Iran's Top Ally Says War is Coming

Many of you get the news from Joel Rosenberg, so sorry if you have already seen this...but it bears repeating anyway.

Netanya, Israel) — Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah, the head of the Lebanon-based Hezbollah terrorist organization — Iran’s top ally in the Middle East — warned today that a major regional war could be coming soon if Iran and world leaders don’t make a deal. His warnings were ominously echoed by the White House and by Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. It’s hard to remember when these three agreed on anything.

“To all Arab peoples in the Gulf countries of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE and Oman: What is the alternative to an understanding between Iran and world leaders? It is regional war,” Nasrallah warned.

“The Obama administration Tuesday stepped up lobbying against congressional action for new sanctions on Iran, with the White House warning such a move would lead to war,” reported the Times of Israel.

“The American people justifiably and understandably prefer a peaceful solution that prevents Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon, and this agreement, if it’s achieved, has the potential to do that,” White House spokesman Jay Carney told reporters. “The alternative is military action.”

“Carney told reporters that Americans did not want a ‘march to war,’ which is what new sanctions would bring, indicating that lawmakers could pay politically if diplomacy with Iran failed,” the Times noted.

“The currently discussed deal between six world powers and Iran could lead to war, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Wednesday, intensifying his campaign against a possible interim agreement on Tehran’s rogue nuclear program,” reports the Times of Israel, in a separate article.
“There are not just two possibilities on the Iranian issue: A bad deal — or war. This is incorrect. There is a third possibility — and that is continuing the pressure of sanctions,” Netanyahu said in the Knesset. “I would even say that a bad deal is liable to lead to the second, undesired, result.”

I hate to say it again, but Team Obama is finding itself TOTALLY IN OVER IT'S HEAD!!  Up is down, down is up, good is evil and evil is good.

Pray for peace but plan for war.

Should this surprise us?  No.  Jesus clearly said there will be wars and rumors of war and even more so as His return draws near...but He also clearly told us to FEAR NOT!!...because all of these things MUST happen.

A baby is not brought forth without significant pain and blood.  In the same way, Messiah will not be brought forth without significant pain and blood.

Now that is a lot of blood!!  It sounds like an entire river full of blood!!  But would we expect anything less if the baby being birthed is the CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE??

Hot New Game Kids Are Playing

Kids will be unruly, ungrateful, lovers of violence....

Now watch this video that shows kids (all of them black) walking up to unsuspecting people and punching them in the face to knock them out.  The knocked out people smash their heads on the sidewalk and the laughing kids continue walking away.

If these kids act this way even when the government is giving them free food, free schools, free apartments and free cell phones (ObamaPhones)....what do you think they are going to act like when the food stamps and free apartments start to run out?

Do you think kids like this would hesitate to stab you in the neck to take something they want and justify it by saying, "I needed that food, man!!"

So where is Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton to protest all this BLACK VIOLENCE??  Why is it that they ONLY CARE if a white has committed violence on a black....but seem to care less when the table is turned?

Could they be RACE BAITERS just out to stir the pot?

Also remember that Jesus said that nation would rise against nation near the end of the age. (Matthew 24)  Some watchers have clarified that to mean RACE AGAINST RACE....like the black nation will rise against the Latino nation and they will both rise against the white nation.... right here in the streets of America.  You can already see the foreshadowing all around.

Hawaii Added to List of Gay Marriage States

It appears that the state's are falling like dominoes now...

Hawaii is set to become the latest US state to allow gay marriage after it passed a bill legalising same-sex unions.

The state's Senate approved the measure by 19 votes to 4.

Hawaii's Democratic governor indicated he would sign the bill into law without delay. It is expected to come into effect on 2 December.

Same-sex marriages are currently legal in 14 US states and the District of Columbia.

Correspondents say the bill is likely to make Hawaii a popular wedding destination for same-sex couples.

Obama 'proud'

Researchers at the University of Hawaii have said that the law will boost tourism income by $217m (£136m) over the next three years.

"I look forward to signing this significant piece of legislation, which provides marriage equity and fully recognises and protects religious freedoms," Governor Neil Abercrombie said on Tuesday.

US President Barack Obama welcomed Tuesday's vote, saying: "I've always been proud to have been born in Hawaii, and today's vote makes me even prouder."

