Biden’s Reckless Betrayal of Israel and the Jewish People

 With all the tornadoes, floods and earthquakes pounding America, and now Northern Lights visible in Texas and Alabama, we just have to wonder if all these things (including a solar eclipse last month) are signs from the Lord on High of impending judgment coming for America because of how we are treating Israel and how we are publicly talking of dividing the Land using a 2-state solution?

The godless will laugh at such an idea…pretty much as they laughed at Noah before the flood came and took them all away to destruction.

I’ve known for many years that the time would come when the United States would no longer defend Israel. The Gog/Magog prophecy of Ezekiel 38-39 is remarkable for its absence of any nation, including America, coming to the aid of Israel as massive forces invade the Land.

I could never have imagined, however, that a U.S. President would choose to protect an organization so barbaric and monstrous as Hamas at the expense of Israel. The Biden administration is currently refusing to ship weapons to the nation unless it relents from its intent to invade Rafah, the last stronghold of Hamas.

He seems to have forgotten the horrors of October 7, 2023, and how the Gazans rejoiced following the brutal and murderous attack on Israel. Not only did Hamas kill well over a thousand Israelis last October, but they also slaughtered many people from other nations, including those from the U.S. Demonic is the only way to describe the viciousness of that attack.

It gets worse. In his article, Biden Risks American Lives to Protect Hamas, journalist Daniel Greenfield wrote the following:

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin recently admitted at a congressional hearing that American soldiers operating Biden’s disastrous “aid pier” for Gaza could come under attack from Islamic terrorists.

Biden has not sent a single soldier to recover American hostages being held by Hamas, but there are now soldiers in the line of fire in order to send aid to Gaza.

Why is President Biden risking the lives of US soldiers in such a way? Will they interfere with Israeli forces when they enter Rafah? Some fear it will bring the two sides into direct conflict.

Intense hatred for the Jewish people. That’s the only explanation I can think of for Biden’s reckless betrayal of Benjamin Netanyahu and the Jewish people. His proposed “two-state solution” for the Land God gave to the descendants of Jacob will not resolve the current hostilities. Israel recognizes that such a division of the Land would be suicidal while the Palestinians desire the total elimination of Israel. That’s what they mean when they chant “From the river to the sea!” They want to annihilate both the nation and its people.

The Biden administration is pursuing anti-Semitic policies that will surely bring God’s judgment upon the U.S. Is it any wonder why there’s no mention of America in Bible prophecy?

The following thoughts keep me sane as news of Biden’s inane policy blunders toward Israel flood our newsfeeds.

We Live In Biblical Times

The Bible tells us that someday, Israel will agree to a covenant of peace with the coming antichrist (Daniel 9:27, 12:11; Isaiah 28:14-19). The Lord Jesus referred to the breaking of this deal in Matthew 24:15 as did the Apostle Paul in 2 Thessalonians 2:3-8). The betrayal will occur halfway through the seven-year agreement.

The actions of the U.S. and other nations are pushing Israel toward this deal in at least a couple ways:

First, the limiting of Israel’s response to its enemies ensures that the threat of warfare will not end anytime soon. Since Biden and other world leaders will not allow its armed forces to completely destroy its adversaries, their continued vulnerability to future attacks will lead them to accept the terms offered by the coming “man of lawlessness.”

Second, the unrelenting outside pressure for Israel’s leaders to agree to a long-term solution will eventually wear them down to the point where they will agree to the “covenant of death” offered by the antichrist. The anti-Semitic rancor from the left in America, Europe, and even in Israel itself is already preparing them to accept the terms offered by the coming antichrist.

Please know that God will severely judge those that are now seeking to divide His Land (Joel 3:1-3). The fact that we are seeing all this develop in our day shouts that we live in biblical times.

80 Former U.S. Generals and Admirals Warn Biden

 Eighty former U.S. generals and admirals called in an open letter on Friday for a reaffirmation of the U.S.-Israeli bond.

“Given our experience as retired American military leaders, we are very concerned about the security impacts of increasingly strained U.S.-Israel ties, as Israel becomes a growing source of domestic division,” the group wrote in a letter, which the Jewish Institute for National Security of America (JINSA) released.

