Putin 2012

Of course we watch Russia because most prophecy watchers believe that Magog (Ezekiel 38)refers to Russia and some of the old Soviet satellite countries. The leader of this people will put together a coalition including Iran, Turkey, Libya and a few other minor Muslim players...and will attempt to destroy Israel and take her stuff.

It's referred to as "Ezekiel's War"...and of course it has never happened, but with the recent movement of Iran, Turkey and Libya towards Russia and each other...many believe that the war could be coming in the near future.

Why should this be INCREDIBLY interesting to Holy Spirit filled folks? Because many believe that the rapture of the church will happen BEFORE this war takes place. Read Ezekiel 38 and 39 and see what you conclude for yourselves.

So the headline today that ex-KGB strongman, Putin, is probably going to seek to have the supreme power in Russia in 2012 is quite interesting.

(Reuters) - A Russian government agency has registered the web address Putin-2012.rf in a sign Prime Minister Vladimir Putin plans to run in a presidential election he would seem almost certain to win.

Russia's Federal Bodyguard Service registered six domain names combining Putin's name or initials with "2012," according to the official Cyrillic domain database, stat.ref.ru. It did not do the same for President Dmitry Medvedev.

Putin says he has not decided whether to run in 2012, saying he and Medvedev will decide on a joint candidate closer to the time. But many diplomats and analysts expect him to return to the Kremlin, shunting Medvedev into a lesser post.

Americans Enjoying Final Days

One of the newsletters that I receive is from a organization called the National Inflation Association. Their stated goal is to prepare people for hyper-inflation....and they are 100% positive hyper-inflation is coming.

The headline they sent today is a tad bit ominous.

Japan's efforts to postpone a few Japanese corporations going through a brief but tough readjustment period are helping to artificially prop up the standard of living for Americans one last time. NIA believes that the Japanese better be careful what they wish for. Never before in world history has nearly every developed country been in battle with each other to have the weakest currency. Asian producing countries want their currencies to be the weakest so that they can have the honor of shipping their products to Americans who can't afford them.

Currencies are very fragile, especially when they are fiat and backed by nothing. NIA believes that nearly all countries around the world with fiat currencies are currently making the grave mistake of doing everything in their power to debase them. Even a five year old child, if you asked them if they want the money in their piggy bank to be worth more or less, would have the common sense to say more. The world's politicians either don't have this same common sense or they are being paid off by the management of export giants.

A massive outbreak of price inflation is already taking place all around us, as Americans enjoy their final days of our artificial economy that is being propped up by China and Japan. Some people say China and Japan continue to buy and hold U.S. treasuries because of our overpowering military presence, but when they start dumping our treasuries and the bond bubble bursts, the U.S. military regime will come to an end. A U.S. societal collapse is coming...

I will remind you that there are some very smart folks out there who are saying that DEFLATION (not inflation) is actually what is in store for America....but regardless of whether it's hyper deflation or hyper inflation, what both sides agree on is that it will probably cause a societal collapse.

Well...that's encouraging.

Does anyone know what a societal collapse looks like? I don't. But I can tell you that if you imagine millions of hungry folks whose paper money has become worthless wandering around looking for food, it's 100% certain their will be violence. Will the police be there? Will FEMA be there? Will the Red Cross be there? Will Team Obama be there?

Friends, I have no idea if anything like this is going to happen. I'm guessing that it will...because things like this have ALWAYS happened since mankind started living in cities. Babylon, Jerusalem, Rome, Athens....they ALL experienced societal collapse. But I have NO IDEA when it will happen or exactly where.

Proverbs 22:3 tells us this; "A prudent man sees danger and takes refuge, but the simple keep going and suffer for it."

How many of us keep plodding along watching TV every night, shopping at Cub every day, going out to eat a few times per week,....while just assuming that life will ALWAYS be like it has been?

Does anyone see danger coming? Are any of us prudent men??

Stoned for Allah

A reader sent me this email today with a link to what Islam does to women it believes have harmed the Muslim community...it's a phone video of a bunch of dudes stoning and kicking a woman to death. The final blow seems to come when someone crushes her head with a cinder block.

The email said that the young woman's crime was refusing to marry an older man that her family wanted her to marry. I have no way of confirming that...but I know for a fact that other women have been killed for this reason.

