They Came Here to Conquer

Islam is not just a religion, it’s a political system.

The Liberals in America seem to love Islam because they break the world down into two groups;  Oppressed and Oppressors. The first is “good” and the second is “bad”. So when Muslims invented the word “islamophobic” the Left gravitated to Islam because they believed they were being oppressed.  Hence the Palestinian flags and scarfs showing up at almost every protest put on by Leftists.

But Islam is not compatible with Western freedom and values.  At the very core is the belief that all should submit to Allah…or else.

Next time you’re in a debate with a liberal ask them if they think it would be a great idea to move millions of people who practice the Nazi religion into America.  If they say of course not, ask them why they are religiously intolerant or even “naziphobic”.

Washington Post columinst Shadi Hamid is rejecting assimilation into American society as a Muslim and claiming that those of his faith can’t disavow Sharia law even if they wanted to. The un-American rant looks for America to adapt to Islam, not the other way around.

Muslims in America should not be forced to assimilate and are not capable of disavowing Sharia law, according to Washington Post columnist Shadi Hamid, who penned an op-ed that was a combination of whining and truth concerning Islam.

“Muslims are different in certain ways. How could they not be?” he asserted. “Islam shapes how its adherents think about family, sexuality, and what it means to live a good life. Simply put, Islam is also a more public religion than Christianity. Muslim prayer is visually striking and often communal. If a Muslim doesn’t drink alcohol or fasts during Ramadan, that will be more noticeable to others.”

There’s the dig against Christians and the premise that Muslims believe they are better than those who follow Christ. He’s correct about Islam shaping how its followers think about family and sexuality. He probably should not have gone there since there is a ton of information on marrying off little girls, sexually abusing little boys, raping women who are non-Muslim or are about to be executed, beating their wives, and the list goes on and on and on in Muslim doctrine.

“Moreover, practicing Muslims — despite being repeatedly asked to — can’t disavow ‘sharia’ even if they wanted to. Sharia, roughly translated as Islamic law, includes guidelines on how to pray, fast, and otherwise observe what it means to submit to God in daily practice,” Hamid continued.

Sharia law is anathema not only to Jews and Christians, but to the entire American way of life and our Constitutional founding. This is why many believe that Muslims should be kicked out of the US. They refuse to assimilate and shun their barbaric laws and practices.

The Polarization of America is Also in the Supreme Court

When half of America thinks that a man who says he's a woman should be allowed to compete against women in sports, you know we are in trouble.

When half of America thinks that "women can do anything that men can!"...you know we are in trouble.

When half of America thinks it's a good idea to drop standards and testing in order to hire more women and people of color...you know we are in trouble.

The nation hasn't been this polarized probably since the Civil War.  We simply don't seem to have a middle anymore as the Democrats move so far left that there really is no more room for compromise.

Today we are reading about the recent rulings in the Supreme Court and people are realizing that there is no longer a middle there either.  It's either vote on the FAR RIGHT or the FAR LEFT.  But what Democrats fail to realize is that THEY are the ones who have moved FAR LEFT and the Republicans have stayed more in the track they have always been in.

The article below comes from the Washington Post which is certainly reporting with a Leftist bias but it is pointing out that the Supreme Court seems to be as divided as the general populace.

The sharply conservative Supreme Court that President Donald Trump’s three appointees remade is the first since at least the 1950s to reject civil rights claims in a majority of cases involving women and minorities, according to a detailed analysis conducted for The Washington Post.

The shift brings to an end a streak of successive courts expanding such protections that began with the dawn of the civil rights era. But the historic nature of the current court is also evident in other key areas of the law over the five terms since the third of Trump’s appointees joined the bench.

The analysis shows that in addition to civil rights, the court powered by Trump’s picks — Justices Neil M. Gorsuch, Brett M. Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett — has pushed to the right of any modern court on religious rights and voting issues.

The court has also entered a new era of extreme partisanship. None over the past seven decades has been as starkly polarized.

“There is no center now,” said political science professor Lee Epstein, who performed the analysis with her Washington University colleague Andrew D. Martin and Michael J. Nelson of Penn State.

A yawning gulf has opened between the left and right flanks of the court, Epstein said.

“The polarization in American society seeps into the Senate. It seeps into the presidency. It is naturally going to seep into the courts. It would be surprising to see another John Paul Stevens,” Epstein said, referring to the late justice noted for his moderation. “Partisan identity and ideology have become so intertwined.”