The group stated that it feels “compelled to declare that a strong Israel is vital to the United States national security, and it is imperative that America unequivocally stand by this indispensable ally.” 

The JINSA letter named Iran and its terrorist proxies as “barbaric,” declaring them “enemies of the United States and everything we stand for.”

“This Iranian-backed axis of terror, as well as other adversaries and allies around the world, are watching closely to see whether the United States will stand by one of its closest allies fighting in self-defense, even when the going gets tough,” it stated.

“Against these barbaric enemies, Israel stands on the front lines of the fight for civilization, the lone stable, democratic American ally in a critical, yet tumultuous, region,” they added. “Even in facing adversaries who respect neither the laws of war nor human life, we believe Israel has fought in accordance with the laws of armed conflict.”

Even Secularists Are Noticing an Evil Spirit Loosed on the World

 As you survey the headlines and consider how fast the folks in America went from “sinful but sane” to “sinful and delusional”, it makes one think about the spirit of the Antichrist.  As you watch the college protests and their anti-semitism laid bare, where does this come from?  As you see the lawlessness of groups of people smashing and grabbing at retail stores across America, where does that come from?  As you see pastors celebrating sin with their flocks and telling them NOT to read the Bible, where does that come from?  As you witness millions of Americans claiming to not know the difference between a man and a woman, where does that delusion come from?  Anyone left with eyes should be able to see.

Radio talk show host Dan Bongino, as of late, has been declaring something to the effect: “There’s a spirit of some kind active in the world. I don’t know… Can’t say what it is… But it’s evil and has the world in turmoil…”

Bongino goes through all that’s going on daily, dealing mostly with politics but including deep dives into cultural issues and the insanity he sees happening. He attributes it to some spirit—a zeitgeist of this strange time—in which everything is upside-down—filled with evil.

He has claimed many times on air to know Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and Lord, all the while a Catholic. This is not to judge him in this matter but rather to point to the fact that he does seem to have at least some insight into what the evil might entail that he and others believe they observe and sense is going on in this world.

Bongino says consistently that many express to him they sense the same existent of an evil spiritual influence that is taking humanity down a destructive pathway. And this is what I would like to try to address in this commentary.

John, the apostle who was perhaps closest to Jesus in brotherly relationship while the Lord was in physical flesh on Earth, was inspired to write the following.

1 John 4:1-3 KJV – “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.”

That evil spirit that concerns Mr. Bongino and many of his friends and colleagues is made manifest by John’s Holy Spirit-inspired revelation. The spirit of Antichrist is as prevalent as in the apostle’s time of writing about it.

Bongino says that wickedness he senses is “spiritual.” I don’t believe he knows that it is of the same “spirit” or spirituality of which John forewarned, however. Like so many secularists, he sees it as some spirit of the age, a zeitgeist ideological force from the human intellect that bubbles up from time to time to come against human rationality and interaction.

The evil within humanity, I think he and others of the non-Holy-Spirit-influenced mind believe, is born out of those among us who want all others to come under their self-centered control. These seem to think it is out of some form of mental illness –a psychosis of some inexplicable description—that sets in motion the insanity that desires to inflict authoritarian madness.

The World Continues Planning for Life After US Dollar

 The planning continues around the world for the collapse of the US Dollar.  Even a 5th grader knows if you start printing money to pay the interest on borrowed money, you simply can’t continue on that trajectory for very long.  And then I run into a new group of people who have read the book “Deficits don’t Matter” and they actually have convinced themselves to believe that America can borrow and print an unlimited amount of money.  In their eyes, $37 trillion in National debt is the same as $137 trillion.  How can anyone actually fall under that delusion?  If printing money solved poverty then there would be no poor people on earth.  America could print $1 million and hand it to every American who could use it to pay off all debt, buy a house, buy a car and stuff their freezers with food!  It doesn’t work like that!  If America did that it would cause hyper inflation and a toaster would suddenly cost $1 million.  Think I’m kidding?  Look up “hyper inflation in Germany” and see what happened 100 years ago when they printed too much money.

However, leaders like Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said that countries that do not use the dollar should not be compelled to trade with each other using the currency. At a summit last year, he explained that a BRICS currency “increases our payment options and reduces our vulnerabilities.”

