Muslim With ISIS Flag Runs Down Folks in Canada

Most of us missed this little blurb about a terrorist driving a truck into a crowd in Edmonton, Alberta because we have enough of our own hurricanes and shootings to occupy us.

But here it is!  Another Muslim immigrant of Somali origin who Canada so graciously let into their country....has decided it's his duty to Allah to kill folks in his host country.

A Somali refugee charged with five counts of attempted murder is accused of stabbing a police officer in Edmonton, Canada, after hitting him with a car and later plowing a truck into pedestrians on a busy street, injuring four.

Abdulahi Hasan Sharif, 30, also faces charges of dangerous driving, criminal flight causing bodily harm, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Superintendent Stacey Talbot said at a press conference Monday.

While authorities were investigating the incidents as acts of terrorism, no terrorism charges have been filed against Sharif at this time.

"The complexities of a terrorism investigation are vast ... if additional charges are supported, they will be pursued at that time," Talbot said.

Sharif, who police believe acted alone, is expected to appear in court Tuesday morning. CNN's attempts to reach an attorney representing Sharif have been unsuccessful.

The suspect was investigated in 2015 after police received a complaint he was "espousing extremist ideology," said RCMP Deputy Criminal Operations Officer Marlin Degrand, but there was insufficient evidence to pursue terrorism charges. He was not deemed to be a threat at the time, Degrand said.

The first incident happened Saturday at 8:15 p.m. (10:15 p.m. ET) when police say the driver of a white Chevrolet Malibu purposely struck an officer directing traffic. Police had set up the roadblock near Commonwealth Stadium for an Edmonton Eskimos football game.

The driver jumped out of the vehicle and attacked and stabbed the officer several times with a knife and fled on foot, said Chief Rod Knecht of the Edmonton Police Service. There was an ISIS flag in the car, which has been seized as evidence, the police chief said.

Knecht said Officer Mike Chernyk, who was thrown 15 feet, had severe abrasions on his arms and suffered stab wounds to his face and head, but will make a full recovery.

After that incident, police broadcast the name of the Chevrolet's registered owner to patrol officers in the city.

Just before midnight, a police officer stopped a U-Haul truck at a checkpoint and recognized the driver's name as similar to that of the Chevrolet's registered owner. The truck then sped off toward downtown Edmonton with police chasing it.

The U-Haul traveled on busy Jasper Avenue, which late Saturday night and early Sunday morning was full of football fans and bargoers, reported CNN partner CBC. During the chase, the truck deliberately attempted to hit pedestrians in crosswalks and alleys in two areas along Jasper Avenue, Knecht said.

At least four pedestrians were injured. By Monday morning, two had been released from the hospital. At least one remains in serious condition, Talbot said.

Poor CNN!  An ISIS flag in the back seat as this Muslim attempted to mow down pedestrians....but they don't really want to call it ISLAMIC TERRORISM....because a person just can't know for sure!!  Maybe he rented the truck to move his grandma to a rest home and the ISIS flag just happened to be left in the truck by someone else....cuz lots of people have ISIS flags in Canada....so a person doesn't want to jump to any conclusions.

NBC Keeps Rolling Out the Lies

Can there be any further doubt that we are living in an age of deception?

It shouldn't surprise us.  The Bible says that when people deny the Creator--which is made obvious to all men through creation--then their thinking becomes futile.

As you know, 99.9% of the people that run our media outlets have now come to believe that evolution (Mother nature) was solely responsible for all that we see!

Chuck Todd, NBC's anchor of their premier Sunday morning show, "Meet The Press," has been passing whoppers as truth this week.

Not to be outdone, Pete Williams, another NBC news elite, joined the fray.

Pete Williams on MSNBC news channel said this:

"For example, just the recent shooting at the congressional baseball game here outside Washington, D.C. that wounded Steve Scalise and, you know, was a devastating attack on that institution… The authorities can never say for sure what drove the gunman in that case. His life was falling apart, he was experiencing financial problems, he was depressed. He came here, he said, hoping to talk to federal authorities in Washington about taxes, but why he targeted Republicans, what specifically he had in mind here, they have never answered that question."