North Korea Executes People With Bibles

Wow!  The majority of homes in America have a Bible in the house.  The Gideons have handed out millions to be put in hotel rooms....but how many of those homes would chuck out their Bibles if the government let it be known they would kill anyone who owned one?

Sadly, since MOST AMERICANS don't read their Bibles...I'm guessing lots of folks would say, "Oh well, I never read the stupid thing anyway...it's just some old book of nonsense...so out it goes!!  I'm not risking my life for the silly thing."

Why do you suppose Satan HATES the Word of God so much??  Because it clearly spells out his eternal demise!!

Who do you suppose is in total control of North Korea??  Yep....Satan.

As many as 80 people were publicly executed in North Korea earlier this month, some for offenses as minor as watching South Korean movies or possessing a Bible.  

South Korean newspaper JoongAng Ilbo reported that the so-called criminals were put to death in seven cities across North Korea on Nov. 3, in the first known large-scale public executions by the Kim Jong-un regime.

A source, who is familiar with internal affairs in the North and who recently visited the country, told the paper that about 10 people were killed in each city.

Eight people -- their heads covered with white bags -- were tied to stakes at a local stadium in the city of Wonsan, before authorities shot them with a machine gun, according to the source. 

Wonsan authorities gathered a crowd of 10,000 people, including children, at Shinpoong Stadium and forced them to watch the killings.

“I heard from the residents that they watched in terror as the corpses were (so) riddled by machine-gun fire that they were hard to identify afterward,” the JoongAng Ilbo source said.

Most of the Wonsan victims were charged with watching or illegally trafficking South Korean videos, involvement in prostitution, or possessing a Bible.

Relatives or accomplices of the execution victims implicated in their alleged crimes were sent to prison camps.

Some might say, "I would be willing to die for my Bible!"  But how about if you knew your kids and grand kids would be murdered, raped or sent to hard-labor camps for the rest of their lives??  Would we still keep our Bibles??

Do you think our faith, here in America, will ever be put to the test?  Or do you think we will just continue to live our plush lives, sipping coffee and eating rolls in our padded church pews while we wait for the trumpet to blow so we can be ushered into Heaven??

I'm gonna have to ponder on that one for a while....

What's going on with the sun?

First off let's remember that the Bible speaks frequently of the sun playing into the signs of the Last Days.

Secondly, let's remember that if the sun happens to shoot out a massive burst of gamma rays and they smack directly into planet earth....our electric grid could be fried in the twinkling of an eye.  For Western Civilization....no electricity for weeks or months would be catastrophic...to say the least.  (Google CARRINGTON EVENT)

How could we watch Entertainment Tonight without TV'S?  How would my Hot Pocket get heated for dinner?  How would I know what my friends are doing if I can't see FaceBook?  How would my cell phone get charged??  How would my turkey get carved without an electric carving knife?

Something is up with the sun.

 

Scientists say that solar activity is stranger than in a century or more, with the sun producing barely half the number of sunspots as expected and its magnetic poles oddly out of sync.

 

The sun generates immense magnetic fields as it spins. Sunspots—often broader in diameter than Earth—mark areas of intense magnetic force that brew disruptive solar storms. These storms may abruptly lash their charged particles across millions of miles of space toward Earth, where they can short-circuit satellites, smother cellular signals or damage electrical systems.

 

Based on historical records, astronomers say the sun this fall ought to be nearing the explosive climax of its approximate 11-year cycle of activity—the so-called solar maximum. But this peak is "a total punk," said Jonathan Cirtain, who works at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration as project scientist for the Japanese satellite Hinode, which maps solar magnetic fields.

 

"I would say it is the weakest in 200 years," said David Hathaway, head of the solar physics group at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala.

 

Researchers are puzzled. They can't tell if the lull is temporary or the onset of a decades-long decline, which might ease global warming a bit by altering the sun's brightness or the wavelengths of its light.

 

"There is no scientist alive who has seen a solar cycle as weak as this one," said Andrés Munoz-Jaramillo, who studies the solar-magnetic cycle at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Cambridge, Mass.

 

To complicate the riddle, the sun also is undergoing one of its oddest magnetic reversals on record.

 

Normally, the sun's magnetic north and south poles change polarity every 11 years or so. During a magnetic-field reversal, the sun's polar magnetic fields weaken, drop to zero, and then emerge again with the opposite polarity. As far as scientists know, the magnetic shift is notable only because it signals the peak of the solar maximum, said Douglas Biesecker at NASA's Space Environment Center.

