Trump Names Amy Cony Barrett. Apocalyptic Battle Coming

 It's official.  Trump named the Catholic mother of 7 as nominee for Supreme Court.  She's clearly Pro-Life and this is going to drive the Left into seizures and fits.  Author Joel Rosenberg says the battle over her confirmation will be "apocalyptic" and make the Kavanaugh hearings look like a walk in the park.

Oh yeah, and it's being reported that 2 of her 7 were adopted from Haiti and another one they adopted with special needs.  So it will be amazing to watch the Left attack her character. 

(Washington, DC) — I just landed here in the nation’s capital as word is spreading that President Trump on Saturday at 5pm will formally name Judge Amy Coney Barrett, 48, to be the nation’s next Supreme Court Justice.

This is fantastic — but it’s going to spark an apocalyptic confirmation battle that could make the Kavanaugh process look like a walk in the park.

If confirmed, Barrett would fill the seat opened by the recent passing of Jewish Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Barrett is a devout born again Catholic, a former Notre Dame law professor, married to a successful lawyer, the mother of seven children (including two adopted children), and she is very conservative and deeply pro-life.

Fox News’ Supreme Court reporter and anchor Shannon Bream has written a profile of Barrett worth reading.

Pro-life Catholic and Evangelical leaders that I’ve spoken to in recent days tell me that Barrett is absolutely their first choice and that they have been urging President Trump to name her and get her confirmed before Election Day.

Former Senator Rick Santorum tells me that Barrett “will be a superstar.”

“Unlike [Justice Neil] Gorsuch and [Chief Justice John] Roberts, she does not care what D.C. thinks of her,” Santorum adds. “Faith is the center of her life. Her brilliance is matched by her humility. She is normal. Her family grounds her.”

Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council, told me, “Barrett will be the best of the three contenders [that Trump has been considering].”

Hollywood's "Meathead" Says Trump Will be Arrested in 42 Days

Do you want some more evidence of the divide in this nation?  Back in the 1970's there was a TV show called ALL IN THE FAMILY.  It had a character named Archie Bunker and his son-in-law that he called "Meathead".  The dude who played him is Rob Reiner and he went on to much Hollywood fame as a director and actor.

Today we read his comments and we are sure he speaks for much of the Hollywood elite.

It's pretty ironic that the same Hollywood folks who are screaming to DEFUND THE POLICE are now claiming that they will call on law enforcement to arrest the President.

You simply can't make this stuff up.

Filmmaker Rob Reiner is promising that law enforcement will apprehend President Donald Trump following election day, saying that “in 42 days we will arrest the killer.”

Reiner made the outlandish prognostication Tuesday in a tweet in which he also accused the commander in chief of “essentially” shooting and killing hundreds of thousands of Americans.

“Donald Trump has essentially shot and killed 100s of thousands Americans on 5th Ave, continues to do it every day, and he’s right, his cult doesn’t care. But the rest of US do. In 42 days we will arrest the killer,” Reiner tweeted.

The President has been consciously killing Americans for eight months..

I pray for America.  We have come to a place that we simply are not going to be able to coexist for too much longer.  The fires have been lit, the smoke is starting to get darker and it seems that a raging inferno is about to explode.

200 Retired Generals and Admirals Support Biden

This news article is really quite surprising to me and really quite a bummer for those of us that support Trump and support our military.  

WASHINGTON — More than 200 retired generals and admirals endorsed Joe Biden for president in a letter published Thursday, saying he had the character and judgment to serve as commander-in-chief instead of President Donald Trump, who has failed "to meet challenges large or small."

Some of the officers who signed the letter supporting Biden had retired only in the past few years, including Air Force Gen. Paul Selva, who served as vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under Trump before he retired in August 2019; Vice Adm. Gardner Howe, a Navy SEAL leader who also retired last year; and retired Adm. Paul Zukunft, who oversaw the Coast Guard until 2018.

"We are Republicans, Democrats, and Independents. We love our country. Unfortunately, we also fear for it," they wrote.

