Another Day, Another Flood

 We keep reading about these “massive cloud bursts” happening all over the world.  Last week it was Milwaukee that received 14 inches of rain over a short period of time.  Something never seen.  Today we read about massive flooding in India.

Even here in Minnesota it’s been very wet with huge rainfall totals.  Every 3-4 years it would rain hard enough to cause a river to flow across our backyard.  Last night it happened again.  That was the 5th time this summer.

A sudden, intense cloudburst over Chosoti, the last motorable point on the Machail Mata pilgrimage route, triggered devastating flash floods that swept away temporary shelters packed with pilgrims, vehicles and other infrastructure like community kitchen and security posts. The incident occurred during midday, when hundreds of people were gathered for lunch.

At least 60 fatalities have been confirmed, including two personnel from the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). More than 300 people were rescued, around 50 of them in critical condition, and over 250 individuals remain missing.

Left Melts Again Over Al Jazeera “Journalist”

 There are no less than 23 Arab-Muslim states surrounding Israel.  There is only 1 Jewish state in the entire world.  How can you explain that the world cries to make a 24th Arab-Muslim nation while hatred builds against Israel?  How can you explain that the world watched Hamas terrorists rape, butcher and torture Israelis and when Israel hits back the world says, “hey stop hitting so hard!  You need to quit hitting them and feed the entire population!”  It’s ludicrous and more evidence of spiritual delusion.

Today we read that the Muslim propaganda news called Al Jazeera, had a journalist killed by the IDF and even the US Left is mourning and moaning about how the IDF crossed a line!  Turns out that “journalist was a Hamas terrorist hiding under a PRESS badge.

The media mourns the death of terrorists… blames the Jews

CNN’s Brian Stelter practically wept in his “Reliable Sources” newsletter on Monday, leading with the subject line: “Al Jazeera in mourning.” As if Al Jazeera is an actual news source and not a propaganda outfit for Islamists. He quoted a colleague who referred to al-Sharif as “a household name for many in the Arabic-speaking world” who documented “the horrors that we are seeing in the Gaza Strip,” according to The Washington Free Beacon.

The Beacon further reported:

Declassified Israeli intelligence, however, shows that Hamas terrorists in the strip knew Al-Sharif for different reasons. Documents discovered by the IDF in Gaza identify Al-Sharif as a leader in a Hamas rocket-launching squad and member of the Nukhba forces, the commando unit behind the Oct. 7 massacre. Stelter referenced the documents before noting that Al Jazeera, which is financed by the Qatari government, “strongly denies the claim.”

It should also come as no surprise that al-Sharif was named in a lawsuit from American victims of the horrific attack that took place on October 7, 2023, where 1,200 people were butchered. That doesn’t count the kidnapping, raping, and torture that occurred to men, women, children, and even babies. The suit contends that Al Jazeera provides “substantial assistance” to Hamas. It also quotes messages that al-Sharif posted on Telegram praising the monstrous attack as it played out.

“9 hours later and the heroes are still roaming the country, killing and capturing… God, God, how great you are,” the Al Jazeera talking head proclaimed hours after the atrocity went viral. “It is a jihad, a jihad of victory and martyrdom,” he said in another post. “Allahu akbar and thank God.”

The Disaster Cycle

 A new movie called The Disaster Cycle is coming out in the next month.  It’s a documentary that explains how life as we know it comes to an end on earth.  It’s as if lots of folks know or feel that something big is coming.  Bible readers can see the foreshadowing of the Great Tribulation.  Non-Bible readers just sense that something is very wrong.  Watch the trailer on this YouTube link.

Teacher’ Union Wants to Say Holocaust Not About Jews

 The reasons to home school our children keep stacking up.  I’d guess there are very few, if any, conservatives on the board of NEA.  I’m also going to guess it’s made up of 100% woke folks who announce their pronouns and have LGBTQ bumper stickers on their Subarus.  How tragic that their agenda gets to spend all day with the public school kids of America.