BRICS could end the dollar's dominance even without a shared trade currency

Even without a shared trade currency, the bloc could still swing an “economic wrecking ball” at the dollar’s dominance, according to former White House economist Joe Sullivan. He said that although BRICS nations have denied that a rival currency is imminent, the bloc of other emerging market countries that have been invited to join their ranks, such as Iran, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Ethiopia, Argentina and Egypt, could pose a big threat to the dollar as their influence grows.

In fact, with Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, and Egypt – three countries that surround the Suez Canal, a vital passageway for goods flowing into international markets – joining, BRICS would then have an influence over 12% of all global trade. Meanwhile, with Iran, the UAE and Saudi Arabia sitting among the biggest global exporters of fossil fuels and Russia, China and Brazil as major precious metal exporters, the bloc could have significant sway in the commodities markets.

He stated: "The BRICS+ nations do not need to wait until a shared trade currency meets the technical conditions typical of global reserve currency before they swing their newly enlarged economic wrecking ball at the dollar."

The Chinese yuan is already pushing out other currencies in trade as its trading partners increasingly use it, and this could see the dollar lose its stronghold.

"The BRICS+ states do not even necessarily need to have a shared trade currency to chip away at King Dollar's domain. If BRICS+ demanded that you pay each member in its own national currency in order to trade with any of them, the dollar's role in the world economy would go down,” Sullivan added.

With BRICS member states now being more open about moving away from the dollar and trading in national currencies or developing their own currency, it’s time to prepare for the reality that full dedollarization may happen sooner than once believed.

41% Concerned About Civil War by 2029

We find it interesting how many times the words Civil War are appearing in headlines and even Hollywood movies.  Many Americans from all stripes have a sense that something strange is going on and that we can’t continue on this trajectory for too much longer.

Americans are closely watching these developments on their smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs and have taken note of the possibility of summer riots, pushing the nation closer and closer to what some voters believe is a civil war on the horizon. 

A new survey by Rasmussen Reports found that 41% of Americans are concerned a civil war could erupt sometime over the next five years, including 16% who say civil war is "very likely" in that same timeframe. 

Meanwhile, 49% of respondents do not believe another civil war is likely in the next five years, with 20% expressing that it is "Not At All Likely." An additional 10% are uncertain about the future. 

"The possibility that America could face another civil war soon is not too far-fetched for a lot of voters," the pollsters said about their survey.

Deception is the Driving Force Behind America’s Division

 We have said it hundreds of times in the last few years;  How can anyone really know what’s true while examining current events?

With AI and photoshop and deep-fake videos, one person can make up a lie and send it around the world at the speed of light.

Satan is the father of all lies.  He loves deception.  I believe it is one more sign of how near we are to the end of the Age of Grace.

During the time leading up to America’s Civil War, the United States was torn in two. Today’s division is not like that. This is not a time of breaking in two, but of splintering into thousands. We see the results in churches, families, courts, legislative bodies, political parties, businesses, and social movements. Former allies have now gone to war with one another. It’s as if Satan himself opened a great can of itching powder and cast it on the world. In this case, the itching powder has a name — deception.

American conservatives are fighting one another over the wars in Gaza and Ukraine. One conservative media group is openly split between those who believe America should stand with Israel, and those who believe Israel is committing “genocide” against Palestinians. The irony is that, through their Hamas and PLO leaders, Palestinians have long called for genocide against Jews. Sometimes at great risk, Israeli Defense Forces have shown repeatedly that they desire to target only militants and not civilians.

Notice the relationship between deception and division. “Divide and conquer” often means “deceive and destroy.” Jesus told us that Satan is the father of lies (John 8:44). The Lord also told us that Satan knows a house divided against itself cannot stand (Luke 11:17-18). Satan is all about destruction through deception (Genesis 3).

In Matthew 24:4, Jesus began His famous Olivet Discourse about the last days by saying, “Take heed that no man deceive you.” During His discourse, He repeated that warning several times. Lies are not new, but a special kind and level of deception must characterize the time leading up to His return.

