Boys Can Use the Girl's Bathrooms
As society continues to unravel...the insanity of it all will either make you laugh or cry depending on your particular condition.
So here is what's happening in California...the land of fruit and nuts. Also please remember that what starts in California has a history of spreading throughout the country.
SACRAMENTO – On the same day that the governor of California signed a bill into law mandating that boys who identify as girls be allowed to use girls’ bathrooms and vice versa, a California committee approved legislation which would cause any non-profit organizations that do not embrace homosexuals to lose tax-exempt status.
Senate Bill 323 (SB323) was first introduced in mid-February by Ricardo Lara, a Democratic state senator from Los Angeles. Lara is himself an open homosexual, as well as a member of the California Legislative LGBT Caucus. According to the bill’s introduction, SB323 would “provide that an organization that is a public charity youth organization that discriminates on the basis of gender identity, race, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, or religious affiliation is not exempt from [state taxes].”
Later in the legislation, approximately 25 youth organizations are specifically listed as entities that would have to embrace these “gender identity” and “sexual orientation” guidelines, or else lose their tax-exempt standing. Little League, Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, Young Men’s Christian Association, Young Women’s Christian Association, Future Farmers of America, Future Homemakers of America, 4-H Clubs, Boys’ Clubs, and Girls’ Clubs are all included.

Did you see all the clubs that were included in that partial list?
Tragic.
Now here is what we have been saying all along of how the government WILL put pressure on churches who refuse their laws....they will RESCIND the TAX EXEMPT status of your church.
How would that work? Let's assume that CA passes this bill and a local church tells a teenage boy that they can't use the women's room...because it makes the women uncomfortable. The boy complains and by the time the case makes it through the courts two year later, the court finds the church guilty of making the teenage boy feel bad and blocking him of his rights. So lets say the event happened in 2010 and it is now 2013 and the court goes back and rules that from 2010 the guilty church lost its tax exempt status and now they owe back taxes on ALL their offering plate receipts from 2010, 2011 and 2012. Most church simply will not have the cash to pay those back taxes and will have to shut their doors.
Persecution IS coming, make no mistake. What we don't know is how much we will see in America before the Lord comes for us.
Up is down, down is up, evil is good, good is evil, wrong is right and right is wrong.