Dr. Gregory Stanton, founder of Genocide Watch, argues that genocide unfolds through a ten-step process. It begins with early warning signs like discrimination and dehumanization, then escalates into violent persecution and extermination. But Stanton’s final stage might come as a surprise. He says genocide culminates with denial, and that denial is an integral part of the process itself.

Of course, denial can help relieve the conscience of the perpetrators, or be part of their efforts to shield themselves from legal culpability. But according to Stanton, denial is actually a final act of violence towards the victims. It completes their destruction by assaulting even the memory of the victim group, causing not only further psychological anguish but also cultural erasure.

This last step the Nazis were largely unable to achieve. How they singled out, persecuted, and ultimately mass murdered Jews is on display in museums worldwide. Jewish youth return to Auschwitz each year for the March of the Living, keeping the death camps and the memory of what took place there preserved.

But where the Nazis failed, the United States’ largest teachers’ union now aims to succeed.

The National Education Association (NEA), which represents nearly three million public school teachers, just released a new handbook instructing teachers to no longer tell their classes that Jews were the primary target of the Holocaust. Instead, they are now supposed to say that the Nazis killed “millions of victims of different faiths.”

The fact that Jews were taken to the gas chambers solely because of their religion is to be covered up; that the Holocaust was an assault on European Jewry is something they want to erase.

Why the change? The political context makes it clear. In the NEA’s view, the memory of Jewish persecution at the hands of the Nazis is being improperly used to exempt Israel from scrutiny over its conduct in Gaza, and the legacy of the Holocaust is causing undue hesitation in accusing Israel of genocidal conduct.

Believing that Jewish persecution by the Nazis has been misappropriated in defense of Israel, the NEA seeks to sever this link between the Holocaust and Jews.

And of course, they have a point about how history can be misused. Clinging to historical grievances often fuels efforts to correct past injustices. And all too easily, that impulse can lead to inflicting new injustices on others

But the NEA seems to have no such compunctions when it comes to the history of Palestine. The new manual goes into great detail about “the Nakba.” Teachers are to tell students that the establishment of the State of Israel resulted in the violent, forced displacement of at least 750,000 Palestinians from their homeland. They claim this is important in order to help understand what they call the ongoing trauma of Palestinian Americans today.

But doesn’t this kind of Nakba education risk inflaming tensions and fueling further violence? By their logic, wouldn’t it be better to offer a more generic description — something like, “When the State of Israel was established, some people of various ethnicities relocated to new places.”

After all, history has shown us that the ongoing effort by many Palestinians to rectify what they perceive as the injustice of 1948 has repeatedly led to violence against Israelis and Jews.

It seems that the NEA’s real aim is not to revise history in order to defuse its potential for fueling violence in the present, but rather to weaponize it in support of the Palestinians’ cause against Israel. Unfortunately, this will only plant the seeds for more conflict in the future.

We can’t achieve peace by denying the history or suffering of others. That only deepens resentment and hatred — and eventually, it will resurface. The path to peace begins with a willingness to face the past honestly: to acknowledge the pain, injustice, and harm both experienced and inflicted by all sides. From that shared reckoning, the foundations of peace can finally take hold

Memory of the Holocaust certainly should not be used to exempt Israel from legitimate criticism or scrutiny. But the solution is not to deny that the Holocaust was an attempt to destroy the Jewish people. Instead, we have to make sure that when we say never again, we mean never again for anyone — not for us, not for Palestinians, not for anyone else.

If Israel Wanted to Commit Genocide They Could Do That in an Afternoon

As we watch the world turn on Israel and start harassing Jews, we frequently hear the cry that, "Israel is committing genocide in Gaza!"

Clearly, that's a lie but the delusional left simply can't see that's not possible.  First off, there is no such thing as a "Palestinian people" in that they are Arabs.  We don't doubt that lots of folks in Gaza have died.  That's going to happen when you elect a terrorist organization called Hamas who invades their neighbor and butchers 1200 people and is still holding some hostage.  When Hamas puts missile launchers on school roofs and hospitals in hopes that Israel bombs them so they can use dead Arab children in their propaganda war...that's the type of folks we are dealing with.