"They didn't have to "answer that question," witnesses who were there answered it.

The Washington Free Beacon correctly reported that several eyewitnesses said the shooter asked specifically if the lawmakers at the baseball practice were Democrats or Republicans. When told they were Republicans, he began shooting them.

Rep. Steve Scalise and 2 US Capital police officers were wounded in the shooting.

Scalise returned to his office a few days ago after a long recovery. At the time he told the press he was thankful to the police officers and grateful to God for his survival. "It was God," he said.

There was never a question about why the shooter shot at the Republicans. Until Sunday on NBC.

Last Sunday NBC "Meet The Press" anchor Chuck Todd decided to take on Judge Roy Moore, who last week won the run-off Republican primary election in Alabama for the seat vacated by now US Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

During the campaign, Judge Moore, a devout Christian, had rightly said, "Our rights don't come from government, they don't come from the Bill of Rights, they come from Almighty God."

NBC wanted none of that. An enraged Chuck Todd labeled Moore's comments as nonsense.

He told his audience "[Moore] doesn't appear to believe in the Constitution as it's written," so now we have "a taste of what are very fundamentalist views that have gotten him removed from office, twice, as Alabama's chief justice."

It's true, Moore was removed from office over his insistence that a Ten Commandments Monument be placed on the courthouse grounds because he contended that the Commandments are the basis for American law.

The big lie, however, is that somehow it is "extremist" to believe that America's founding was based on the unalienable rights endowed to us by our Creator.

Chuck Todd surely knows this. This display is not of his ignorance---it's about his arrogance and his disagreement with the truth---and his undying desire to "remake America" into the secular state he and his fellow secular progressives want it to be.

Imam Delivers Prayer to Congress

Uh oh....the lies from the pit of hell are coming to the highest places of leadership in America.  And our leaders are bowing their heads to these false gods.

WASHINGTON — An Islamic imam delivered a prayer on Wednesday before the U.S. House of Representatives, claiming that God is simply known by “different names” and experienced through “multiple paths.”

Abdullah Antepli, the chief representative of Muslim affairs at Duke University, had been invited to deliver the invocation by Democratic Congressman David Price of North Carolina.

“The holy one, as your creation, we call you by different names, experience you through multiple paths,” Antepli began. “Our human diversity is from you. As the creator of all, you made us different. Enable us to understand, appreciate and celebrate our differences.”

“Teach and guide us to turn these differences into opportunities, richness and strength. Prevent us from turning them into sources of division, polarization, hate and bigotry,” he continued.

Antepli also asserted in his prayer that America has made progress by being pluralistic and of many religions.

“We are far from being perfect, but came a long way in creating a multi-cultural, multi-religious and pluralistic society by making in America ‘You will be judged by what you do, not by who you are’ as one of our foundational promise,” he said.

“The most compassionate one, help us to preserve our achievements in this regard,” Antepli continued. “Do not let the destructive forces of division and exclusion erode our ideals, our firm commitment to diversity and pluralism. Empower us and these legislators to further improve the culture of inclusion and welcome to all in our nation and beyond.”

He closed his prayer in “your most holy and beautiful names”—plural.

As previously reported, the House also bowed their heads for an Islamic prayer in 2014 in being led by Imam Hamad Ahmad Chebli of the Islamic Society of Central Jersey.

“In the name of Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful,” he began. “Praise be to Allah, the cherisher, the sustainer of the world, the most gracious, the most merciful master of the Day of Judgment. Thee do we worship and thine do we seek.”

Huge Asteroid Coming "Damn Close" to Earth

The Bible says that during the Great Tribulation that something like a "burning mountain" is going to come crashing into earth and cause all sorts of destruction.

As that time draws near we could expect to see foreshadowing of this event.

NASA: Huge Asteroid Hurtling ‘Damn Close’ To Earth

The asteroid, which is as big as a tower block and is traveling towards us at more than 40,000mph, has been named Asteroid 2012 TC4 and is expected to pass by earth so closely that satellites will be in danger.

