Trump; "Nothing Can Stop the People of God"

This is going to freak out the godless Left when the President starts talking about God.

Never mind that America's history is filled with leaders speaking about God.  Today the Left is convinced that no one should ever speak of God, especially the leaders of America.

As Jewish families prepared for Passover, US President Donald Trump issued a message placing the ancient redemption at the center of modern political and religious life. Speaking to Jewish communities in the United States and around the world, Trump emphasized faith, national strength, and what he described as an unprecedented period of prosperity.

“Over 3,000 years ago, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob delivered the ancient Israelites out of slavery and brought them into the promised land,” Trump said. “It was an amazing period of time, just like today we have an amazing period of time.”

He returned repeatedly to the theme of divine intervention in history. “This week we recall this ancient proof of God’s faithfulness,” Trump said, adding, “with true faith, eternal hope, and the power of prayer, nothing can stop the people of God.”

Trump echoed that understanding in his message. “As Jewish families and loved ones gather together for Seder dinner, we ask that G-d will continue to watch over the Jewish people,” he said, continuing, “and that He may continue to preserve and protect the United States of America for generations to come.”

He closed his Passover remarks with a strong statement about current conditions in the United States. “Our country is doing better than it has ever done. I am very happy to report,” Trump said. “Happy Passover!”

In a separate address marking Easter, Trump expanded on his broader message about religion in America. “This Holy Week, I’m proud to join with Christians across the country and around the world to celebrate the most glorious miracle in all of time,” he said. “In his life, Christ displayed true humility. In his death, he modeled true love.” He added, “To be a great nation, you must have religion, and you must have God,” and pointed to what he described as a shift in American society: “Religion is growing again in our country for the first time in decades.”

The parallel messaging—one rooted in the Exodus and one in Christian observance—signals a consistent position. Trump is placing faith at the center of national identity and political strength, speaking directly to both Jewish and Christian audiences in language drawn from their respective traditions.

"To be a great nation, you must have religion, and you must have God."

The Left wouldn't care if he said that we must have the god of yoga, the god of Islam, the gods of Hindu or the gods of Budhism...but they will freak out because he is speaking about the God of the Bible.  Satan hates the God of Jesus Christ so the godless will naturally hate him too.

Ilhan Omar Definitely "Committed Immigration Fraud"

Last week, VP J.D.Vance, said they they know Ilhan Omar committed immigration fraud and now they are figuring out the best way to build the case to strip her of her of citizenship and deport her.

As Christians, I think it's correct that we cheer for justice to be served.

Rather than be grateful to America for taking her in, housing her, feeding her and giving her a better place to be a woman than the cruddy place she came from, she constantly berates her host nation.

Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar “definitely committed” immigration fraud, Vice President JD Vance said last week, adding that the Trump administration is looking into the feasibility of stripping Omar of her citizenship and deporting her.

On Friday, Vance appeared on the “Benny Show” podcast, hosted by right-wing pundit Benny Johnson.

During the interview, Vance stated unequivocally that Omar, a member of the far-left “Squad” of Democratic lawmakers in the House of Representatives, violated US immigration law.

“We actually think that Ilhan Omar definitely committed immigration fraud against the United States of America,” Vance said.

“I talked to Stephen Miller, actually, about this recently. We are trying to look at what the remedies are. That’s the thing that we are trying to figure out: What are the legal remedies now that we know that she’s committed immigration fraud.

“How do you go after her? How do you investigate her? How do you actually … build the case?”

Vance added that beyond immigration fraud, Omar has “been at the center of a lot of the worst fraudsters in the Somali community,” linking the congresswoman to fraud cases in Minneapolis.

Of course, if this happens, the Left will scream about "No Kings!" and cry and rant at her deportation.  But many of us would raise up a mighty cheer.

Large Easter Crowds at Churches Across America...But Biblical Worldviews are Collapsing

Jesus asked if he would find any real faith on earth when He returned.  He also warned that the path to eternal life would be very narrow but the road to destruction would be very wide.  And finally He said that the Last Days would be filled with teachers and preachers telling people what they wanted to hear and not the truth of the Word of God.

Clearly, it appears that this day has arrived.  Even in America, which is arguably the world's last-best-hope for Biblical worldviews, there are now few folks who see the world through a biblical lens.

This Easter weekend, sanctuaries across America will be packed.

Parking lots will overflow. Extra chairs will be unfolded. Families dressed in spring colors will fill pews, sing "Christ the Lord Is Risen Today," and hear once again the greatest announcement in human history: Jesus Christ is alive.

And in one sense, that is deeply encouraging.

Pastors are expecting one of their biggest crowds of the year, just as they have for years. More than half of U.S. Protestant pastors say Easter is their church's highest-attendance Sunday, and for many others it ranks second or third--alongside Christmas and Mother's Day. In other words, if there is one Sunday Americans still instinctively know matters, it is Easter.

Even better, the doctrine at the center of Easter is still surprisingly strong in the public imagination. Recent State of Theology findings show that roughly two-thirds of U.S. adults agree that the biblical accounts of Jesus' bodily resurrection are accurate, and among those who attend church at least once or twice a month, belief rises to around 90%.

That is the good news.

Now for the bad news.

A new 2026 worldview study from the Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University found that only 4% of American adults possess a biblical worldview--a number unchanged from 2023 and lower than 2020. Even more sobering, overwhelming majorities of Americans lack biblical alignment in core areas such as truth, morality, salvation, relationships, and faith practices.

That means millions of Americans may sincerely say, "Yes, I believe Jesus rose from the dead," while living Monday through Saturday as though His resurrection has little authority over their money, sexuality, relationships, priorities, convictions, entertainment, or identity.

That is the contradiction.

And it may be one of the defining spiritual crises of our age.

Here;  Easter Crowds Are Coming - But America's Christian Worldview Is Collapsing

Yes, this is bad news for all of us.  The cares of this world and the desire for riches has made the vast majority of Americans biblically illiterate.  We are suffering a famine...not of food or water, but of the hearing and knowing of the Word of God.

We might be willing to applaud that the churches of America have overflow crowds over the past weekend but if those folks aren't hearing that JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY and that they need to REPENT and SURRENDER THEIR LIVES to Jesus and to SPEND TIME reading and studying the Word of God and to apply it to their lives...then it's just a group of people checking off a to-do list and they leave church unchanged and unmoved.

Keep praying for America.  Keep praying for the peace of Jerusalem.  Keep praying for Jesus to come quickly.  That is our blessed hope.