If you don't care to watch it...I understand as it does make you sick to your stomach. However, sometimes I believe many of us need a strong shock to our system to wake us up to what Islamic shariah law is all about...and how Satan is currently using it. Of course these "honor" killings go on way more than anyone knows. When a woman is deemed to have dishonored Islam and/or her the family....she better get out of town or she may be killed by her own family.

To me it is a picture of Satanic rage, perversion and blood lust. "You will know them by the fruit they bear.....", says Jesus. And we can certainly recognize the fruit of Satan.

Remember the Bible says we are all born as sons of the devil...but by God's grace some were called out of sin and death to be eternal children of God...and apparently the people doing the killing and recording here have not (as of yet?) accepted God's grace.

Notice how all the men gathered around do absolutely nothing to stop this murder, but instead are focused on getting their own video of the murder recorded on their cell phones. Also notice how you can hear them chant, "Allahu Akbar"....which the literal translation means, "Allah is greater!"

Sounds just like Satan, doesn't it? He always wants to claim that he is better than God. Sounds like a pride issue.

We need to pray for these men in this video. They are very lost and are in desperate need of a Savior. I pray that this poor young woman called out to Jesus for salvation before that cinder block dropped.

Interfaith Prayer

Whenever these interfaith prayer deals happen...they always confuse me. What good is it, in God's book, if we get a Buddhist, Hindu, Mormon, Muslim, Pagan, Satanist, Voodoo priest, Warlock, Jew and a Christian together to offer up prayers? (I know...this sounds like the start of a joke)

Various religious leaders prayed for world peace as the sun was rising behind hills at Red Rock Consecrated Sanctuary in Reno (Nevada, USA) on September 12 morning.

Other religious leaders who participated in this Interfaith Sunrise Prayer Service for World Peace included: Gene Savoy Junior, Head Bishop of International Community of Christ; William Bartlett, Buddhist priest; Roya Galata, Baha’i elder; Sean Savoy, Chancellor of the Jamilian University of the Ordained; Yuki Matsushita, Bishop of Church of the Second Advent in Japan; etc.

So where do you suppose these prayers are going? Who is hearing them? Jesus said that the only way to the Father is through the Son...who is currently sitting at the right hand of God interceding for us...so we can be pretty sure that these interfaith deals might make the people FEEL better but it makes one wonder if they don't do more to bring about judgment from God....who clearly says He is a jealous God.

If you haven't read it lately, go read the story about Elijah and the prophets of Baal. (1 Kings 18:16-46) I love that story and it might give us some background of how God views the prayers offered to false gods.

Summer Camp

When you say the phrase, "summer camp"...it makes one think of swimming, campfires and arts and crafts. But if you are a kid in Gaza, summer camp takes on a whole different meaning.

Hamas continued to gain strength this past summer as about 100,000 youngsters underwent radical anti-Israel indoctrination at dozens of summer camps run by the terrorist group – which also attacked United Nations camps, its main competition – according to a report released on Tuesday by the Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center According to the report, more than 100,000 children and teenagers participated in the Hamas camps, which included paramilitary training and military parades. The Islamic Jihad terrorist organization also opened 51 different summer camps for over 10,000 children.

This sure doesn't sound good for the peace process. And if these little grade-school kids are being taught to hate Jews and Israel at a young age...I'm gonna guess that hatred is going to stay with them for the rest of their lives....maybe another 60-70 years.

UFO Coverup

I haven't asked the question for a while so I will ask it again for anyone who is a new reader; Do you believe in angels? If you said yes, then by definition you believe in aliens....because an angel is not human but is a creature of intelligence. That means it is an alien. Also the Bible mentions a few races of angels; Cherubim and Seraphim. The book of Enoch goes on to mention a third race, but I can't remember it right now.

So could an angel come to earth? The Bible clearly says they have and they do.

Can a fallen angel come to earth? The Bible clearly says they are already here.

So could a fallen angel be working to deceive ignorant man into believing they are something that they really are not? Of course! Isn't Satan called the "Prince of the power of the air?"...and also called the "Father of all lies"?

So with that as a backdrop, the world seems very interested in talking about aliens and UFO's.

Today I ran across this article from a really smart dude. He is a nuclear physicist and he claims that the world's governments have been covering up what they really know about aliens.

"After 53 years of investigation, I'm convinced we're dealing here with a cosmic Watergate," he told AOL News. "That means a few people within major governments have known since at least 1947 that some UFOs are alien spacecraft."