Asteroid 2021 TC4 is believed to be bigger than the Chelyabinsk meteor which exploded above Russia, damaging thousands of buildings and injuring 1,500 people in 2013.

The Express reports: NASA is convinced it will not impact, but say it will skim earth at a distance of about 27,300 miles. At one stage it was feared it could come as close as just over 4,000 miles.

Asteroid 2012 TC4 is estimated to be between 10 and 30 metres (30 and 100 feet) and will pass by earth on October 12.

The 20-metre Chelyabinsk meteor exploded in the atmosphere above the Russian city unexpectedly on February 15 2013.

No space agency had any idea it was approaching before the explosion ripped through the air.

Fired for Being Pro-Life?

What if you posted to your Facebook account that you believed strongly that marriage was between one man and one woman til death do them part?  And what if the next day your boss called you in and fired you because your comments were offensive and opposite of "company culture."

What if you posted to your Facebook that you believed every baby deserved the right to life and that the safest place for a baby should be in it's mother's womb?  And what if you ended up losing your job because your employer's union supported abortion?

A woman who objected to her union's financial support of abortion has gone to court after being fired by Southwest Airlines over her "highly offensive" perspective.

The Washington Free Beacon reported the lawsuit brought by Charlene Carter of Aurora, Colorado.

The veteran flight attendant alleges she was fired by Southwest after opposing her union's funding of a trip by officials to attend last winter's pro-abortion Women's March in Washington.

According to the Free Beacon, Carter alleges her employment was terminated for expressing her religious faith regarding abortion in Facebook posts and messages to Audrey Stone, a union official.

"The suit alleges that Stone and the company's actions represented retaliation over her bid to stop paying ‘compelled fees for its political, ideological, and other nonbargaining spending, and to engage in other speech and activity in opposition to Local 556,'" the report said.

Besides objecting to the union funding of attendees at the Women's March, she also sent messages to Stone "objecting to the use of union resources to participate in the march and included a link to a video depicting an abortion, as well as articles about the participation of a convicted terrorist in the March," the report said.

She promoted a campaign to decertify the union and on Facebook wrote: "This [an abortion] is what you supported during your Paid Leave with others at the Women's MARCH in DC. Wonder how this will be coded in the LM2 Financials ... cause I know we paid for this along with your Despicable Party. ... Can't wait for you to have to be just a regular flight attendant again."

The company claimed her pro-life statements were "highly offensive in nature" and her messages to union officials "harassing."

If You Fell Asleep in 1961...

For the next weeks the media is going to talk non-stop about gun control.  In their warped minds they have forced themselves to believe that mass murders will cease once all the black 'assault' rifles can be seized.

Of course those of us who read the Bible understand that evil will always figure out something to kill with...be it trucks, chemicals, bombs, drugs, guns, planes, drones, robots, etc...

The un-godly simply can't understand....

So what if you fell asleep in 1961 watching TV with your family...and woke up in 2017 with the TV still on?  Could your wildest dreams prepared you for the violent video games, perverse TV shows and 24 hour per day hard core porn piped into a smart phone?

It's been a beautiful spring day in the suburbs of Pennsylvania on this Thursday, June 7th, 1961. You just got home from work and your wife is almost finished preparing one of her typically delicious dinners. Your kids, a boy and two girls, aged 15, 13, and 9, have been out all day riding their bikes around the neighborhood and playing with friends. Now everybody's hungry and ready to sit down for the family meal.

 

Last night was game night, and you barely emerged with a victory in Monopoly. Your kids are getting good, and your wife, normally the more savvy player, had some bad luck. Tonight is TV night, and everyone is ready to enjoy Ozzie and Harriet and Leave It to Beaver.

 

Of course a live, in-person show is incredible--who could forget your family outing two weeks ago when you all drove into Manhattan and saw My Fair Lady on Broadway? But TV has its own unique appeal, especially with shows like Lassie and Andy Griffith and Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color and Father Knows Best and The Flintstones. And they're all on at night so the whole family can enjoy them together.

 

Well, on this lovely spring night, you're a bit more tired than you realized, fighting to stay awake through the current Beaver episode, even though it's a bit more suspenseful than normal. In this show Beaver loses his haircut money and is afraid to explain the loss to his parents, Ward and June Cleaver. 

