Mysterious Tremors

We have mentioned in the past that we rarely post articles about earthquakes anymore because they are happening so frequently, it would get kind of monotonous posting about all the earthquakes. So with that in mind, I will tell you that China had another 6.0 earthquake yesterday....but this headline is the one that caught my attention;
Mysterious tremors detected on San Andreas Fault

What these mysterious vibrations say about future earthquakes is far from certain. But some think the deep tremors suggest underground stress may be building up faster than expected and may indicate an increased risk of a major temblor.

Read full article here;

Now ask yourselves....with California already issuing I.O.U.'s and having no idea how they are going to pay their bills for the foreseeable future....what do you think would happen if another 7.8 quake devastated the sunshine state? Where do you think all the money would come from to rebuild the infrastructure? Is it possible that these tremors are warnings from God that the people of California better humble themselves and seek His face, so their land can be healed? What do you think are the chances that Hollywood is going to turn to God in these Last Days and ask for forgiveness and repent of their wicked ways? I would say that the chances are slim to none.

We should be praying for California and the U.S. and our government leaders. Their capacity to solve the problems created by men have reached their peak. Pray that they will turn to God for answers.

"They" Don't Want Us to Know

So who is the Federal Reserve? Who makes money on it? How do they decide how much paper money to print? How do they decide what bonds to issue? How much are they in debt? How much money have they printed?

All those, and many more, are good questions...but the Federal Reserve doesn't want us to know because we might start making judgements based on the answers we receive. Recently Congress has been asking questions. Watch the linked video to see what Bernanke had to say;

Did you catch that?? Auditing the Federal Reserve could threaten the financial system, the dollar and the economy. Wow!! Better just leave it alone then forever and ever!!

As I have asked in the past...has anyone seen the Wizard of Oz, when Toto pulls back the curtain? I get that feeling that the Federal Reserve does not want that curtain pulled back.

We have talked quite a bit about the world's increasing impatience with the U.S. dollar. As you know, it has been the reserve currency of the world ever since post WWII. The good ol' US Greenback! Things are going to change....and you can take that to the bank.

A few weeks ago, Brazil, Russia, China and India (BRIC) all had a meeting. What do they have in common??....they own a TON of U.S. paper-debt. And they have grown weary of given us hard goods and labor in exchange for I.O.U.'s. So who will give us the money? And what happens to a society that has lived an "unsustainable" lifestyle for three decades? Again, I don't think we want to know, because it won't be fun.

Even without capital controls, the nations meeting at Yekaterinburg are taking steps to avoid being the unwilling recipients of yet more dollars. Seeing that US global hegemony cannot continue without spending power that they themselves supply, governments are attempting to hasten what Chalmers Johnson has called “the sorrows of empire” in his book by that name – the bankruptcy of the US financial-military world order. If China, Russia and their non-aligned allies have their way, the United States will no longer live off the savings of others (in the form of its own recycled dollars) nor have the money for unlimited military expenditures and adventures.

The article ends with a very sobering sentence;

US officials wanted to attend the Yekaterinburg meeting as observers. They were told No. It is a word that Americans will hear much more in the future.

Read full article is a VERY good read and the guy writing it is certainly no dummy;

Iran Draws Close to Nuclear Weapon

Today marks one more day that Israel is being talked about in the Wall Street Journal, and also means Iran is one day closer to getting a nuclear weapon. The top U.S. military officer, Adm. Mike Mullen, warned that the "window is closing" for preventing Iran from acquiring a nuke.

But Adm. Mullen told a Washington think tank that Iran was likely just one to three years away from successfully building a nuclear weapon, which means that the U.S. and its allies are running out of time to persuade Iran to abandon its nuclear program. "Iran is very focused on developing this capability," he said at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. "The clock is ticking and that's why I'm as concerned as I am."

And here are the paragraphs where he mentions Israel;

He also cautioned that a possible Israeli military strike on Iran risked destabilizing the broader Middle East and triggering retaliatory Iranian attacks elsewhere in the world.

In interviews over the weekend, President Barack Obama said that his administration remained open to direct negotiations with Tehran. The president also said that the U.S. opposed any Israeli military strike on Iran, rebuffing suggestions that Vice President Joe Biden had signaled a change in administration policy when he told a television interviewer that "Israel can determine for itself" whether to bomb Iran's nuclear facilities.

Still, Adm. Mullen made clear that an Israeli strike was far more likely than an American one.
Israel has signaled that it may be preparing for a military strike on Iran. Earlier this week, an Israeli submarine believed to be carrying nuclear-tipped missiles returned to the Mediterranean after crossing the Red Sea and moving towards Iran. An Israeli official said in an interview that the maneuver was meant to show Iran that "they are not beyond our reach."

