 "Members, I would like to introduce a group of Arizonans, some from my district, but they have membership all across the state," said Mendez as he spoke through a mask during the hearing.

"They are here today to confront the arbitrary, tyrannical authority of religious persecution that's scheduled for government committee later on today," he continued. "We are graced with the presence of ministers and members of the Satanic Temple of Arizona."

Mendez told his colleagues while stuttering through the microphone that the Satanists are "at the Capitol today to fight for the rights of their more than 12,000 members of their denomination and the rights of free speech and free exercise of all Arizonans."

The Democrat senator went on to claim that the group practices religious values such as "compassion, justice, bodily autonomy, free speech, science, humility, and noble action."

"As an organized religion," he continued, "They actively do outreach and community service and participate in public affairs where their issues might benefit from their rational, satanic insights."

"The mission of the satanic temple is to encourage belovenance and empathy among all people," he added. "They embrace practical common sense and justice. They are guided by their conscience to undertake noble pursuits that fulfill their religious values ... I welcome them to the floor today."

The Democrat senator was slammed on social media after welcoming the devil worshippers to the capitol with open arms. People also took the opportunity to mock him for wearing a mask during his speech.

Noah Was Perfect in His Generation

 We have written quite a bit over the years about that time in Genesis 6 when fallen angels took human women and had sex with them and the union created some type of hybrid called Nephilim.  God ended up killing everyone on planet earth to preserve the human bloodline that was still pure in Noah and his boys.  Remember that the the Messiah had to be pure human and come from the seed of Adam because God promised this would be the case.

Also remember that Jesus said, "As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be at the coming of the Son of Man."  So could Satan and his minions be planning on having sex with women and creating hybrids again?  Of is it possible he's abducting women and men and harvesting their eggs and semen and using this material to make strange flesh?  Of course he makes the abductees believe they were abducted by aliens and taken aboard a strange ship.  Sadly, the Biblically ignorant world now believes wholeheartedly that aliens from other planets are now visiting us.

When I find other authors that confirm some of what I've been saying, I like to share it, so here it is.  Also note that this pastor/author gets to the "alien" discussion as well.

Genesis 6:1-8 & Matthew 24: 37-39

“Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them, 2 that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose. 3 And the Lord said, ‘My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.’ 4 There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.

5 Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. 7 So the Lord said, ‘I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.’ 8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.”

Matthew 24:37-39, “But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.”

I am reading a book right now… well, trying to read a book called Fallen. It is a Ph.D. thesis concerning the ‘sons of God’ mentioned in Genesis 6.

If you have been around preachers for any period of time and the topic of Genesis 6 and the ‘sons of God’ come up, there are basically two camps. There is the camp that calls the ‘sons of God’ the sons of Seth, and they are not supernatural beings that have copulated with human women. These are human men with human women, and they produced giants. I lean with the second camp that the ‘sons of God’ are, in fact, fallen angels that have been able to have relations with human women, and they produced giants.

There are some who avoid this topic; they claim not to be smart enough or that it does not matter. But it does. Jesus makes it a point to remind us that the coming of the Son of Man will be marked by the fact that the world at that time will mimic the days of Noah.

There are two parts to the situation described in Genesis 6; the second is the level of evil, an evil so great that it made God feel ‘sorry’ for making Man. Go back to Genesis 2 and see that Man was the crowning glory of God’s creation, and here we are not, and God hates that He has made Man. The first part seems to be the catalyst for this level of evil. The ‘sons of God’ saw that human women were beautiful and married them, had kids, and these kids were giants. There was a genetic melding between the spiritual and the flesh that resulted in giants.

I have been researching this for a while, and I do not claim to know it all. But I am on the supernatural side of the equation because of the way that God lays out the verses in Genesis 6. Many would have us read these verses as two separate and unconnected events – the union between angels and women and the level of evil in the world. But God puts them as a hand-in-hand event.