 

So he gives himself a ragged haircut with his brother Wally's help--and the two wear stocking caps to dinner, saying the caps are part of a secret club initiation. Later, Ward and June lift Beaver's cap while he sleeps and discover the truth, and the show ends with June explaining to the boys that they have no one but themselves to blame for the deception. As always, there's a good moral conclusion to the show.

 

But this night, you doze off just before the end of the program, and when you wake up a few minutes later, everything has changed. The TV is still there, except it's gigantic now, flat and hanging on a wall, exploding with colors. And instead of the smiling Cleaver family, it's--no, this can't be real--a nude couple going on their first date together. What is happening?

 

In a panic, you look for another channel while quickly figuring out how to use the newfangled remote control you now hold in your hands. But your eyes can't believe what you're seeing: two men making out passionately while taking off each other's clothes. 

 

This must be a dream--a really bad dream. You hit the button again, and to your relief it's a nice, old-fashioned show with a man and his family--a really big family, with lots of children--and five wives! What?

Alien Life Will Be Found in Next 20 Years

Here is more evidence that the world is being prepared to accept "aliens".  This article is from Newsweek and was front headline on Google News yesterday.

A senior astronomer has said we will find intelligent alien life within the next 20 years.

Seth Shostak, from the Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence (SETI) Institute, was speaking to Futurism at the Worlds Fair Nano NY, a festival held in New York, when he “bet everybody a cup of coffee” that the existence of intelligent extraterrestrials will be confirmed within the next two decades.

The astronomer said that in the last 20 years, understanding of the cosmos has expanded significantly it is now known just how many planets there are that could host alien life.

In the Milky Way there are an estimated 100,000 million stars and 100 billion planets, of which many are considered “potentially habitable”—meaning that they could have the conditions right for life to emerge. Furthermore, NASA recently said there could be 10 times more galaxies in the observable universe than previously thought.

While he says the existence of intelligent alien life will be confirmed in 20 years, Shostak said the chance of making contact is far less likely: “I mean if they’re 500 light years away ... you’ll hear a signal that’ll be 500 years old, and if you broadcast back ‘Hi we’re the Earthlings, how’re you doing?’—it’ll be 1,000 years before you hear back from them. If you ever hear back from them. So, it’s not exactly contact, but at least you know they’re there.”

Shostak is currently part of an ongoing debate about whether Earth should be actively sending messages into space in the hope of finding alien life. Stephen Hawking, for example, believes this is a very bad idea as we could be making any hostile extraterrestrials aware of our existence.

Despite these concerns, scientists at Messaging Extraterrestrial Intelligence (METI) are currently planning to reach out to any advanced civilizations next year.

METI president Douglas Vakoch told Motherboard in September: "One of the reasons people are so afraid of METI is that it seems riskier to do something than to do nothing. When we try to evaluate the risks and benefits of an unknown situation where we have little or no actual data, we fall back on the most vivid images that come to mind. But just because the first images of alien contact that come to mind are horrific, that doesn't mean they're realistic."

How Life Started on Earth...According to Newsweek

Today we find on article on the front of Google News that the foolish minds are convinced that God didn't do it!!  Nope!!  It was meteorites crashing into warm ponds that started all life on earth!!

Hey!!  Where did the warm ponds come from?  And WHO made the meteorites to come crashing in carrying life on them?  And WHO made the life on the meteorite??

Long before there were humans, or hominins, or even single-celled creatures, there must have been something that sparked life on Earth and became everything we see around us today. On that much, scientists agree—but how precisely life began is far from settled.

A new paper published today in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences tries to answer that question with math. It analyzes one of the two leading scenarios: that meteorites streaming in from the solar system deposited the building blocks of RNA, a compound similar to DNA that can both store information and oversee the construction of other molecules.

"Now we have evidence that says not only that this is plausible but that it's probable, so that's pretty exciting," Ben Pearce, lead author on the paper and a doctoral student at McMaster University in Canada, told Newsweek. He admits the question isn’t yet settled. "It's definitely another piece of evidence to add to the stacks—it will take a whole wealth of more science to really nail this down."