The retired officers and officials said the country needs a principled, honest leader who shows empathy for fellow citizens, values alliances, makes informed decisions and takes personal responsibility.

"While some of us may have different opinions on particular policy matters, we trust Joe Biden's positions are rooted in sound judgment, thorough understanding, and fundamental values," they wrote.

"The current President has demonstrated he is not equal to the enormous responsibilities of his office; he cannot rise to meet challenges large or small. Thanks to his disdainful attitude and his failures, our allies no longer trust or respect us, and our enemies no longer fear us," the letter says.

"Climate change continues unabated, as does North Korea's nuclear program. The president has ceded influence to a Russian adversary who puts bounties on the heads of American military personnel, and his trade war against China has only harmed America's farmers and manufacturers," it says.

Several retired African American military leaders signed the letter, including retired Lt. Gen. Walt Gaskin, who commanded Marines in western Iraq; retired Lt. Gen. Willie Williams, who served as the No. 3 in the Marine Corps; and retired Lt. Gen. Ronald Coleman, who became the second African American in the Marine Corps to reach three-star rank.

A number of retired ambassadors also signed on, including Robert Blackwill, who was Bush's deputy national security adviser; James Cunningham, who was ambassador to Israel and Afghanistan under both Republican and Democratic administrations; and Robert Ford, a former ambassador to Algeria and Syria.

We have a few thoughts about this.  We continue to believe that the vast majority of people who serve in the military are Trump supporters.  You can see it when Trump visits military bases and the soldiers go about as wild as folks do at Trump rallies.

We also know that the swamp is very deep in D.C.  If these top brass have been hanging out with the power brokers of D.C. for the past 30 years of their military careers I suppose it's very possible that some of them contracted swamp fever.

It's very hard for us to understand how they can be watching the same feeble Biden that we can all see and believe he would make a strong commander in chief.

Also please remember that the Air Force Academy in Colorado has done away with almost all of their Christianity and traditional Christian services and some years ago even allowed a High Place to be erected on their campus so pagans and heathens could worship their gods while on campus.

Woman Tased and Arrested for Not Wearing Mask

 We kind of figured that the mask police would one day be deployed.  Now we see it first hand.  It appears that a woman was sitting with her family in an almost empty bleachers watching a middle school football game.  She did not have a mask on.  Of course she was outside and very socially distanced but that wasn't good enough for the folks in Teacherville (public schools).

An Ohio woman at a middle school football game was tasered and arrested by a police officer for not wearing a face mask in the bleachers.

Around 300 people attended a Marietta City Schools football game where Alecia Kitts, of Marietta, was filmed getting handcuffed on Wednesday in the city of Logan.

Kitts, as well as several other families and children, were sitting in the bleachers at the time and footage taken by witnesses quickly spread across social media.

The Democrats Rage Against Everything

The Democrats have turned into the party of rage.  They rage against Trump.  They rage along with Black Lives Matter.  They rage against Trump voters.  They rage against Supreme Court nominees.  They rage against churches that insist on meeting and singing.  They rage against anyone who refuses their version of science.  And have you noticed how foul they are?  The F word falls out of their mouths like water from a spring.

If you do a Bible search for the word rage you will quickly discover that rage against God is NOT a new thing.  People have been doing it since the beginning of time.

Thankfully, the God of the Bible has all this rage under control.  And the godless will one day rue the day that they decided to harden their hearts and minds against their Creator.

Senate Finds Conflicts of Interest With Biden Family

 Does God already know who wins POTUS election?  Yes He does!  But we don’t so we keep praying that God’s will would be done and that our will would fall in line with God’s.  We can be certain that God loves little children of all ages.  We can be certain that God abhors dismembering and murdering babies, babies of all ages.  So when news comes out that could sway the direction of this country TOWARDS protecting babies we can’t help but get a little excited. First we have RBG die and get the news that Trump might get a new judge voted in.  Today we hear a credible rumor that some evil deeds may soon be revealed involving the Biden family.  Deeds that might totally derail his Presidential chances.

The Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, and the Senate Committee on Finance began a joint investigation in August of last year after allegations that Hunter Biden’s highly-paid position with a Ukrainian energy company, Burisma, could have impacted the Obama administration’s policy on Ukraine; and that Biden family members may have sought to improperly benefit from their ties to the vice president. 

According to the Committees’ findings, during the time Hunter Biden was hired by Burisma, Ukrainian political figures were “desperate for U.S. support” and Vice President Biden took the lead on U.S. policy in Ukraine. 

“Hunter Biden’s position on the board created an immediate potential conflict of interest that would prove to be problematic for both U.S. and Ukrainian officials and would affect the implementation of Ukraine policy,” reads the Senate report.

Several key dates and events were flagged in the findings:

April 16, 2014: Vice President Biden meets with his son’s business partner, Devon Archer, at the White House. 

April 21, 2014: Vice President Biden visits Ukraine, and becomes the “public face of the administration’s handling of Ukraine.”  

April 22, 2014: Archer joins the board of Burisma. 

April 28, 2014: British officials freeze $23 million in bank accounts of Burisma’s owner, Mykola Zlochevsky, in a corruption probe.

May 12, 2014: Burisma invites Hunter Biden to joins its board. Burisma pays Hunter and Devon Archer miillions of dollars.

December 2014: Zlochevsky allegedly pays a $7 million bribe to Ukrainian prosecutors to shut down a criminal case against him. (Zlochevsky has denied any connection to bribes.)

Early 2015: George Kent, a top U.S. diplomat in Ukraine, raises concerns to officials in Vice President Biden’s office about the perception of a conflict of interest with Hunter’s highly-paid position at Burisma.

Fall of 2015: State Department official Amos Hochstein raises concerns with Vice President Biden and Hunter, stating that Hunter’s position enabled Russian disinformation efforts and risked undermining U.S. policy in Ukraine.

Joe Biden would later tell an American audience that he threatened to withhold aid to Ukraine unless a certain prosecutor there was fired— a prosecutor who happened to be investigating alleged corruption involving Burisma and Zlochevsky. Republicans say that amounted to an improper “quid pro quo” exchange. But Biden has said he only demanded the firing because of the prosecutor’s inaction on corruption-- not because his son was being paid by Burisma.

U.S. Is Crumbling and God is Our Only Hope

 Franklin Graham has pointed out what a lot of us already know.  Thankfully he has a large platform and the stomach to actually say it.  We pray that millions of Americans will join him in prayer for this nation.  We pray that tens of millions are already praying to Jesus to spare this nation for a while longer.  Help us to be the shining light on the hill that will do more to take the Gospel to all other nations than any other nation currently on earth.  Help us to be the nation with Holy Spirit filled people who can RESTRAIN the works of the Antichrist and Satan for just a little while longer.  This nation is crumbling and could come tumbling down at any point if God says "enough".  Pray that He will have patience and mercy on us until His Son returns for His Bride.

As he prepares to lead a prayer march in Washington, D.C., next week, evangelist Franklin Graham said the dire problems besetting the country are ones only God can solve, and time is short.

In a phone interview with The Christian Post on Thursday about Prayer March 2020 that he will oversee next Saturday on the National Mall, Graham explained that his heart behind calling the country to prayer is in part because of the deep divisions over many issues. These divides have been compounded by the COVID-19 pandemic and widespread loss of jobs due to state lockdowns and enforced closure of businesses.

"I think there's kind of a boiling point here with many people. We have seen injustice on our streets and some of our communities. The frustration that people aren't heard, that people are marginalized. It seems that all of this is boiling at the same time," he said, noting that these tensions are accentuated in an election year where politics often exploit the issues.

Yet no one can solve the spiritual darkness besetting America, he emphasized.

"Republicans cannot fix it; Democrats cannot fix it. Only God can," Graham asserted.

God and His ways have been removed from government, schools, and in society more broadly when the country needs more, not less of Him, he said, adding that the United States is "crumbling."