Jesus reiterates in Matthew that the time when the Son of Man returns will be like the days of Noah. No one will argue about the level of evil in the world. We, the children of God, are like Lot in Sodom, vexed by the level of evil around us. Every day, we are astonished by the ever-expanding level of evil around us. From the rise of homosexual perversions, the determined efforts to make sexual relationships between adults and minors legal, the rise in things like theft and murder, the sheer level of corruption we see in our governments, and sadly, the scandals that continue to rock the ‘church’ world.

Evil is rampant, front and center, and no longer hiding in the shadows. There is a level of evil that transcends human ability, and it is clear that there appears to be supernatural powers behind this evil. We can look back at Genesis 6 and see that one of the signs of the end will be the interference of the evil supernatural into the lives of humans. There will be more and more contact between the fallen angels and the men/women of the earth as we get closer and closer to Jesus’ return.

Now, I am still researching this, and I cannot say definitively that fallen angels will once again have access to human women for sexual relations. However, it is clear that genetic manipulations will become more and more prevalent. One of the things that God points out in Genesis 6:9, we see this statement from God:

“This is the genealogy of Noah. Noah was a just man, perfect in his generation. Noah walked with God.”

We like to jump to the ‘spiritual’ summary and miss the physical one in this verse. As it has been said, some of us are so heavenly-minded that we are no earthly good. Notice that phrase ‘perfect in his generations.’ God describes this of Noah in the same line as the fact that he was a ‘just man.’ So not only was Noah a godly man, he was GENETICALLY pure. His human DNA was not corrupted all the way back to Adam. This was important because the Messiah had to come directly from Adam (see the genealogy in Luke) so He could redeem us. God killed the whole human race except for Noah and his family to preserve the perfect human genealogy.

Now, it would appear that one or more of Noah’s daughters-in-law had ‘affected’ DNA because even after the flood, there were giants. The nation of Israel encountered giants in the wilderness journey, and they conquered the promised land. We are all familiar with David and Goliath and the fact that Goliath had 4 brothers who were also giants. There has been the discovery of giant skeletons and large tools that only have been used by giants all over the world.

Lately, there has been news article after article about previous encounters with ‘alien crafts’ from pilots both in the military and commercial fields. My suspicion is that the world is being prepped for the unveiling of current supernatural inference in mankind.

As it was in the days of Noah covers both the spiritual and sinful events of Genesis 6. Mankind is sinful, but it appears that we are able to attain an even greater level of evil when we pair our efforts with the fallen supernatural beings. Jesus is coming soon; this means that the level of evil will keep getting worse and worse; woe are we as we see it and await our Lord.

Debt to GDP in 2024–The Highest EVER Recorded

 I’m posting this article for a few reasons.  First off the warnings that our financial system will soon go over a cliff and change our lives like never imagined are increasing but voters have become so ignorant that they’ll never see the warnings.  Second, the article has the word EVER in it when it mentions that later this year our debt to GDP ratio will go to the highest EVER recorded.  With the election, wars everywhere and financial collapse looming…2024 might turn out to be quite the year!

The Congressional Budget Office said Wednesday that it expects the federal budget deficit to drop by $188 billion this fiscal year to $1.5 trillion, a short-lived dip as the annual shortfall is likely to rise over the next nine years.

Two major factors are behind the decline in the budget deficit this year, each of them one-off events that reflect the challenge for lawmakers in trying to close the growing gap between tax revenues and spending.

First, the current fiscal year started on an October weekend, which caused its payments to be booked in fiscal 2023 without offsetting revenues.

Second, tax revenues are expected to increase because of better returns on financial investments and the collection of taxes from last year that the government postponed because of natural disasters.

Over the next decade, the cumulative budget deficits will be 7% smaller than the nonpartisan CBO forecast last year. That’s mainly because of an agreement President Joe Biden signed last summer with Congressional Republicans that temporarily lifted the statutory debt ceiling in exchange for restrictions on government spending. But also, economic growth looks stronger than what was forecast and more people are working.

Still, deficits are a problem for lawmakers in the years to come because of the burden of servicing the total debt load, an aging population that pushes up the total cost of Social Security and Medicare and rising health care expenses.