Pearce and his colleagues modeled what would have happened in so-called warm little ponds on land during Earth’s early days. This origin-of-life theory was first proposed by Charles Darwin. The new paper argues that meteorites would have been hitting Earth fairly frequently and carrying large quantities of nucleobases, one of the three types of compounds that make up RNA, into ponds on the planet’s surface. Those ponds wouldn’t have been stable—they would have shrunk during the dry season, then expanded during the wet season. That cycle first allows chemical compounds to bond to each other while in close proximity, then stirs them up to create new configurations when the pond shrinks again.

But those compounds didn’t go unchallenged—ultraviolet radiation from the sun would have destroyed them, and some would have slipped through holes in the soil at the bottom of the ponds. So Pearce and his colleagues balanced the creative potential of warm little ponds with those factors. They argue that after a meteorite struck, RNA could have formed within a few years.

"This isn't happening in a couple ponds," Pearce says the team’s calculations show. "This is actually happening in thousands of ponds, so there were thousands of opportunities" for life to begin.

Jimmy Kimmel-God-Forgiveness-Gun Laws

We already know that if a Muslim had driven a rented truck into the concert crowd in Las Vegas and killed 100, that the liberals would not be talking about restricting truck rentals and Muslims to make sure the crime isn't repeated.

But since it the killer used a gun instead of a truck or a bomb.....the liberals (who don't typically own guns) are having another hissy fit.  You see, in their confused brains they can't see the connection of a world growing more evil as we reject God....so instead they lash out at the tool used to kill...in this case, guns.

Late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel ripped into Congress for being in the pocket of the NRA on Monday, one day after 59 people were killed in a shooting in Las Vegas.

Kimmel, who grew up in Las Vegas, specifically went after President Donald Trump, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Speaker of the House Paul Ryan in a direct call for action on gun control.

"President Trump is visiting Las Vegas on Wednesday, he spoke this morning, said he’s praying for those who lost their lives. You know in February, he also signed a bill that made it easier for people with severe mental illness to buy guns legally," Kimmel said in his monologue. "Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, a number of other lawmakers who won’t do anything about this because the NRA has their balls in a money clip, also sent their thoughts and their prayers today, which is good. They should be praying. They should be praying for God to forgive them for letting the gun lobby run this country, because it's so crazy."

Kimmel brought up a host of issues surrounding gun control in the U.S.

He showed photos of the 56 senators who chose to vote against a bill to close specific loopholes that exist to buy a gun in the wake of the Pulse nightclub shooting in 2016, which killed 49 people and was the deadliest shooting on modern record until Sunday. He also mentioned the bill Hillary Clinton tweeted about in the wake of the Las Vegas attack, which would allow silencers for guns.

Kimmel specifically referred to the November 1980 fire at the MGM Grand which killed 85 people. Kimmel was a child in the city at the time and related fire safety codes -- including changes to fire alarms and removing auto-locking doors -- were immediately changed in the wake of the fire.

"Why would we approach this any differently?" Kimmel asked of the Las Vegas shooting. "This is a public safety issue."

ISIS Claims Las Vegas Shooter was Recent Convert

We will let this article speak for itself.

Islamic State claimed responsibility for a shooting in which a 64-year-old American man killed at least 58 people and wounded at least 515 in Las Vegas, but U.S. officials said there was no evidence so far linking the gunman to any international militant group.

In its claim, Islamic State said the gunman had converted to Islam a few months ago, according to the group’s news agency, Amaq.

U.S. officials said American security agencies were examining the claim of responsibility.

“The Las Vegas attack was carried out by a soldier of the Islamic State and he carried it out in response to calls to target states of the coalition,” Amaq news agency said in reference to the U.S.-led coalition fighting the group in the Middle East.

In a later statement from Islamic State, the militant group referred to the Las Vegas attacker by a nom de guerre of “Abu Abd al-Bar al-Ameriki.”