"I don't see our nation able to go much further unless we repent and call upon the name of Almighty God," he said.

Asked if he believes that a remnant of praying people exists in the nation and if he has hope for a Great Awakening, the evangelist replied that it's hard to say.

"For many in the church today, they're comfortable and a lot of our pastors don't want to rock the boat," Graham said. Many will not speak out on hot-button social issues, insisting such topics are "political" when they are moral matters where churches must be bold.

Barrett’s nomination could stand to change everything for the Supreme Court. On Nov. 10, when the Supreme Court is back in session, they will once again hear arguments challenging the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. With Barrett in the seat, women’s access to reproductive health could be in serious jeopardy. If Trump does nominate Barrett — a noted anti-abortionist — it would solidify fears for millions of Democrats: a 6-3 conservative majority in the Supreme Court that will most definitely derail years of inclusive healthcare initiatives.

And, considering Ginsburg’s tenure protecting women’s rights and elevating social justice initiatives, Trump would actively be opposing her legacy by appointing Barrett, putting millions of vulnerable people at risk.

“Amy Coney Barrett meets Donald Trump’s two main litmus tests,” Nan Aron, the president of Alliance for Justice, told the New York Times. “She has made clear she would invalidate the ACA and take health care away from millions of people and undermine a woman’s reproductive freedom.”

And so the Left is already attempting to massacre this wonderfully intelligent woman and mother of 7 before she even gets the nod from Trump.

The Left is already having a meltdown as they ponder the possibility of Trump getting another Supreme Court pick BEFORE THE ELECTION.  Yesterday they rolled out the insane idea that RBG had a final request and it was to "wait until we have a new president to pick my replacement."  And of course since RBG was such a great woman we OWE HER the privilege of granting her her dying wish?...um no.

First off the Constitution doesn't have "grant dying wish" anywhere in it so that's just stupid.  2nd off, how do any of us know that her final wish was?  As she was passing into the next realm don't you think she was probably thinking of heaven or hell, her family, the shortness of life, etc...?  Do you really expect us to believe that as she was lying on her death bed she reached up her hand to her family and said, 'Don't let them pick my replacement until we get Trump out of office....my eternal destination depends on it."

While They Are Saying “Peace and Security”

 Most prophecy watchers interpret Jesus’ words to possibly mean a few different phases coming during the Day of the Lord. First off people will be saying “peace and safety” before the rapture and when millions of people vanish in the rapture, America and other countries would have “destruction come upon them suddenly”.  The 2nd time this may apply would be 3 1/2 years into the peace agreement that the Antichrist confirms. He will go into the 3rd Temple and declare himself to be God. Jesus tells the Jews alive at the time to run because destruction will come upon them suddenly.  Now notice this article from Jerusalem that speaks of “stability and security” among Israel, it’s Arab neighbors and the entire region.  Conditions are being set up for the Great and Terrible Day of The Lord.

Black Woman From Africa Defends America

 We have to wonder if the supporters of Black Lives Matter are suffering from a super-natural delusion?  Many of these folks who claim to be African-American really have no idea what the continent of Africa is all about?  Are there lots of stories out there about people dying to get into Niger so they can live the "Nigerian dream"?  Or maybe Uganda?  Malawi? Ethiopia? 

When a black woman from Cameroon saw the protests and looting being done by Black Lives Matter, she had had enough.  She went to one of the protests and tried to speak to them and defend her "great country of America."

In a related note, I spoke at adult education at our church yesterday.  I mentioned Black Lives Matter and the lies that they are spreading and that it is a terrorist organization that stands against God.  We had one black woman in the audience.  When I finished speaking she came up to me and said, "I'm from Liberia and I just want to say that everything you just said about Black Lives Matter is true."

Remember, Black Lives Matter doesn't really care about black lives around the world or even in the cities of America.  They ONLY care about black lives if the black person happened to be injured or killed by a white law enforcement agent.  So ironically, they are a racist group.