 

But in this cycle, the sun's magnetic poles are out of sync, solar scientists said. The sun's north magnetic pole reversed polarity more than a year ago, so it has the same polarity as the south pole.

I'm guessing the liberals will soon blame the sun's strange behavior on GLOBAL WARMING.  But of course this is a problem....being the sun is 93,000,000 miles away...and is totally unaffected by farting cows, wood stoves and coal plants.

 

Take comfort in the fact that God made the sun.  He knows every spin, magnetic pole shift and sun spot that ever was or will ever be on this massive ball of gas.  He holds the entire universe in his grasp...and yet tells us that not one sparrow falls from the sky without His knowledge.

 

How awesome is that???

Once upon a time in America, just about everyone would have said they were God fearing...they may not have been church going evangelicals...but they certainly didn't mock God and His Son, Jesus.  MOST knew that there was a divine creator and MOST would have believed that one day they are going to have to give an answer...

Atheist 'mega-churches' take root across US, world

LOS ANGELES (AP) — It looked like a typical Sunday morning at any mega-church. Several hundred people, including families with small children, packed in for more than an hour of rousing music, an inspirational talk and some quiet reflection. The only thing missing was God.

Nearly three dozen gatherings dubbed "atheist mega-churches" by supporters and detractors have sprung up around the U.S. and Australia — with more to come — after finding success in Great Britain earlier this year. The movement fueled by social media and spearheaded by two prominent British comedians is no joke.

On Sunday, the inaugural Sunday Assembly in Los Angeles attracted several hundred people bound by their belief in non-belief. Similar gatherings in San Diego, Nashville, New York and other U.S. cities have drawn hundreds of atheists seeking the camaraderie of a congregation without religion or ritual.

They don't bash believers but want to find a new way to meet likeminded people, engage in the community and make their presence more visible in a landscape dominated by faith.

Jones got the first inkling for the idea while leaving a Christmas carol concert six years ago.

Sunday Assembly — whose motto is Live Better, Help Often, Wonder More — taps into that universe of people who left their faith but now miss the community church provided, said Phil Zuckerman, a professor of secular studies at Pitzer College in Claremont.

It also plays into a feeling among some atheists that they should make themselves more visible. For example, last December, an atheist in Santa Monica created an uproar — and triggered a lawsuit — when he set up a godless display amid Christian nativity scenes that were part of a beloved, decades-old tradition.

Scientists are developing a drug which mimics all the positive effects of being drunk without any of the health risks, addiction – or hangovers.

The “serious revolution in health” is being pioneered by the former Government drugs advisor Professor David Nutt, and has been described as doing for alcohol what the e-cigarette has done for tobacco use.

It targets neurotransmitters in the brain directly, giving the taker feelings of pleasure and disinhibition that are in some cases “indistinguishable” from the effects of drinking. Yet because it acts directly, it can also be immediately blocked by taking an antidote – with “drinkers” potentially able to then drive or return to work straight away.

One of the biggest benefits to Prof Nutt’s alcohol substitute would be to remove addiction as a drinking problem. The scientist said 10 per cent of drinkers become addicted, and that addicts account for most of the one and a half million people killed by alcohol every year.

Maybe now would be the time to leave your preterism (the belief that events in Revelation have already happened) and embrace the fact that things are only going to get worse....and Jesus promised to come and TAKE US to the place He has prepared...because the bride of Christ was NOT MADE to suffer the wrath of God.

Few will have any money to take vacations to Disney, buy that new fishing boat or plan their Florida vacation homes....

Warning on Global Food Supply

For a look at what climate change could do to the world’s food supply, consider what the weather did to the American Corn Belt last year.

At the beginning of 2012, the Agriculture Department projected the largest corn crop in the country’s history. But then a savage heat wave and drought struck over the summer. Plants withered, prices spiked, and the final harvest came in 27 percent below the forecast.
      

The situation bore a striking resemblance to what happened in Europe in 2003, after a heat wave cut agricultural production for some crops by as much as 30 percent and sent prices soaring.

 

Several researchers concluded that the European heat wave was made more likely by human-caused climate change; scientists are still arguing over the 2012 heat blast in the United States. Whatever their origin, heat waves like these give us a taste of what could be in store in a future with global warming.