The report also projects that the nation’s publicly held debt is set to increase from 99% of gross domestic product at the end of 2024 to 116% of GDP — the highest level ever recorded — by the end of 2034. Behind that increase are persistently large gaps between how much the government receives from taxes and how much it spends, a gap filled by borrowing from investors.

Black WIVES Mattter

This article below was written by a black man for Newsweek.  He nails it when he points to the fact that black children have a very low chance of having a father and mother in the same home helping to raise them and hoping to love them.  Consequently lots of black males end up on the street with their pants on the ground, hanging out with other criminal types just waiting to be another black dude going to jail.  People want to blame it on racism but what they really should be blaming is the black culture that has allowed the black family to be led down the road to destruction.  Look it up for yourselves but last time I checked 7% of Americans were black males and that small group are responsible for over 50% of violent crimes.

For millions of people across the country, February is a time to reflect on the contributions black Americans have made to our rich national history. But for a handful of educators, the first week of this month is dedicated to amplifying year-round efforts to introduce the values of the Black Lives Matter movement into K-12 classrooms.

One of those principles is to "disrupt the Western prescribed nuclear family structure." But rebuilding—not destroying—the black family should be the top priority for people who claim to care about race and equality.

 What America needs today is a "Black Wives Matter" movement that reestablishes marriage as the foundation of black family life and increases the percentage of black children who are born to—and raised by—their married biological parents. At the core of this movement are three words: marriage before carriage.

"Marriage before carriage" was the norm for black Americans for most of the 20th century. U.S. Census data show that from 1890 to 1960, black men and women were more likely to be married by age 35 than their white counterparts. But by 1965, when the state of the black family concerned policymakers enough to issue the Moynihan report, one in four black children were born to unmarried parents. Today, the non-marital birth rate for black women is 70 percent, and 44 percent of black children live with a single mother.

The Left claims to care about racial equality, yet it's hard to find a single civil rights organization or progressive politician who will discuss this issue publicly. Their acceptance of the status quo is bad for women and children.

Over 45 percent of single mothers with children under the age of six live in poverty, while married couples with children have a single-digit poverty rate. Decades of research have also shown that children raised in homes with married parents have better social and emotional outcomes than children in any other arrangement.

The Bible is Clear on the Rapture. So Why All the Debate?

 I’ve had people who claim to be Christians tell me, “you’re believing in some sort of myth that was just recently thought up by John Darby!  The idea that Christians are going to be sucked up into the sky and escape the Antichrist and judgment is simply not something that the church has ever taught.”  I simply don’t understand how anyone can say this when the teaching is so clear.  You might have disagreements about WHEN it will happen but there should be zero disagreements on the fact that it’s going to happen.

First Thessalonians 4 says, “Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words” (vv. 17-18). That’s from the classic passage in the New Testament on the rapture of the church, when Jesus comes for us prior to the tribulation.

You might say, “Wait a minute, I didn’t read the word rapture in that verse.” That’s because you’re not reading the right translation. In the Latin Vulgate, the word rapio is there, from which we get our word rapture, which means to seize, carry away instantly, or snatch or take.

The word in the Greek New Testament is harpazó. That’s the word that causes all the problems and debate. It means to be caught up, to take by force, to catch away, to pluck, to catch, or to pull. Harpazó shows up in thirteen verses in the New Testament. It was used to describe a wolf snatching a sheep in John 10:12 and, in Matthew 11:12, to take a kingdom suddenly and by force.

Five times, harpazó refers to supernaturally moving a person from one location to another. So the best translation is to snatch instantly, take away almost violently by force, and place somewhere else. Acts 8 says, “The Spirit of the Lord caught Philip away” (v. 39). The apostle Paul said he was “caught up into Paradise” (2 Corinthians 12:4). Both times, it’s the same word, meaning they were supernaturally moved from one place to another.

Compare that to the two men in the Old Testament who were supernaturally taken to heaven by God: Enoch in Genesis 5:24 and Elijah in 2 Kings 2:11.