The analysis examined 270 decisions handed down by the Supreme Court between 2020 and 2024 — the first five terms of the six-justice conservative majority — and drew on the Supreme Court Database, a compendium of cases the professors maintain.

The professors compared that data to the body of rulings under Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. before 2020, as well as rulings handed down under the six other chief justices dating back to the New Deal era. The analysis did not include rulings from the current term or orders in cases on the court’s emergency docket.

Overall, the Supreme Court has consistently leaned to the right for 50 years. That pattern has persisted despite the country being closely divided politically and the White House and Congress regularly changing hands between Democrats and Republicans. Republican presidents have had more opportunities to name justices than Democratic presidents have had.

The current court has expanded upon the pattern.

One of the most notable findings of the data analysis was the court’s shift on civil rights, Epstein and Nelson said. Since the three Trump appointees joined the court, the share of cases won by the side advocating an expansion of civil rights fell to 44 percent.

In all the other time periods going back to the early 1950s, the Supreme Court issued rulings in favor of expanding civil rights in a majority of such cases. The high-water mark for rulings in favor of civil rights was 74 percent during the court of Earl Warren in the 1950s and 1960s.

The Warren court is remembered as one of the most liberal in history, banning school segregation in the landmark Brown v. Board of Education and expanding voting rights and the rights of criminal defendants.

In recent terms, a number of the civil rights cases before the court have involved protections for gay and transgender people, and in most cases, the court has ruled against them. Last year, the justices upheld a Tennessee ban on gender transition treatment for minors and allowed religious parents to remove their children from school lessons using LGBTQ+ books. In 2023, the justices said a website designer’s First Amendment rights allowed her to refuse to create sites for same-sex weddings.

For those of us who hold to conservative values these rulings by the Supreme Court are great news.  But a nation divided this bad simply can't continue on this trajectory for too much longer.

We pray Jesus is coming soon because when America falls there will be no other place to go that has the freedoms that we all take for granted.

Trump; "Nothing Can Stop the People of God"

This is going to freak out the godless Left when the President starts talking about God.

Never mind that America's history is filled with leaders speaking about God.  Today the Left is convinced that no one should ever speak of God, especially the leaders of America.

As Jewish families prepared for Passover, US President Donald Trump issued a message placing the ancient redemption at the center of modern political and religious life. Speaking to Jewish communities in the United States and around the world, Trump emphasized faith, national strength, and what he described as an unprecedented period of prosperity.

“Over 3,000 years ago, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob delivered the ancient Israelites out of slavery and brought them into the promised land,” Trump said. “It was an amazing period of time, just like today we have an amazing period of time.”

He returned repeatedly to the theme of divine intervention in history. “This week we recall this ancient proof of God’s faithfulness,” Trump said, adding, “with true faith, eternal hope, and the power of prayer, nothing can stop the people of God.”

Trump echoed that understanding in his message. “As Jewish families and loved ones gather together for Seder dinner, we ask that G-d will continue to watch over the Jewish people,” he said, continuing, “and that He may continue to preserve and protect the United States of America for generations to come.”

He closed his Passover remarks with a strong statement about current conditions in the United States. “Our country is doing better than it has ever done. I am very happy to report,” Trump said. “Happy Passover!”

In a separate address marking Easter, Trump expanded on his broader message about religion in America. “This Holy Week, I’m proud to join with Christians across the country and around the world to celebrate the most glorious miracle in all of time,” he said. “In his life, Christ displayed true humility. In his death, he modeled true love.” He added, “To be a great nation, you must have religion, and you must have God,” and pointed to what he described as a shift in American society: “Religion is growing again in our country for the first time in decades.”

The parallel messaging—one rooted in the Exodus and one in Christian observance—signals a consistent position. Trump is placing faith at the center of national identity and political strength, speaking directly to both Jewish and Christian audiences in language drawn from their respective traditions.

"To be a great nation, you must have religion, and you must have God."

The Left wouldn't care if he said that we must have the god of yoga, the god of Islam, the gods of Hindu or the gods of Budhism...but they will freak out because he is speaking about the God of the Bible.  Satan hates the God of Jesus Christ so the godless will naturally hate him too.

