to be the prototype for the leader who will be Gog of the Gog-Magog force prophetically scheduled to invade toward Israel to the south.

The prophet Ezekiel was told to foretell that God, Himself, will put hooks into the Gog-leader’s jaws and jerk him southward like a fisherman would set hooks into a big fish’s mouth and reel him in.

Now Togarmah (Turkey) is hastily in the process of militarily dressing for its end-times fulfillment as part of the Gog-Magog assault on God’s chosen nation.

[Turkish] President Tayyip Erdogan said on Wednesday that Turkey’s air operations against a Kurdish militia in northern Syria were only the beginning and it would launch a land operation there when convenient after an escalation in retaliatory strikes.

He said Turkey was more determined than ever to secure its southern border with a “security corridor” while ensuring the territorial integrity of both Syria and Iraq, where it has also been conducting operations against Kurdish militants.

“We are continuing the air operation and will come down hard on the terrorists from land at the most convenient time for us,” Erdogan told his AK Party’s lawmakers in a speech in parliament.

“We have formed part of this corridor (and) will take care of it, starting with places such as Tel Rifat, Manbij and Ain al-Arab (Kobani), which are the sources of trouble,” he added.

Russia has asked Turkey to refrain from a full-scale ground offensive in Syria, senior Russian negotiator Alexander Lavrentyev said on Wednesday after a fresh round of talks about Syria with Turkish and Iranian delegations in Kazakhstan. (“Turkey plans to take action on Syria when it would be in its best interest to move forward,” Reuters, 11/23/22)

Syria, of course, is another key player in end-times prophecy. Damascus, as we have looked at many times, is prophetically scheduled for destruction. All Gog-Magog players in the Ezekiel 38–39 drama have their attention on Syria. This is the area to watch of great prophetic interest.

Teachers Can Now Conceal Gender of Students From the Parents

 If you want one more reason to PULL YOUR CHILDREN FROM PUBLIC SCHOOLS....here is one more.  Teachers are being asked by their districts to help conceal gender changes of their students FROM THE PARENTS.

So here is how this works;  Your 12 yr old daughter named Christine shows up at middle school and tells her teacher that she feels more like a boy than a girl.  She asks to participate with the boys in gym and asks to be called by her new pronouns, "them/they" but wants to be called David.  You've had this student for the last few years and yet this totally takes you by surprise.  As a teacher you actually know the parents because they have come in for conferences over the last few years.  Can you call the parents to discuss "their" behavior??  NOOOO!!  According to district rules you can only discuss with the parents if the child has given you WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION.

So you are now forced to call Christine by the name of David and then remember THEIR new pronouns all week long.  But when the parents come in to discuss their daughter Christine's school progress, you need to remember her DEAD NAME and DEAD GENDER and only refer to her as Christine, the nice girl in your phy-ed class.

Think I'm making this up??

The Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District(in Minnesota) adopted a new transgender student policy that experts say will permit students to change their gender identity at school and allow the district to conceal that information from parents.

According to the new policy, adopted on Nov. 17, “all students have a right to privacy, including the right to keep private one’s transgender or gender expansive status at school.”

The policy explicitly states that “school district personnel shall not disclose information that may reveal a student’s transgender or gender-expansive status to others, including parents and other school personnel, unless legally required to do so or unless the student has authorized such disclosure.”

In short, the new guidelines allow students to “socially transition’ and hide it from parents, according to legal experts. In fact, one teacher in the district said it is already happening. The teacher asked to remain anonymous for fear of retaliation.

The district, however, insisted in a statement to Alpha News that “nothing in the adopted guidelines takes away from parents’ rights to information about their children.”

“In fact, the guidelines encourage staff to work with students and their parents on these types of issues. Parent rights are paramount. However, the guidelines are clear that staff members should not ‘out’ students to parents, revealing their transgender or gender-expansive status, unless legally required to do so or if it’s authorized by the student,” a spokesperson said.

One parents rights activist called these comments “incredibly misleading.”

“It is incredibly misleading for the district to assert that nothing in these newly adopted guidelines takes away from parents’ rights to information about their children when that is exactly what this policy calls for,” said Cristine Trooien, executive director of the Minnesota Parents Alliance.