Kenneth Wuest, who was a professor of Greek at Moody Bible Institute, did a four-volume series of word studies in the Greek New Testament. In it, he expanded 1 Thessalonians 4:17 with all the nuance of Greek understanding to give us the best meaning: “Then as for us who are living and we who are left behind, together with them we shall be snatched away forcibly in [masses of saints having the appearance of] clouds for a welcome-meeting with the Lord in the lower atmosphere.” That’s as plain as it gets. We’ll be caught up instantly to meet the Lord in the air, and then we will be with the Lord.

When Jesus told his disciples, “I’m leaving, but I’ll be back and I’ll receive you to Myself,” they didn’t get it. But with the benefit of a completed revelation from the whole New Testament, including all the epistles and the book of Revelation, we know that there are two stages: the rapture and the second coming. And we’re dealing with the first phase.

First Corinthians 15:51-52 says, “We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed—in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” We will instantly go from mortal to immortal, incorruptible, and supernatural. And we’ll meet up with all our friends and relatives who loved Jesus and went before us.

I love that song by James Milton Black that’s usually sung in country churches, “When the roll is called up yonder, I’ll be there.” We’ll all be there if we believe in Him. It’s the great hope, what Paul called “the blessed hope” of the church (Titus 2:13). I hope you’re ready for that event.

Has the Meltdown of US Consumer Begun?

 The Bible is clear that we should live within our means.  But with all the shiny stuff staring us in the face like big trucks, big houses and big vacations, sometimes the temptation to spend a little more than we have gets to us.  And when you throw in inflation and stagnant income growth the recipe can turn to a disaster.  And when millions and millions of American consumers have spent beyond their means it could sink the whole boat.

According to the New York Fed, total household debt in the United States increased by 212 billion dollars during the fourth quarter of 2023.  It is now sitting at a grand total of 17.5 trillion dollars.  

I suppose the good news is that we aren't 34 trillion dollars in debt like the federal government is.  But 17.5 trillion dollars is still really bad, and it is far more than U.S. households can handle.  Unsurprisingly, delinquency rates have started to spike, and I fully expect this trend to intensify in the months ahead.

Let's start by taking a look at credit card debt.  During the fourth quarter, it hit a brand new all-time record high of 1.13 trillion dollars...

Americans are increasingly turning to their credit cards to cover everyday expenses, with debt hitting a new record high at the end of December, according to a New York Federal Reserve report published Tuesday.

In the three-month period from October to December, total credit card debt surged to $1.13 trillion, an increase of $50 billion, or 4.6% from the previous quarter, according to the report. It marks the highest level on record in Fed data dating back to 2003 and the ninth consecutive annual increase.

The average rate of interest on credit card balances is now way above 20 percent, and so it has been very foolish of us to run up so much credit card debt.

And now millions of Americans are falling behind on their payments.

In fact, it is being reported that credit card delinquencies "surged more than 50% in 2023"...

Credit card delinquencies surged more than 50% in 2023 as total consumer debt swelled to $17.5 trillion, the New York Federal Reserve reported Tuesday.

Debt that has transitioned into "serious delinquency," or 90 days or more past due, increased across multiple categories during the year, but none more so than credit cards.

With a total of $1.13 trillion in debt, credit card debt that moved into serious delinquency amounted to 6.4% in the fourth quarter, a 59% jump from just over 4% at the end of 2022, the New York Fed reported.

As delinquency rates rise, lenders will be forced to become more stingy, and that means that U.S. consumers will have less money to throw around.

The New York Fed is also telling us that delinquency rates on auto loans are surging too...

In the case of auto loans, delinquency rates are now above pre-pandemic levels "and the worsening appears to be broad-based," New York Fed researchers wrote.

"Loans opened during 2022 and 2023 are, so far, performing worse than loans opened in earlier years, perhaps because buyers during these years faced higher car prices and may have been pressed to borrow more, and at higher rates," they wrote. Increased delinquency rates "merit monitoring in the months ahead, particularly with the amplified distress shown by borrowers in lower-income areas."

This is exactly what we would expect to see if the U.S. economy was plunging into a recession.

A lot more Americans are having trouble paying their bills these days, and as the economy slows down throughout the rest of 2024 that is just going to make matters even worse.

One of the reasons why Americans have been relying on their credit cards so much is because virtually everything has become so much more expensive.