U.S. authorities said the gunman, who lived in a retirement home in Mesquite, Nevada, and was armed with more than 10 rifles, opened fire on a Las Vegas country music festival on Sunday night from a 32nd-floor window.

The man, identified by police as Stephen Paddock, killed himself before police entered the hotel room he was shooting from, police said.

Two senior U.S. government officials told Reuters that Paddock’s name was not on any database of suspected terrorists. There was reason to believe that Paddock had a history of psychological problems, one official said.

We find it hare to believe that a 64 yr old white man who never had a criminal record and owned two airplanes would suddenly turn into an "Allah Akbar!"--72 virgins in heaven--kill the infidels!!, type of Muslim terrorist....but I guess we will have to wait and see.

Some links are saying his live-in girlfriend was a Muslim from Indonesia.

At this point we are going to stick with our idea that it was "the voices" who told him to do this horrific event.

Mass Shooting in Las Vegas with 58 Dead

When I first heard the news this morning that a mass shooting took place in Las Vegas at a country music concert, I thought it could be a lone-wolf Muslim who had bowed allegiance to ISIS.

If that had been the case I'm guessing the media would have been quick to warn us all to not jump to conclusions and to not be Islamophobic.

Of course now that we know the shooter was some deranged white man the media is going to be quick to tell us all that we need more GUN CONTROL.

The gunman who checked into a Las Vegas hotel and massacred dozens of concertgoers with a vicious deluge of bullets late Sunday lived in a quiet retirement community in Mesquite, Nev., about 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas, where he and his companion drew little attention to themselves, relatives and neighbors said.

The gunman, identified as Stephen Craig Paddock, 64, was described as a retiree who loved to gamble and who lived with his girlfriend, Marilou Danley, 62.

Relatives said Mr. Paddock had not displayed strong political or ideological beliefs in their interactions with him.

That modest portrait of Mr. Paddock was upended shortly after 10 p.m. Sunday when, according to the police, he opened fire on fans attending an outdoor country music concert near the Mandalay Bay Resort on the Las Vegas Strip, killing nearly 60 people and injuring at least 500 others.

Mr. Paddock was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot in his room on the 32nd floor of the hotel, said Sheriff Joseph Lombardo of Clark County, which includes Las Vegas. At least 10 guns were found in the hotel room, including several rifles, the authorities said.

Sheriff Lombardo described Mr. Paddock as “lone wolf” who had smashed the window of the hotel with a hammer-like device before starting to fire on the crowd.

“Where the hell did he get automatic weapons? He has no military background or anything like that,” the brother said. “When you find out about him, like I said, he’s a guy who lived in a house in Mesquite and drove down and gambled in Las Vegas.”

He said he last spoke to his brother when Stephen called to ask how the family had fared during Hurricane Irma, which struck Florida in September.

“He texted me to ask about my mom after the hurricane,” Eric Paddock said. “He sent her a walker.”

Christopher Sullivan, general manager of Guns & Guitars, a gun store in Mesquite, Nev. confirmed that Mr. Paddock bought three guns at his shop — a handgun and two rifles — within the last year. All the purchases were legal and cleared routine federal screening, Mr. Sullivan said.

“The man does not have a criminal history,” Mr. Sullivan said of Mr. Paddock.

Mr. Sullivan, who said he had also been contacted by the F.B.I. and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives would not provide detailed descriptions of the guns. “We have cooperated with local and federal authorities,” he said.

He described Mr. Paddock as seeming like “a normal fellow, a normal guy — nothing out of the ordinary” who described himself as a “snowbird” because he spent half the year in northern Nevada.

“As for what goes on in a person’s mind, I couldn’t tell you,” Mr. Sullivan said. “I know nothing about him personally.”

The Islamic State claimed that Mr. Paddock was one of its soldiers, but did not provide any evidence of its claim. The F.B.I. said there is no evidence so far that Mr. Paddock had ties to an international terrorist organization.

So here we have a guy with no criminal record, no bad behavior who one day just decides to kill as many people as possible before killing himself???...it makes no sense!

I'm going to bet $1 that it was "the voices" that drove him to do it.

Of course ISIS has claimed he was one of their soldiers but that seems super unlikely.