“It explicitly instructs staff not to disclose any information that may reveal a student’s transgender or gender-expansive status to parents. Parents have rightfully become mistrustful of district leaders who tell them that parental rights are paramount after they have just quickly and quietly adopted a policy that excludes them from conversations about their own children,” she added.

‘Everything is hush-hush’

Although the guidelines are published on the district’s website, district officials said they are not proactively discussing the information with families at this time, according to the teacher who spoke with Alpha News.

However, they will discuss the new practices with families on a case-by-case basis or if parents ask, according to the teacher.

“How would parents know to ask? Everything is hush-hush. Parents need to know,” the teacher said.

The school board briefly mentioned the policy during its two most recent meetings but did not discuss the details.

“All district policies and regulations are presented and approved at regular board meetings, which are posted in accordance with state law, open to the public and shared via livestream on the district’s Youtube channel,” the district spokesperson said.

Trooien believes the policy should have been provided to every parent in the district, “ideally before it was passed, but certainly now.”

“Parents need to know that their students will no longer be afforded the privacy or protection based on biological sex nor will parents be informed about their children ‘socially transitioning’ to an identity other than their sex and assigned name at birth,” she said. “This policy also demands that district employees comply with this policy and affirm student-declared identity or face adverse employment action. It is reprehensible that the district has placed teachers in the impossible position of keeping secrets from parents or losing their job.”

Do you think we aren't in a battle for the hearts and souls of our children??  Of course this goes right to the very start of God's creation and attacks it head on.  "God created them male and female."  And Satan starts to whisper to all the godless people, many of which are educators, "Did god really say that?  Is there really a god anyway?  Certainly it can't be that black and white?  There has to be variations or maybe people born into the wrong bodies?"  

And now, rather than treating an 8 year old girl for some mental health issues, the teachers she looks up to might be in favor of removing her breasts and taking hormone blockers and testosterone so she can become a boy, or non-binary, or queer or maybe even a kitten!

Unbiblical Pastor Wins Senate Race in Georgia

 The Democrats took another seat for the Senate.  Pastor Warnock defeated ex-NFL player Herschel Walker in a special runoff this week.

"Well that sounds great Dennis!  We need more pastors in the Senate!"

Yeah....pretty sure this guy is a pastor in name only.

As we look at what this pastor actually believes, let's remember that Jesus warned us about wolves dressed as sheep who will come in to destroy the flock.  What Jesus warned against we are seeing happen in front of our own eyes.  As numerous denominations ordain transgenders, gays and lesbians as pastors, what do you think they are teaching their flock?  This pastor elected in Georgia actually believes that killing babies should be the woman's right up until birth.  What do you suppose he is teaching his flock?  They are teaching them lies that come from the Evil One.

Georgia will once again be represented by a pastor who will use the Senate to promote his "rejection of the Bible's teachings" on issues ranging from abortion to the importance of the resurrection of Christ. Warnock has supported legislation to authorize abortion-on-demand until birth, strip Christians of conscience and religious liberty rights, and claimed Christians who oppose socialism need to "read the Bible" -- claiming he holds a biblical position on each topic.

"Raphael Warnock has made his faith and pulpit ministry a central theme of his campaign. Politically, this is strategic, because most Georgia voters value their faith and respect the Christian ministry," David Closson, director of the Center for Biblical Worldview at Family Research Council, told The Washington Stand. Polls show around two-thirds of Georgian voters consider themselves very religious. "But it's important to examine the content of Warnock's faith which is a distillation of textbook theological liberalism."

Warnock graduated from liberal Union Theological Seminary. Warnock evaded questions about whether he attended a speech from Cuban dictator Fidel Castro, hosted by the Abyssinian Baptist Church in 1995, when Warnock served as its youth leader. As pastor of Atlanta's Ebenezer Baptist Church, Warnock fills his sermons "with Scripture-specific anecdotes as well as calls for Medicaid expansion and turning out to vote," the New York Times reported. Voting, he has said, is "a kind of prayer."

"Like all forms of theological liberalism, Raphael Warnock's theology tragically deviates in significant ways from historic Christianity. This is most prominent in his rejection of the Bible's teaching on marriage, abortion, and sexuality," Closson told TWS.

Warnock has stubbornly insisted abortion-on-demand is compatible with his role as a minister. When WGAU host Tim Bryant asked how Warnock's support for abortion-on-demand fit with his position as a "minister, a leader of the church, and a man of God," Warnock replied: "For me, reproductive justice is consistent with my commitment to that. I believe unequivocally in a woman's right to choose."