At this point, even a trip to McDonald's has become financially painful...

The CEO of McDonald's admitted Monday that the sales for the fast food giant have dipped amid increased menu prices that have not gone unnoticed by customers.

The Chicago-based chain has taken heavy criticism over its Big Mac combo that is priced at nearly $18, among other menu hikes, and has promised to focus on affordability, the New York Post reported.

"I think what you're going to see as you head into 2024 is probably more attention to what I would describe as affordability," McDonald's CEO Chris Kempczinski said on an earnings call with analysts.

In 1996, you could get a Big Mac for just 99 cents.

Things sure have changed since then.

I never imagined that we would be reminiscing about the "good old days" of the 1990s, but here we are...

Of course most Americans don't actually need to spread their assets around because they hardly have any at all.

According to one recent survey, 60 percent of all Americans have 500 dollars or less in their checking accounts.

That means that most of us are living right on the edge of financial disaster, and we are collectively piling up more credit card debt with each passing day.

The stage is set for the final meltdown of the U.S. consumer, and it will be truly horrifying to watch it play out.

Thankfully, Jesus knows all this and he knew it would happen.  We can have joy in the Lord even if the mountains fall into the sea all around us.  

What is America Waiting For?? Bomb Iran Already!

 The Wars and Rumors of War continue to be at the front of the headlines.  We already know that Iran is responsible for the deaths of three American soldiers in Jordan.  We already know that Iran is responsible for the Houthis hijacking ships in the Red Sea.  We already know that Iran is responsible for Hamas invasion into Israel and the arming and funding of Hezbollah in Lebanon.  Daily they threaten Israel and America with chants of "Death to Israel!  Death to America!"  Do we really want these folks to have a nuclear bomb?

So why doesn't Biden and Pentagon use this opportunity to fly our Air Force into Iran and bomb the crap out of their nuclear sites and maybe kill dozens of their soldiers who are guarding them?

Maybe it's because we are afraid of stirring up the hornets nest any more than it's already been stirred?

But make no mistake, all of our enemies are watching to see how we will react when they attack us.

World War 2 officially began on September 1, 1939 when Germany invaded Poland. Some might contend that it actually began in March of 1938 when Germany annexed Austria. Others would say it began with the Munich Agreement which was an appeasement pact orchestrated by British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain allowing Germany to annex the Sudetenland in Czechoslovakia in September of 1938. Chamberlain has gone down in history as the “ Great Appeaser”. America did not enter the war until the bombing of Pearl Harbor on December 7th, 1941. Many lives could have been saved had the United States entered the war earlier.

The killing by the Iran-backed drone of Sgt. William Rivers, Spc.Brenna Moffett, and Spc.Kennedy Sanders and the wounding of 25 other American troops in Jordan should have triggered a “Pearl Harbor” moment. So far it has not. Will President Biden finally realize that Iran has to be neutralized? Regime change in Iran has not happened. I wish it had. There were opportunities. America is left with one choice. Take out Iran’s nuclear capabilities and watch the regime crumble. There are many benefits to confronting Iran head-on. All of Iran’s proxies will go into hiding. Hamas which unleashed a savage attack against Israel on October 7th will be finished. Hezbollah will be broken and the Houthis will be routed. Rather than acting like Neville Chamberlain if President Biden acted like President Roosevelt and seized the moment the world would be in a better place. So I ask the question “What are we waiting for?” The time has come to act. America has allowed Iran to not only advance its nuclear program to the point of being weeks away from developing a nuclear weapon but also has permitted Iran to develop Ballistic Missiles capable of reaching 1243 miles with a 3300-pound warhead. Iran can now strike Israel and US targets in the region.

Although Israel can do the job, it has its hands full dealing with the war against Hamas. America rightfully as the leader of the free world should finally bomb Iran’s nuclear facilities. After more than 150 strikes by Iranian proxies against American troops since mid-October 2023, the shutting down of Red Sea shipping by Houthi attacks, and the drone strike against American troops in Jordan, America has total justification to take on Iran directly. We are running out of time. Iran has been allowed to plague the world for far too long.