"A 747 over Alaska encountered something that was twice the size of an aircraft carrier, that flew circles around the jet. They reported it to the ground, where both the UFO and the 747 were picked up on radar."

The explanation from debunkers was that it was Jupiter! Boy, airplane radar can pick up Jupiter? It was totally ludicrous. You're fighting the forces of 'evil,' one might say -- arrogance and ignorance."

Funny that he uses the language, "You're fighting the forces of evil..." because I believe that is exactly what is going on. Satan is cooking a big, evil deception and millions of people would rather believe we were planted here by aliens....and if those "aliens" do show up anytime soon...millions (billions?) of lost, confused humans will take the bait.

Gloomy Billionaires

Every year a group of billionaires get together to have a secret meeting and talk candidly about what they see coming down the pipe.

At this years meeting it is being reported that even the billionaires are concerned about what they see coming.....and there was a consensus of gloom.

“They saw the United States in a long-term slow growth environment with the near-term risk of recession quite real,” said Wien, in a commentary to Blackstone clients. “The Obama administration was viewed as hostile to business and that discouraged both hiring and investment. Companies and entrepreneurs were reluctant to add workers because they didn’t know what their healthcare costs or taxes were going to be.”

So what are the billionaires buying if this environment continues? Wien said “vacant office building,” “farmland” and “Africa” were some of the ideas thrown out. Not too many things for the regular investor.

It seems interesting to me that team Obama can't figure out the main reason why employers won't be hiring any time soon; Answer;...because they have no idea what it is going to cost them to hire that new employee! 2011 starts in less than 4 months and we have no idea what the tax code is going to be. Are the Bush tax cuts going to expire? How much will Obama Care cost to provide coverage on a new employee? Will there be anyone with a job to buy the stuff my company is going to produce?

One thing that IS for certain....people don't make long term plans when they are uncertain about what is happening 4 months from now.

I almost wonder (again) if Team Obama is doing things to crash America ON PURPOSE? Could America's decline be one more puzzle piece put into the ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT and FINANCIAL SYSTEM that the Bible says is coming?

Turkey Votes to be More Islamic

Of course we continue to watch Turkey with much interest....because they are one of the main players names in Ezekiel 38. The Turks have become very anti-Israel as of late, and it all happened at a VERY fast pace.

Also of interest is that as they have fallen away from The West, they fell right into the waiting arms of Russia and Iran...also people groups who are mentioned in the Ezekiel 38 coalition...the coalition who will one day gather to destroy Israel.

So what's up with Turkey today? It seems they just had a big vote and the Turks voted to be more DEMOCRATIC and also more ISLAMIC. Kind of sounds like a "Good news", "bad news" type of story.

This week's referendum in Turkey was a vote of confidence for Erdogan’s combination of democratic and pro-Islamic policies. The Turkish populace approved on Monday a major series of changes in the country’s constitution, removing power from the military and giving more weight to democracy, human rights, and Islam.

What does the vote mean for Israel?

“Turkey’s relations with Israel cannot get much worse than they are at present,” says Dr. Eyal Ginio, Chairman of Hebrew University’s Department of Islamic and Middle East Studies, “but in any event, Turkey knows that its relations with Israel are important. They won’t get worse, but neither do I see them getting much better quickly.”

Asked if the referendum makes Turkey more democratic or more Islamic, Ginio said there is not necessarily a clash between the two: “Turkey is a very unique model. The ruling party speaks mostly about democracy, but also is against the secular approach of separation of Islam from government; they feel that democracy and Islamization go together.”

Asked if Turkey has a religious majority, Ginio said, “It is very hard to know, and I don’t know of any studies or polls. But it is clear that Islam is becoming stronger in Turkey’s public sphere…

So what else is clear about countries in which Islam becomes stronger? We would expect to see more violence, less human rights for women and gays, more hatred towards Israel, and less tolerance towards Christianity.

Remember to pray against the spirit of Islam in your daily prayer life. After all, this IS a spiritual battle...which means that all the guns, bullets, and bombs we throw at Islam won't mean a dang thing. Until America remembers it's past as a CHRISTIAN NATION and the majority of Americans turn back to a fear of the Lord, humble themselves, seek His face (personal relationship with Christ)...and start praying for our enemies....only then will we have a chance.

Otherwise, hatred and ill-will towards Muslims will ONLY have us moving right into Satan's territory...which is exactly where he wants us to be.