"I am a pro-choice pastor," Warnock tweeted shortly after his election in 2020.

Warnock's wholehearted support for abortion proved so scandalous that a coalition of black pastors rebuked him for his comments. "We believe these statements represent grave errors of judgment and a lapse in pastoral responsibility, and we entreat you to reconsider them," they wrote. 

"As a Christian pastor and as a , you have a duty to denounce the evil of abortion, which kills a disproportionate number of Black children. Your open advocacy of abortion is a scandal to the faith and to the Black community. ... We implore you to uphold the Biblical defense of life and to fight against the systemic racism of abortion." Then-White House spokesperson Kayleigh McEnany also referenced a list of Bible verses opposing abortion -- the historic position of the Christian church since the first century A.D.

As a senator, Warnock co-sponsored the so-called Women's Health Protection Act, which would strike down nearly every pro-life protection in all 50 states. "Instead of aborting those babies, why are you not baptizing those babies?" asked Walker at their debate.

Warnock has also controversially cited the Bible to justify his support of the LGBTQ agenda. "Here's what I know from over 20 years as a Baptist pastor -- while faith at its best can heal and bring us closer together, too often, I have witnessed it used to justify injustice against women, minorities, and especially LGBTQ people. Faith wielded as a cudgel to harm our neighbor has no place in our pews, in our streets, or in the halls of Congress," Warnock wrote in The Advocate, an LGBT publication.

Most consequentially, Warnock supported the so-called Equality Act, which "would mandate government-imposed inequality and unfairness by requiring acceptance of a particular ideology about sexual ethics, while leaving no room for differing opinions and legitimate public debate," said Mary Beth Waddell, director of Federal Affairs for Family and Religious Liberty at Family Research Council. "Simply put, the Equality Act mandates an anti-life, anti-family, and anti-faith agenda throughout federal law, and would be a disaster for all Americans."

Warnock also sponsored a resolution declaring June LGBTQ Pride Month. "As we reflect on how far we have come, let's remember how far we have to go to create a world where we *all* feel safe to be our authentic selves," he wrote. "I'll always be an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community."

Warnock's theological liberalism pervades his views of such fundamental doctrines as the resurrection of Christ. Warnock made statements seemingly contradicting the religious basis for Easter, as well as proclaiming a works-based salvation. "The meaning of Easter is more transcendent than the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Whether you are Christian or not, through a commitment to helping others we are able to save ourselves," declared Warnock in a message he later scrubbed from his Twitter account.

The really bad news is that these pastors are EVERYWHERE!  But the really good news is that we are watching prophecy fulfilled right before our very eyes and it's one more sign of how close we must be to the return of Christ.

Digital Currency Coming Sooner than You Think

 I just did a post earlier today on Central Bank Digital Currency.  But here is another one that just came across my reading today.

Central bankers and international corporate financiers have long been pretending to hate the very concept of cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum, while at the same time investing heavily in blockchain technologies and infrastructure.  

The purpose of the ruse is not clear, but more than likely it was an attempt at mass reverse psychology - "We don't like crypto and digital currencies because we supposedly have no control over them; free market proponents should embrace them blindly because that is how you will beat us."

In the meantime, while major banking firms are investing billions into various blockchain products, central banks and global institutions like the BIS and IMF have been developing their own systems.  In fact, the BIS notes with enthusiasm that around 90% of central banks around the world are already in the process of adopting CBDCs.

This happens in many other trade commodities and paper currencies also.  The point is, crypto is not immune to manipulation.

Third, crypto is enticing to people because of the quick profits that can be had, but massive losses are also a danger.  The overall crypto market has plunged by $2 trillion in the past year alone - over 60% of its value.  The implosion of huge trading companies like FTX also undermines the stability of the market, and usually it's the average investor that ends up suffering the consequences.

All of these factors and more can be used by banking elites as a rationale for the implementation of CBDCs and global regulation of crypto trading.  And, if the bloodbath in existing coins continues, people may even welcome CBDCs as a "safe" investment or currency system.

The investment losses in blockchain products, along with the scandals in exchanges, is a rather convenient opportunity for the banking establishment to promote their own currencies as a replacement.  In the wake of the FTX event, multiple international banks including JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs have called for government regulation and a shift over to CBDCs.