We have no doubt that Hamas is also blocking aid from coming in so they can then say, "Israel is starving the poor children!"

We side with Israel in that they didn't start this war but we think they are going to finish this war but only when Hamas is totally destroyed.

Today we see an article with a headline that rings true.  Netanyahu says that if Israel really wanted to wipe out all the Gazans they could have done it in a afternoon.  So the lie of "Genocide!", really has no feet to walk on.

Asking ChatGPT About Explanations After the Rapture

 How is Satan going to explain to the left-behind world what has happened to millions of Holy Spirit-filled people?  What kind of narrative has he been cooking up?

We have focused on the "alien" excuse quite a bit.  We are confident that this will certainly be part of the explanation.  We think it is quite obvious that Satan put this alien agenda on the "Go" list right around the time Israel came back into the headlines as a Jewish state.  Hollywood joined in soon after and has produced endless movies and TV shows about "aliens" and many of the movies have abduction scenes in them.

But what other explanations may be used?

One of my long-time readers recently asked ChatGPT to give us some explanations and follow it up with the probability that each would be used.  And below is what came back.

We remember being on an alien website years ago and reading about how they were preparing their followers for a mass vanishing of people.  They told their followers to not be alarmed if one day they wake up to the news that millions had vanished from around the world.  They went on to say that "we have taken them.  They were the people who clung to their faith in old books and stories and simply weren't ready to enter the New Age.  They have been taken away temporarily to be reprogrammed and educated and will join us back on earth again in about 7 years."

So we believe that the world is prepped for "aliens" and also prepped for believing that followers of Christ are really "dangerous extremists" that were "purged by our brothers from the Age of Aquarius."

The Earth is Being Pummeled by Natural Disasters

 In my previous post I had just mentioned that 2025 seemed to be the year of the floods.  A few minutes later I see this article where 2025 has become not only the year of the flood but also of fire, earthquakes all kinds of natural disasters.

So many disasters are happening so frequently that it is almost impossible to keep up with them all.  Somehow, 2025 has become “the year of the flood” and “the year of the fire” simultaneously.  2025 is also the year of the largest earthquake that we have witnessed this decade.  The magnitude 8.8 earthquake that recently shook the Pacific Ring of Fire was quickly followed by hundreds of other very large earthquakes.  Overall, there were 494 earthquakes of at least magnitude 5.0 within a recent 30 day period.  Many were hoping that things would settle down during the month of August, but over the past few days there have been many new disasters making headlines all over the globe.

Have You Noticed Any Flooding Lately?

 Honestly, it seems 2025 will go down as “the year of the floods”.  Reports of “most rain ever recorded” seem to be a daily event someplace.  Many folks strongly believe that some government or group is capable of modifying the weather and are seeding the clouds to produce rain like no one has ever seen.  Others believe it’s because of global warming and the ocean is warming which produces more moisture in the air.  Still others believe it’s all part of the earth groaning as it awaits its redemption and the lifting of the curse after Jesus arrives to usher in His Millennial Kingdom.

Catastrophic flooding

What we know:

Catastrophic flooding has impacted Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Waukesha, and other surrounding communities.

Multiple counties have declared a state of emergency, and Governor Evers has approved help from the National Guard.

City leaders say when it comes to flooding, there was little they could have done to stop it.

"We have 14 inches of rain in this location, which is an intense amount in a short period of time, so there's no sewer system across the country that can maintain that amount," said Jerrel Kruschke, Milwaukee Department of Public Works Commissioner.

One thing was done at the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD).

With the deep tunnel nearing full capacity, MMSD started a combined sewage overflow just before 10 p.m. on Saturday, meaning crews sent a combination of untreated sewage and stormwater into nearby waterways.