      

Among those who are getting nervous are the people who spend their lives thinking about where our food will come from.

      

“The negative impacts of global climate change on agriculture are only expected to get worse,” said a report earlier this year from researchers at the London School of Economics and a Washington think tank, the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation. The report cited a need for “more resilient crops and agricultural production systems than we currently possess in today’s world.”

 

This may be the greatest single fear about global warming: that climate change could so destabilize the world’s food system as to lead to rising hunger or even mass starvation. Two weeks ago, a leaked draft of a report by the United Nations climate committee, known as the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, suggested that the group’s concerns have grown, and that the report, scheduled for release in March in Yokohama, Japan, is likely to contain a sharp warning about risks to the food supply.

Of course to the atheists who dominate the New York Times, these ominous signs of coming famine have NOTHING to do with a sin-filled world that rejects God...but everything to do with GLOBAL WARMING!!!

 

For most of us Americans, our lives don't seem to change at all if gasoline is $3 per gallon or $4...we just keep on doing our thing.  If Cheerios are $4 per box or $3 per box, most of us aren't going to cancel our Disney vacations...BUT....if you are one of the billions of people around the world who struggle every day to buy enough food to keep your kids stomach from bloating...having corn go $8 per bushel is a SERIOUS PROBLEM!!

 

Remember, corn is a commodity.  If it costs $8 per bushel here...that means it is going to cost close to $8 per bushel EVERYWHERE....even in Egypt, Philippines or Mongolia.

 

The Bible says that when Jesus comes back to rule the world that He will usher in a time when crops are so plentiful that the harvester will follow the planter.  The earth will give off so much bounty that all will have plenty.

 

But for now, the weight of sin is killing this planet.  It has nothing to do with SUV's, coal plants and farting cows...NO!...it has everything to do with a sin-sick world.

 

Even so...COME LORD JESUS!

The French Save the Day

Team Obama has been negotiating with the Iranians and he and David Cameron seem very eager to sign a deal.  Here is the problem;  the deal lets Iran continue doing everything it wants in its nuclear program in exchange for PROMISES from Iran.

How much do you think a promise is worth coming from Iran?

Thankfully, the French saw through the 'suckers deal' and refused to sign the plan...thereby putting it on hold.  For how long?  Who knows?  Maybe just long enough for Team Obama to put enormous pressure on France to make them sign the suckers deal?

We never thought we'd say this, but thank heaven for French foreign-policy exceptionalism. At least for the time being, François Hollande's Socialist government has saved the West from a deal that would all but guarantee that Iran becomes a nuclear power.

 

While the negotiating details still aren't fully known, the French made clear Saturday that they objected to a nuclear agreement that British Prime Minister David Cameron and President Barack Obama were all too eager to sign. These two leaders remind no one, least of all the Iranians, of Tony Blair, Margaret Thatcher, Ronald Reagan or George W. Bush. That left the French to protect against a historic security blunder, with Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius declaring in an interview with French radio that while France still hopes for an agreement with Tehran, it won't accept a "sucker's deal."

 

And that's exactly what seems to have been on the table as part of a "first-step agreement" good for six months as the parties negotiated a final deal. Tehran would be allowed to continue enriching uranium, continue manufacturing centrifuges, and continue building a plutonium reactor near the city of Arak. Iran would also get immediate sanctions relief and the unfreezing of as much as $50 billion in oil revenues—no small deliverance for a regime whose annual oil revenues barely topped $95 billion in 2011.

 

In return the West would get Iranian promises. There is a promise not to activate the Arak reactor, a promise not to use its most advanced centrifuges to enrich uranium or to install new ones, a promise to stop enriching uranium to 20%, which is near-weapons' grade, and to convert its existing stockpile into uranium oxide (a process that is reversible).

 

Now the U.S. seems to be falling for the same ruse again. This time, however, Iran is much closer to achieving its nuclear objectives. No wonder Israel's Benjamin Netanyahu felt compelled to warn the Administration and Europe that they risked signing "a very, very bad deal," a blunt public rebuke from a Prime Minister who has been notably cautious about criticizing the White House. The Saudis, who gave up on this Administration long ago, are no doubt thinking along similar lines. The BBC reported last week that the Kingdom has nuclear weapons "on order" from Pakistan.