Please notice that this massive failure of FTX along with the loss of $2 trillion in value of cryptos since January 1 could be the trigger which allows Central Banks to come in and say, "We need to protect the consumer from these Wild West types of cryptos.  Many people lost their life savings and we can't have that.  Effective June 1, 2023 we will begin allowing people to trade the US Dollars for CBDC's.  We will keep this window open for 1 year.  By June 1, 2024 the use of US Dollars will no longer be allowed."

Of course I have no idea on the timing of such a thing.  But it is coming!  And remember how it will be sold..."We will freeze all the US Dollars that drug cartels and sex traffickers are holding.  We will stop the spread of germs and disease by people who still insist on using cash.  We will be able to monitor transactions and disallow any use of CBDC's to commit a crime.  The US Treasury will save billions in money printing, coin minting and armored car services transporting."

And as the previous post from today explains this will lead to eventually having all people take some type of mark on the right hand or forehead in order to access their Digital Currency to buy or sell anything.

We are the generation that finally has the technology to make this prophecy a reality!

Are We Finally Ready for Digital Currency

It takes time to prep the world to receive things.  But this guy is correct!  If you offered Americans $500 to get a mark or an implant that allowed them to pay for all purchases and carry all their Central Bank Digital Currency, ID’s, medical info and social credit scores all in the same place, they would strap on their Covid masks and wait in line a mile long to partake!

In the mid-1990s, this was a great deal of interest in the subject of the mark of the beast because of the elopement of a microchip the size of a grain of rice. This tiny computer could transmit data via radio waves. A handheld reader could pass over the chip, and it would transmit the chip’s ID number.

This chip was a perfect match for the finances that the Antichrist will establish. If you don’t have your implant in your right hand or forehead, no food for you. Prophecy teachers warned that the mark could be rolled out in a few shorts or months. The only thing lacking was the political will to force everyone to take the chip.

There was a huge problem with these implants. We simply did not have the financial infrastructure to roll out a system of 100% digital currency. An honest prophecy teacher would admit that a true mark would require several years of development. The Federal Reserve and the Treasury move very slowly on changes to our money.

We have now arrived at the point where digital currency is a reality. The Fed is in the final stages of testing a digital currency. Fed governors are openly talking about the advantages of having digital money.

If we have a financial crisis, the Feds can quickly step in and fund the banking system with electronic cash. After the Federal Reserve declined to guarantee its loans as it did for Bear Stearns, the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers triggered a cascade of other firms to become insolvent. From Lehman Brothers on, no other large financial firm was allowed to go into bankruptcy.

In the 1990s, polls showed that most people had a very negative view of having a chip injected into their bodies. Today, most people have a positive view of the mark of the Beast system. The government would have people lined up for miles if it were made known that people would get extra digital units as yet another stimulus package. People would be literally selling their souls to the devil just to get a $500 bonus.

Another thing appealing about a new digital currency is that it would have no debt. The US dollar is saddled with a $31 trillion mountain of debt. Any new currency would have no responsibility for the old debt. Governments have time and time again reduced their debt burden by limiting the convertibility of old currency for new ones. If you had $1 million and you are only allowed to convert $100,000 per month, inflation could rob you of your purchasing power by the time the 12-month period has passed.

A digital currency would be very appealing to the government. They could force people to spend money in case of a financial slowdown by putting an expiration date on their money. There would be no tax cheats with no way to hide your digital wealth. The government could lock up the accounts of troublemakers. Canada froze the banking accounts of several trucker protestors last year. It took a bit of research to get the names of the truckers, find their bank accounts, and have them frozen. With a digital currency, a financial lockdown could take place with the push of a single button.

The only investment that has immunity to the negatives of a digital currency is gold and silver. If the banking system locked up, you could use precious metals to trade for food. FDR made people turn in their gold in 1933 because gold was directly linked to the dollar. Since few people own gold today, there is no real incentive for a repeat of 1933. I’m sure the Antichrist will make all purchases with precious metal illegal, but we’ll be gone by the time he makes that decision.

The Mark of the Beast is a very scary thing. If anyone takes the 666 ID, they will be condemned to hell. By not taking it, they may starve to death. Because of the horrible prospects, it’s vital for every wise person to be ready for the rapture.

“And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six” (Revelation 13:16-18).