Ilhan Omar Definitely "Committed Immigration Fraud"

Last week, VP J.D.Vance, said they they know Ilhan Omar committed immigration fraud and now they are figuring out the best way to build the case to strip her of her of citizenship and deport her.

As Christians, I think it's correct that we cheer for justice to be served.

Rather than be grateful to America for taking her in, housing her, feeding her and giving her a better place to be a woman than the cruddy place she came from, she constantly berates her host nation.

Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar “definitely committed” immigration fraud, Vice President JD Vance said last week, adding that the Trump administration is looking into the feasibility of stripping Omar of her citizenship and deporting her.

On Friday, Vance appeared on the “Benny Show” podcast, hosted by right-wing pundit Benny Johnson.

During the interview, Vance stated unequivocally that Omar, a member of the far-left “Squad” of Democratic lawmakers in the House of Representatives, violated US immigration law.

“We actually think that Ilhan Omar definitely committed immigration fraud against the United States of America,” Vance said.

“I talked to Stephen Miller, actually, about this recently. We are trying to look at what the remedies are. That’s the thing that we are trying to figure out: What are the legal remedies now that we know that she’s committed immigration fraud.

“How do you go after her? How do you investigate her? How do you actually … build the case?”

Vance added that beyond immigration fraud, Omar has “been at the center of a lot of the worst fraudsters in the Somali community,” linking the congresswoman to fraud cases in Minneapolis.

Of course, if this happens, the Left will scream about "No Kings!" and cry and rant at her deportation.  But many of us would raise up a mighty cheer.

Large Easter Crowds at Churches Across America...But Biblical Worldviews are Collapsing

Jesus asked if he would find any real faith on earth when He returned.  He also warned that the path to eternal life would be very narrow but the road to destruction would be very wide.  And finally He said that the Last Days would be filled with teachers and preachers telling people what they wanted to hear and not the truth of the Word of God.

Clearly, it appears that this day has arrived.  Even in America, which is arguably the world's last-best-hope for Biblical worldviews, there are now few folks who see the world through a biblical lens.

This Easter weekend, sanctuaries across America will be packed.

Parking lots will overflow. Extra chairs will be unfolded. Families dressed in spring colors will fill pews, sing "Christ the Lord Is Risen Today," and hear once again the greatest announcement in human history: Jesus Christ is alive.

And in one sense, that is deeply encouraging.

Pastors are expecting one of their biggest crowds of the year, just as they have for years. More than half of U.S. Protestant pastors say Easter is their church's highest-attendance Sunday, and for many others it ranks second or third--alongside Christmas and Mother's Day. In other words, if there is one Sunday Americans still instinctively know matters, it is Easter.

Even better, the doctrine at the center of Easter is still surprisingly strong in the public imagination. Recent State of Theology findings show that roughly two-thirds of U.S. adults agree that the biblical accounts of Jesus' bodily resurrection are accurate, and among those who attend church at least once or twice a month, belief rises to around 90%.

That is the good news.

Now for the bad news.

A new 2026 worldview study from the Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University found that only 4% of American adults possess a biblical worldview--a number unchanged from 2023 and lower than 2020. Even more sobering, overwhelming majorities of Americans lack biblical alignment in core areas such as truth, morality, salvation, relationships, and faith practices.

That means millions of Americans may sincerely say, "Yes, I believe Jesus rose from the dead," while living Monday through Saturday as though His resurrection has little authority over their money, sexuality, relationships, priorities, convictions, entertainment, or identity.

That is the contradiction.

And it may be one of the defining spiritual crises of our age.

Here;  Easter Crowds Are Coming - But America's Christian Worldview Is Collapsing

Yes, this is bad news for all of us.  The cares of this world and the desire for riches has made the vast majority of Americans biblically illiterate.  We are suffering a famine...not of food or water, but of the hearing and knowing of the Word of God.

We might be willing to applaud that the churches of America have overflow crowds over the past weekend but if those folks aren't hearing that JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY and that they need to REPENT and SURRENDER THEIR LIVES to Jesus and to SPEND TIME reading and studying the Word of God and to apply it to their lives...then it's just a group of people checking off a to-do list and they leave church unchanged and unmoved.

Keep praying for America.  Keep praying for the peace of Jerusalem.  Keep praying for Jesus to come quickly.  That is our blessed hope.