Today, deception has been mechanized and digitized. One person with one small, pocket-sized telephone can compose a lie and spread it to millions instantly. Lies have been around for a long time, but they have never before been so easy to create, replicate, and disseminate. Lies and fake news permeate the social landscape. Sometimes they are big, baldfaced lies like saying Israel is committing “genocide.” At other times, the lie may be a subtle rewording of a real quote. But whatever form they take, lies are everywhere. And the father of lies is loving it.

In Matthew 24:7, Jesus specifically warned of splintering societies. He said, “nation shall rise against nation.” The Greek word translated “nation” is “ethnos” from which we get the English word “ethnic.” He was warning us about intense divisions between people groups of all kinds. These divisions are not a one-and-done kind of thing. A group divides, then the two resulting groups have divisions, and on it goes. Like nuclear fission, the chain reaction of divisions can lead to massive explosions. 

For years, I’ve said that before Jesus returns something will happen to the United States so that it will cease to be a global power. I was thinking of obvious disasters along the lines of nuclear war or economic meltdown. I didn’t think our nation would be buried by a giant mudslide of lies, but that’s what’s happening.

Bible-believing Christians have what the world needs. In a time when it gets more and more difficult to find anything or anyone you can trust, we preach Jesus — the One who boldly proclaimed in John 14:6, “I am… truth.”

How Many Palestinians Have Actually Died? Why Would We Trust Figures Handed Out by Hamas?

 We have often wondered when we hear or read the news out of Gaza, do we really trust ANYTHING that the Hamas Ministry of Health actually tells us?  I'm going to suggest that we really shouldn't.  But of course the media has a Leftist tilt to it so is prone to dislike Israel and happy to report the numbers delivered from Hamas concerning the death toll.

The Hamas-run Gaza Ministry of Health can't provide names of more than 10,000 of the 34,000 it says have died during the war with Israel, the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies reports.

"While the Health Ministry conceded earlier this month that it has 'incomplete data' for nearly one-third of the deceased, this is the first admission that it lacks an essential data point necessary to establish these deaths have even taken place," the Washington-based think tank noted on May 2.

On April 24, the ministry released a graphic to mark the 200th day of the war that started when Hamas invaded Israel on Oct. 7, repeating its claim that the hostilities had claimed more than 34,000 Gazan lives. However, it added that only 24,000 of the dead are "martyrs whose identities are recognized."

As of April 21, 10,152 of the ministry's fatality records had incomplete data. "An explanatory note in the April 1 digest says incomplete records lack one or more of five basic data points: ID number, full name, sex, date of birth, or date of death," FDD reported.

While it was unclear which of those data points was missing, "it is now clear the ministry does not have names for these individuals," FDD said.

U.S. President Joe Biden has cited figures from the Gaza Health Ministry without identifying them as such.

"Before citing them again, he should ask the intelligence community to evaluate the data's sources and accuracy," FDD said. "Likewise, journalists should press the Gaza Health Ministry to explain the increasing number of inconsistencies in its reports."

Some have challenged the Hamas casualty figures.

Abraham Wyner, a professor of statistics and data science at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, wrote in Tablet magazine in March, "The numbers are not real. That much is obvious to anyone who understands how naturally occurring numbers work.

"The casualties are not overwhelmingly women and children, and the majority may be Hamas fighters," he wrote.

Wyner noted that child casualties should track with women casualties. This has to do with the daily variation in strikes on residential buildings and tunnels.

"Consequently, on the days with many women casualties there should be large numbers of children casualties, and on the days when just a few women are reported to have been killed, just a few children should be reported," he wrote.

FDD noted in its report that economist Michael Spagat, who defended the ministry's methods, admitted that when looking only at the complete records, "then the percentage of women and children drops to 53.3%," as opposed to the 70% or more the ministry has often claimed.

Hamas began to retreat from that claim in April.

History also appears to be repeating itself as similar claims and fake news were published by the mainstream media after Israel launched Operation Protective Edge in 2014.

It took the media nearly a month to recognize its sheer obviousness: Hamas lies.