The world is growing more dangerous every single day. Unrest, wars and violence are breaking out all over the place. Now, if Jesus had told us to watch for flowers, peace, happiness and prosperity to usher in His return....I would be VERY concerned right now because things are going in the exact opposite direction. Praise God that things are going in EXACTLY the direction Jesus said they would be going....because every day that goes by Iran is one day closer to a nuke....but we followers of The Lamb are one day closer to redemption. What a day that will be!

Pope Calls for New World Order

The pope was on his podium today and he has much to say about the need for a new world economic order. This is prophetic on at least two fronts. First is that this call is coming from Rome. We watch Rome because we believe that during the Tribulation, a lot of power will be coming from Rome and the anti-christ will very likely be sitting over that power. You can read about this in the book of Daniel.

The second front is that the article talks about a "New world order". The bible is clear that in the Last Days there will be an intense push for a "one world order". When this happens, it will make it more feasible for the anti-christ to seize the reigns of this powerful, global government.

Benedict also called for a reform of the United Nations so that there can be a unified “global political body” that allows the less powerful of the earth to have a voice, and called on rich nations to help less fortunate ones.

We are definitely seeing more activity on this prophetic table. We know that one day on planet earth, the mark of the beast will be required to buy or sell anything. In order for that to come true, the beast will need a way to monitor all the citizens under his control...and getting the entire globe under one system will be the first big step.

Where will we be during this difficult time playing out on planet earth?? It is our great hope that we will be with our bridegroom, Jesus Christ, and we will be touring the wonderful mansions that he has prepared for us all.

2012- The Movie

We have posted much about 2012. Remember....this has NOTHING to do with what the bible says. The bible says we won't know the day or the hour. But the ancient Mayans were given (developed?) a calendar about 1500 years ago that has proven accurate to the second even to this very day. The strange thing is that this calendar ends on December 21, 2012. Their prophecy says that a feathered-serpent-god is going to return to earth on that day and basically wipe out everything. Strangely enough, the planets will be aligning on that day in a way that they haven't for thousands of years. The Mayans say that the alignment of planets will create a portal in space for this god to return through.

Hollywood has caught onto this story and coming in November of 2009, you can watch the catastrophe film of the year at theatres everywhere.

Watch the trailer here;

Why do I tell you this? Because the secular world believes that something large is going on and Satan has been paving the way for deception on a VERY GRAND scale.

It is now time to harvest souls for Christ. We have The Truth. The world is left with Mayan calendars, Nostradamus predictions, solar storm predictions, and many more postulations about what is coming. "I came to bring the Truth, and The Truth will set you free."

Biden on Israel

VP Joe Biden is in the headlines today commenting on Israel and Iran. He appears to be speaking the truth.

"Look, Israel can determine for itself -- it's a sovereign nation -- what's in their interest and what they decide to do relative to Iran and anyone else," Biden replied. He added that this was the case, "whether we agree or not" with the Israeli view.

Biden was then asked whether the U.S. would stand in the way if the Israelis decided to launch a military attack against Iranian nuclear facilities."Look, we cannot dictate to another sovereign nation what they can and cannot do," he said.

As you read the article it is becoming increasingly obvious that the world is in a quandary about what to do with Iran. It's going to be a destabilizing event if Israel attacks them....and it's going to be destabilizing if Iran is allowed to have nukes, which would lead to a middle-east nuclear arms race.

Try and imagine what the world would be like if many of the Arab countries ended up with nuclear weapons. The liberals (Ted Turner) seem to believe we should cross our fingers and hope that when Iran gets nukes it would be no different than France with nukes. They simply don't understand the world view of radical Islam....and they never will.

Rising Mountain of Debt

We have posted much in the past about the unsustainable amount of debt that the U.S. is growing...and it shows no signs of slowing down. On the contrary, it is increasing at a projected rate of over $1 trillion per year.

Interest payments on the debt alone cost $452 billion last year — the largest federal spending category after Medicare-Medicaid, Social Security and defense. It's quickly crowding out all other government spending. And the Treasury is finding it harder to find new lenders.

Remember that as of April 10 of 2009, the U.S. Government spent all the money they are hoping to take in through December 31, 2009. That means that as of April 11 of this year they were totally reliant on borrowing from other countries to keep our services running....and they are finding it increasingly difficult to find new countries that want to lend us more.

So what options does that leave us? We don't want to know the answer. Think of it this way; if you were personally spending $300,000 per year on all the stuff you wanted but were only making $50,000 per many things would you have to cut from your lifestyle if you abruptly had to start living on $50,000? It would be near impossible....especially if your credit card payment was $40,000 per year. Try living on $10,000 after being used to living on $300,000.

It may be that the hardships that are coming for America will bring people back to God...which would be an eternally good thing considering we have been worshiping wealth....which we are now realizing was all borrowed from someone else.