Objective analysis of the available data reveals that rather than civilians making up the "vast majority" of Gaza deaths - as the media regularly reported - the proportion appears closer to half. Hundreds of dead civilians are hardly reason to celebrate, but a 1-to-1 civilian casualty ratio is remarkably low by the grim standards of war. Coalition efforts in Afghanistan, for example, produced a 3-to-1 ratio, and 4-to-1 in Iraq. Given Hamas tactics of firing rockets from densely populated civilian areas, the toll in Gaza could have been immeasurably higher.

Why, then, do the media continue to accept Hamas propaganda unchallenged? Partly because the death of any civilian - particularly children, who are half of Gaza's population - is heart-rending. Partly because the heat and fog of war make precise figures unknowable until well after the fighting. Partly because the narrative of a guerrilla militia confronting a modern military makes for compelling copy, and partly - perhaps mainly - because of Hamas intimidation and restrictions on the ground.

Hamas mendacity, however, is old news. During its first major clash with Israel in 2008-09, for example, the organization claimed that fewer than 50 of the dead had been combatants. Years later, it conceded that the total had been identical to that acknowledged by Israel: between 600 and 700.

It is therefore all the more extraordinary that journalists cast their usual skepticism to the winds and instead followed the script of an unrepentant, unreliable terror outfit.

Hamas has taken a beating in its latest battle with Israel, but so too has media credibility.

So if you find yourself in a debate with a Liberal and they say something like, "35,000 innocent men, women and children have been murdered by Israel since they invaded Gaza!"  Just calmly point out that Hamas is who started the war so of course Israel will kill Hamas military men hiding in schools and hospitals in Gaza.  It is a war so people will die.  Next say, "I don't believe that thousands of women and children have been killed by the IDF.  We can't trust anything Hamas tells us.  For all we know Hamas has been killing the Palestinians as they have done other times in the past."

Even Liberals Are Figuring Out That Calling for "Death to America!" by Those Who Live in America is Problematic

You can watch this short video clip from Bill Maher as he talks to Pierce Morgan.  He acknowledges that whenever he criticizes Islam he gets in a bunch of trouble from his Leftist fan club.  This must be part of some godless-delusion that is sweeping the land.  How else can you explain college kids shutting down their campus to scream for the Palestinians?  These same Palestinians are the ones who approve of killing gays, queers and trans people...the very folks that college liberals are the most supportive of!

Also, you and I may remember the Palestinians handing out candy and cheering wildly in the streets when they heard the new about planes destroying the Twin Towers on 9/11...but most colleges kids weren't even born yet when it happened so by now they most likely believe 9/11 was some sort of plot to turn the world against the poor Muslims.

7 Numbers That Show We Aren’t Ever Going Back to Normal

 I believe the only thing holding America together today is the mercy of God.  We deserve wrath.  We deserve judgment because of how we have turned from Him.  We have allowed the public schools to indoctrinate our kids and make them confused Liberals.  If they aren’t confused enough following high school then the universities take over and finish the job.  20% of young people now claim to have some different gender or sexual orientation.  If you want to be a cool kid, an interesting kid, a woke kid…you better come up with an interesting gender.  If you aren’t athletic or musical you better choose a different gender so you can secure a spot in the yearbook.  And now 40% are realizing that we simply can’t co-exist too much longer.  Another Civil War in America?  For those who say, “that can never happen!”…read your history books.  Things look bleak all around us but “the joy of the Lord is my strength.”

More than four-in-ten US voters say the country is likely to get ripped apart in a second civil war within five years, a shocking new survey reveals.

#5 According to the Daily Mail, the number of transgender troops in the U.S. Army has doubled since 2020…

The Pentagon has spent more than $26million treating transgender troops since 2020, official records show.

The number of US army staff with gender dysphoria has doubled in that time — from around 1,800 to 3,700, according to DoD data seen by DailyMail.com.

#7 Only 3.6 million babies were born in the U.S. last year, and the birth rate is now at the lowest level ever recorded…

The birth rate in the US has declined to a new low, according to data published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The figures show that fewer than 3.6 million babies were born in the US last year, the lowest amount since 1979 and equating to the lowest fertility rate EVER recorded.

The CDC analysed the 2023 data and found that the birth rate is down 2 percent on the previous year.

If you go back to 1960, the average U.S. woman gave birth to 3.65 childrenduring her lifetime.
